Don’t Worry, I Still Hate You by Marie Skye – Review by Karyn Taylor
Happily Ever After by Piper Rayne
My rating: 4 of 5 stars
Don’t Worry, I Still Hate You is a quirky romance by Marie Skye. This was my first time reading an of this author’s work so I was unsure what to expect from this book.
I will admit that it took me a bit to get into this book. I was quite confused at the beginning and not exactly sure what was going on. I wondered if there had been a previous book that I should have read first. Once I got into the story and got a grip of what was happening I did enjoy the book.
I usually fall head over heels for the main characters in a book but I really didn’t take to Ash or Perrie at the beginning, probably due to the fact that I was unsure what was going on. Once I got to grips with the storyline, I began to like these characters more and more.
Overall, I did enjoy the book and would still recommend it to others. If you find it a bit hard going in the beginning then persevere with it because it is worth it in the end.
