Another extremely enjoyable historical romance by Wareeze Woodson.
As I read more of their work, I am continually impressed by how real the characters feel. Their faults and flaws make them even more lovable and make it easy for readers to connect with the story.
A fast marriage under tense circumstances leaves Lady Isabel Carlyle and Viscount Rutherford reeling to get to know one another. The mysterious deaths of the Viscount’s two prior finances and attempts to end Isabel’s life make trusting one another difficult in this fast-paced page-turner.
