Drifting, Falling -- Diary of a Call Girl SuicideDrifting, Falling — Diary of a Call Girl Suicide by A.J. Ullman
My rating: 4 of 5 stars

This book is one that you read and you always remember. It is an emotionally heartfelt, haunting, and raw tale of the struggle to go on in life when you feel defeated. Ripley tells her story very unapologetically. A once innocent girl she has suffered thru numerous emotional traumas, and those dark demons prove hard for her to escape. With her therapist, her diary, and her dreams of space she feels ready to leave this earth. This story was hard to read at moments because no one should go thru what Ripley has and as her mental health continues to decline it was heartbreaking at many moments. This book was beautifully written and Ripley was a unique character who can easily be related to. This story dealt with difficult subjects, and quite a few times I was in tears and had to stop a moment, but not reading to the end was not an option. Its a book everyone should pick up.
