I will preface this by saying if you have triggers while reading, this will tick alot of those boxes. This isnt for the faint of heart and i was so emotional with this book. I have cried and screamed at many of this authors books but this one, this one knocked me down and kept me an emotional mess with a lot of it.
Niran and Saffie, I dont even know how to explain without laying it all out there. But I know their story will have you a crazy mess and begging for the next part because that cliffhanger ending has me ready to beg for part 2 now. If you need the next part immediately then wait for part 2 to be released before even starting this one.

This was a great paranormal read. It has a mixture of everything that keeps you gripped from danger, to romance. This book is full of twists and turns which keeps you guessing and keeps you hooked.
Lucy is a young girl who has a traumatic life. Her mother was heavily into drugs and was returned to Lucy dead after a night out. Lucy was heartbroken and now all alone she thinks. But there are secrets that she doesn’t know. Secrets that will change her view of herself and also put her in danger.
When she goes to live with her uncles after her mothers death she starts to learn about the truth of her gifts. This revelation opens her eyes to a whole new world she didn’t know existed and puts her in danger when her demon father trys to find her. Add to this a romance with Marcus who lives upstairs. As perfect as he seems he isn’t who or what he seems to be. This books will keep you guessing all the way through and you feel Lucy grow from a shy unconfident girl into a more confident girl.

This book with the words that leapt off the page, were beyond beautiful with words alone. But to me this book was similar to a beautiful song being played on a piano. It was so easy to get lost in the story, the characters, and the love the book brought to life!
This one had a lot of feelings and emotions brought onto the reader in a good way. It kept you not only interested, but rooting for the main characters Jody and Adam
Both were different but at the same time they were like musical notes that come together and make not only a beautiful song, but also a beautiful melody.
I find what’s meant to be always will find its way no matter how much you may pul against the strains of the universe, and that is exactly what happened in this story.
Adam he was a person who strong minded. He had closed his heart off. He had been hurt very badly, so personally I could not blame him for his feelings of not wanting to feel or to trust. Or let alone bring down his walls and allow himself to care, and risk giving the person his heart not knowing if he would get hurt again.
Jody to me made me think at times, was this character secretly based on me? Jody hasn’t had a very easy life. She constantly seems to be let down in life be it relationships, jobs, as well as her own happiness. I find she constantly was trying to find herself and most importantly find a place where she belonged. But where did she really? Is that such an easy question for us to have as a goal not knowing how long it would take to achieve?
Jody and Adam meet and spars fly I would say, but their walls push each other away. Jody was different and Adam was very much drawn to her, though he gave himself every excuse in the book to while he shouldn’t, but when the heart truly knows, can you do anything really but listen to it?
What I loved about these two was not only how much chemistry they had, but how much they deserved each other. They didn’t have an easy life on both their sides. And being together was not as easy as basically black and white. There was some cryptic code and splash of colors swirled together. But, I find as it is with life, in the end if you really want something, you work for it every day. You never stop trying. If you stop you could very well lose it forever. And how could you go on knowing you got a taste of happiness and let it go because you didn’t try the amount you had to?
And especially I loved how at the end everything made sense and was a like a big comfortable bed. It was like a painting that was done and you could gaze upon and smile. And feel nothing but true bliss.
The author wrote a truly beautiful novel and I will be looking to read more of their work for sure. I really enjoyed this and made my heart happy and connected all the way reading through.
Highly recommend, read this and let your heart feel things from this beautiful book more than words can say. Remarkable writing would be an understatement.

I love a good friends to lovers book and I love brothers best friends books too, and this one mashed those up perfectly. I really liked this story and how sometimes it takes someone else to show you what you’ve overlooked for so long and to show you respect. Tom is a nice guy, and proposes he and Chelsea date for 7 full days so he can show her how she should be treated and that nice guys deserve a chance too.

This is my first book by Olivia Sherwood and what an amazing read it was. I fell in love with Annie and Wyatt and the town of Parker Lake. The story is a sweet romance with a comedic flair. Annie and Wyatt each have their own demons from the past and it was a treat to have a front row seat as they navigated their way through this together. Brilliantly written – a series starter that will not disappoint.

There are three things I love in a story – magic, mystery, and love. All of these elements were delivered in The Girl and the Raven by Pauline Gruber. This is my first read by this author, but it won’t be the last. In fact, I just ordered book two in the trilogy! Lucy is a strong and brave heroine who is willing to put all on the line for the people she loves. Overall, this story is filled with twists and turns, and you never really know who is on Lucy’s side until the end! I recommend The Girl and the Raven for young adults interested in witches, demons, and the supernatural. Kudos to Pauline Gruber for writing such a page-turner!

This was a very original fantasy read. The author gives a look into saving the multiverse by using several characters. It was a little hard to keep up at times due to large words but being a fan of DC comics, I actually like the multiverse angle. Having so many characters should satisfy many, they are so well-defined and each have a specific role. The descriptions used by the author also made it very easy to picture what was going on in your head. A must read!

A Cold Day In Hell (Life Is Hell Book 5) by Naomi Valkyrie is a paranormal F/F romance story. Naomi never fails to deliver, and she always exceeds my expectations. Juniper Lake and its inhabitants have become family. This is a place where everyone is more than a little different but are family. With all sorts of magical beings this is the place to be. If you have not read any of Naomi’s work, then you better get hopping and start at the beginning because you are missing out. Naomi holds a place as one of my fav authors. Out of Time is the fourth book in the Westbeach Series by Toni Denise. Toni is a new author to me, and I only realised it was the fourth book in the series after I had finished it because I don’t read the covers or blurbs. However, from what I can gather the other books all have different stories even though the characters intertwine some, and I did not feel like I was missing out. Out of Time is full of mystery, suspense and romance and twist and turns to keep you intrigued and you will definitely enjoy it. I will be going back to the start of the series to see what I missed.

This fantasy book has every element attached to it, super natural, family, drama, romance and suspense. The book is about an angel Hadassah who is on suspended duty from heaven and has been sent to earth because she helped her brother rescue a demon. But that doesn’t stop her to reach out to her brother’s friend , Jezebel, who is a dog shifter. How the chemistry between these two unfolds is a crux of the story. I haven’t read the previous books, so I could not relate much to the characters. But the plot kept me going. It was fun reading this book. Overall it was an interesting read.

I love MC reads so I was excited to read this mixture of MC with Paranormal and I really enjoyed it.
Lance is the leader of the Wild Hunt MC. He is half human and fae but he knows little about his fae side. Things take a twist when his old lady is taken by someone from the fae side. Will he be able to protect his club and find his old lady?
Overall this was a good read. We get a look at both worlds during the read that is in Lance’s POV. The author does a great job with her writing and pulls you right into her world. All of the characters added a great element to the story. This is my first read from this author and I look forward to reading more from her and the series. 1-click and get started today.

Mr. Nice Guy is the first book in the Pierce Brothers Series by Belinda Williams. A fast-paced romance book, this is a story of friends who are transformed to lovers. Tom and Chelsea are flat mates and Tom is her brother’s best friend. Chelsea always gets into relationships only with bad guys, so Tom decides to show her what a nice guy is like. They reach an agreement that they will date for seven days. But as the situation progresses, the line blurs and how the two react to the new relationship forms the basis for the rest of the story. It’s an easy romance comfort read. I liked it!

This was quite an interesting book. I am used to seeing Motorcycle Club books in the hot romance category. It was refreshing to see that was not the case here. While they are enjoyable, I like that this book is so different. Throw in the Fae courts and fantasy characters, mix it with a motorcycle club of Fae and humans battling some corrupted creatures, and you have this book. It is full of honor and action. The characters are great, especially Lance. He has very endearing qualities and has to learn just what he is as the story goes on. The other characters are so good too, I really hope to learn more about them in future books. The action starts in the very beginning of the book and continues until the end. It is such a wonderfully woven tale of fantasy and action and I highly recommend it. I cannot wait to read the next book.

Wow! For all book readers out there, this is one that you definitely should read. Betsy Bobbin is the oldest of the three Bobbin girls. Betsy is the librarian at the local library in Bartlett, TN. She is taken aback when Nash Ware, a Marine who has returned home walks into the library.
Nash is not used to the kind of librarian that Betsy turned out to be. He sees her dark blonde hair, her green eyes, and her red lips as soon as he walks in the door of the library. Mr. Nice Guy is a cute, sweet story by Belinda Williams. This story is about Chelsea and Tom. Chelsea’s dating life is just full of going for the “bad boys”. Tom decides to ask Chelsea to give him 7 days and 7 nights to show her what it is like to date a “Nice Guy”. I really loved Tom’s character, he was charming and sweet and thought highly of Chelsea. For Chelsea, she was always putting herself down and sometimes did not feel her worth when it came to relationship nor her work. As Chelsea and Tom have their 7 days and 7 nights, will this turn into more then just friendship? You will have to read the book and find out :). Overall this is an easy, fun book.

Revenge (Least Likely Suspect Book 1) by Cooper McKenzie is one of the beat crime books that I have ever read. This book had me intrigued the minute I read the synopsis and let me tell you it did not disappoint. Every mother will do whatever they have to for their child, even if it means seeking justice or maybe revenge right? Cooper McKenzie captured the raw feeling that a mother has when she loses her child, it’s a very relatable story, with a plot line that will make you angry, sad, and keep you guessing until the very end. Her characters are amazing, the story was perfectly developed, and left this reader wanting more. Personally I can’t wait to read the next installment.

This was a super quick read! I would have liked to see a little more development prior to them getting together. There was, however, a fair amount of story within the short amount of pages. I appreciated the glimpse of character development that alluded to Poppy being an introverted person realizing that a relationship with Turner will encourage her to come out of her comfort zone. I would like to see a continuation of this and see where their journey progresses.

This book is filled with a lot going on…and I was never sure who to really trust. In fact, I’m still not really sure. I enjoyed watching Lucy learn about herself and take ahold of it and not shy away from it. She became stronger and is finding her way in this new crazy world. Can’t wait to see what future books have in store for her!

I am at a loss for words. Book 4 in this series is amazing. I felt all the emotions from/with the characters. It made me feel as though I was right there. I really thought it couldn’t get better, but I was mistaken. It continues to be great. Simons has me wanting more. I highly suggest reading this series, you will not be disappointed.

Mr. Nice Guy by Belinda Williams is the first book in the Pierce Brothers Book series. This is a cute, romantic read about Chelsea who has a knack for finding the awful, bad-boy boyfriend and her roommate is sick of the complaining. Chelsea doesn’t tend to give the nice guys a chance, but what happens when she does? This is a fun read that I didn’t put down until I was done. The characters of Chelsea and Tom are fun characters and I enjoyed their interactions. I also enjoyed that Tom is not a boring, nice guy but he has a frisky side also. What a way to play up just against the stereotype that if he is nice he doesn’t know how to be naughty. I enjoyed this series and look forward to reading more about the Pierce Brothers.

I absolutely loved this book! It was an all around beautiful story with well developed relationships. I loved the relationship that Annie had with Sophie. The selfless, good-hearted nature of Sophie was something instilled in Annie and spoke volumes of the woman that she was. Wyatt, with all of his cracks, was to the core a genuine, sweet man that’s heart was made for someone like Annie. I loved his relationship with his parents, sister and most of all, his niece Hattie.
I loved that the story focused not necessarily on the hardships that they faced but how they filled in their cracks together and became the support for the other. I appreciated that there wasn’t too unneccessary drama that could take away from the story and the intended focus. The “hiccups” the characters faced were important pieces to their character development which in turn enriched the plot. I thought this was a very well envisioned arc.

If I weren’t a fan of Naomi’s before, I certainly would be after reading this novel! An Angel sent to Earth to live as a human as punishment for sharing her heavenly powers with her brother to save a demon. Hadassah keeps to herself and makes no attempt to be friendly with the other members of the family. She decides that she can’t let her brothers friend Jezebel face trouble from her past on her own. While spending time together she realizes that she is developing feelings for her. Such a fabulous story. I have loved each novel in this series. I hope there are more to come!

Tom is best friends with Chelsea’s older brother. When she moved from home to another city Tom gave her a place to stay so that she could watch out for her. Being Chelsea’s roommate means he gets about her work and her dating life, as she tells her best friend about the losers she continues to date. So her best friend Nadia comes up with the idea of her dating a nice guy for a change, with Tom being that said nice guy. This is just supposed to be a trial week for dating a nice guy, but were they supposed to fall in love during that time, was it all set up by friends? Read this great written book that I couldn’t put down to find out the rest. This was such a well written book by Belinda Williams, can’t wait to read more.

I really enjoyed this one! It was heartwarming and funny. This is the kind of story that gives hope to those still seeking their better halves. Without giving any details all I’m going to say is that I loved the Disney aspect that the author incorporated. It was so fitting and cute.
This book can definitely help cleanse one’s pallet after too many dark/fantasy romances (speaking from personal experience). Just loved how the characters developed and grew to accept difficult changes in their lives. The two main characters definitely fit really well together!!

This is an enjoyable story. I always wondered about Jezebel since we first met her. I am glad her storyline is a good one. The irritation between these two is great! Hadassah has been a thorn-like character from her first introduction. She is a character you love to hate. Because she is only out for herself…or her brother. The dislike of each other (Jezebel and Hadassah) at the beginning is classic! The problem is I didn’t see or feel the connection change to anything other than friendship. Personally I did see a growth/change in both characters as the story moved along.
Overall I did like the story. I am guessing other unanswered questions will find answers in the next or future books.

I expected to find a well-written mystery and I was not disappointed! As with the previous book I read by N. L. Holmes, I enjoyed this mystery set in ancient Egypt, a period I have found interesting but don’t know a lot about it. This story includes family, love, murder, tests of loyalty, danger, hierarchical society, and even rumors of royal scandals. I enjoyed the setting and food descriptions and loved exploring a time period so different from our own. I have not read the previous books in the series (and don’t feel that it hindered me at all) but may find time to go back and check them out, as well! I had suspicions of who was doing what and was surprised to find that I had them all wrong! Next time, I’ll pay more attention and see if I can solve it before the end.
