“Depending on You” written by Jessica Aiken-Hall is an emotional story about two best friends, Cate and Patti, who have kept a life altering secret for the last twenty years. As evidence begins to surface, they must make the decision to face the consequences of their actions. I admired the way the author describes the setting, allowing me to think back to my own high school years. The character development was amazing, I loved following these two women and admired their personal growths.
