Born to Fight by Brittany Anne – Review by Erica Shoebridge
Born to Fight by Brittany Anne
My rating: 5 of 5 stars
Great novel set in a dystopian world, where democracy as we know it has fallen, and the powerful UNR organization controls everything and everyone. Hunter is a brave ex-soldier, heading the Resistance to the UNR, and puts his life in peril constantly to pursue what he feels is right. Upon meeting Rain, the pair cannot fight the chemistry between them, and although they fight for different sides, they are drawn to each other. I loved how frank the writing is, and how it seems at times to be making a tongue-in-cheek witticism, smiling knowingly at the reader. The characters of Hunter and Rain are intriguing, and their romance is great. Loved it!
