The Web of Humanity by Maria Turchin – Review by Angela Shirley

The Web of Humanity: A NovelThe Web of Humanity: A Novel by Maria Turchin
My rating: 4 of 5 stars

When you start delving into your history are you sure you want to uncover the past.

Anna is trying to uncover a family secret but she did not expect it to go down the rabbit hole and uncover the shocking truth.

I have to first say this is not normally a genre I would ever contempt reading but I am missing a whole genre of interesting and brilliant stories. Maria’s story has you on journey back through WWII to uncover a gripping secret which has been in her family and she wants to finally put it to rest but can she. You find yourself through the looking glass and walking and investigating right with her.

The book and writing draws you into a world of horror and destruction but it is such a compiling read you forge ahead to discover the truth with each page turned and chapter read. This story has wet my appetite to read more from this genre and be a book Indian Jones.

Thank you Maria for your stories and passion which is shown in this book.
