This book had me laughing from the very beginning and even though there were some serious moment thrown in, they did not detract from the humor throughout the book.
Alex is a male version me in so many ways. Lives for coffee and food and is highly allergic to the great outdoors. But unlike me he starts to like his fact finding adventures with Luke and Penny while in nature.
Penny is so much more than she first appeared to be, and I liked that vulnerability being shown and noticed by Alex.
I really enjoyed this book and will be keeping my eye out for others by this author.
