Next Door to a Star by Krysten Lindsay Hager is book one of The Star Series.

Hadley is tired of feeling invisible but that all changes when she moves to a new town and lives next door to an teen actress. Everything changes for her. Friends with the popular crowd, cute boy, life is great. That is until the popular crowd turns on her and she learns exactly what it means to be part of the popular crowd.

This book really takes you back to high school days. The cliques, the drama, it’s all very relatable. Hadley didn’t know what she was wishing for but was taught an important lesson. I enjoyed this book! Can’t wait to read book two.
