Cross-Country Christmas (A Silver Buckle Brides Romance) by Laurie Lewis was a very interesting Christmas book to read. While I personally love a good Christmas book, this is one that I found myself thinking I could really read anytime if year, it was just that good. Ms. Lewis gives us fantastic but complex characters, lots of emotion, an amazing plot, and so much more that you’ll feel like your on a wild and bumpy ride. Filled with hurting and healing hearts, the celebration of Christmas, romance, and family this book will have you flipping the pages to see what happens next. This wonderful book opens with our main character the beautiful CC not knowing where she is or how she got there, will she be happy with her savior or will her secrets keep her from being happy? Will CC be saved by the handsome Reese? Will she be able to reveal her secrets and uncover his?
