Houses of Deception (The Madeline Dawkins Mystery Series Book 6) by Cynthia Hamilton – Review by Felicia Bates

Houses of Deception (The Madeline Dawkins Series Book 6)Houses of Deception by Cynthia Hamilton
My rating: 4 of 5 stars

It’s hard to believe that six books into a series I am as invested as I was in the first book but each one is better than the last! Houses of Deception is the sixth book in Cynthia Hamilton’s Madeline Dawkins series and while it is the sixth book I’ve read, I believe it would read just fine as a stand alone. I really enjoy Cynthia Hamilton’s writing style, she grabs my attention immediately with attention to detail and never fails to keep my attention throughout. I have loved Madeline since the begin
and that hasn’t changed, which means a lot to me
because while I love a strong female main character, there aren’t too many I can say I connected with. I loved this book and couldn’t recommend this series more. I would give Houses of Deception 4 out of 5 stars.
