The Traveler is an ancient being, who has taken numerous forms to gain power and more experience.
Seeing as this is the second book, I don’t want to give anything away. I didn’t read the first one but I definitely will now to help fill in the gaps though I was too confused or lost while reading this novel.
This was more emotional than I expected with a title called ‘The Traveler’. I will admit while reading I kept thinking of Doctor Who.
I don’t know if there will be another novel in the series or not. I hope so we can read more about the The Traveler’s experiences.
Sweet romance What an introduction to the town of Bunya Junction. I really loved meeting the locals and following Sindy and Ryan’s journey. The setting is awesome being from Australia myself, and it felt like I was there. This was a very sweet but mature romance which had its fair share of drama and misconceptions. The writing is easy to read and the story draws you in. Absolutely brilliant series starter.

Better and better I just love Bunya Junction and the Curruthers family. The third book in the series is Scott’s book, Sindy’s twin brother and a doctor with a lot going on. He meets Franceen and sparks start to fly. This is another brilliant addition and I just love the Aussie flavour. There were laugh-out-loud moments, especially with the twin bond between Sindy and Scott. So happy to see there is a fourth book with Yolanda’s story.

Wow what a wonderful read! Leon and Penny are great lead characters and the author has you pulling for their love to conquer all right from the very first time they meet. You are so drawn into the story by her vivid imagery that you quickly recognise those characters you will hate just as much as you will love Penny and Leon. Their steamy romance flourishes against all odds and they restore your faith in love being strong enough to beat all the odds.

This Story focuses on Scott the gorgeous Dr who’s story has been teasing us up till now and Franceen, the new Dr in town. Their attraction to each other is instant but given they work together and he is her boss, they fight it until it becomes way to hard to resist. With matters from the past coming back to stir things up their road to their HEA isn’t always smooth but it is 100% a road worth taking!!! I just love Bunya Junction! This 3rd book in the Welcome to Bunya Junction series focused more on the two main characters, as it should I know, then the town but you still get a feel for this wonderful little town and it’s gorgeous people. I just want to live there!!

This author has definately become a favourite of mine. Every book is a unique paranormal romance with twists and turns. The author really brings the characters to life and the reader can’t help but fall in love with them.
In this story Lockwood decides he’s going to buy a gumball to keep him awake for his drive home. What he doesn’t realise is that one decision will change his life forever. Now Lockwood is cursed and while he is dealing with unstable magic, tentacles appearing out of nowhere and his life being turned upside down he also finds love in the form of Rex. Lockwood and Rex seem perfect for each other but there is one problem in their way. Rex is promised to the king of the eels. Can Lockwood and Rex overcome the differences and be together. Can Lockwood forgive all the secrets and learn to embrace his new life or will the something still be plotting against Lockwood and Rex having a happy ever after?
I have read several books by this author and have loved everyone of them. This book was just as good and captivating as the others. The author does an amazing job of of writing a story that twists and turns and keeps the reader guessing and her characters are so well written that you feel like they are your close friends.
Cate and Patti are best friends. They have been friends for years until an incident that happened twenty years ago changed it. Even though they are friends they aren’t as close as they once were as Patti moved away to escape her past. This is such a sweet, hilarious romance. I really enjoyed this book because there are so many great elements to it. It’s lighthearted and sweet while also being hilarious. The characters are so likeable and this story pulled me right in from the very beginning. I laughed out loud so many times while I reading this. Lockwood and Rex are absolutely adorable together and Brix is so much fun! Rex and Lockwood face some pretty rough obstacles along the way but the ending was just perfect! I can’t wait to read more form this author.

1st off I’d like to say I absolutely loved this book! I was hooked from the very 1st page. If I didn’t have kids and the need to sleep I would’ve NEVER put the book down. I really enjoyed that it wasn’t one of those love at first sight stories. While I enjoy reading those as well. The fact that there was a little distaste between them made me want to keep going to see how that would be turned around. I liked that even though this was book 5 in a series you could read it as a standalone. There was mention of characters from the previous stories but there wasn’t anything that made it seem like you had to read them before reading this one. However if you do read them out of order the author writes such amazing stories you’re gonna want to read them all anyway. Also I don’t know if it was just my imagination getting caught up in the story or if the author intentionally wrote the story with accents but I swear I could hear the Greek accent in my head.

How is it that Russ McCready can hear and converse with a voice in his head? How can Hope speak with him telepathically and see his every day life through his eyes? Hope is unsure why she has this connection with Russ, but feels that he is the one that will be able to save her. Russ is frustrated by the fact that Hope isn’t able to tell him much, but along the way they do begin to develope a friendship. When they finally figure out the reason their connection started he will do everything in his ppwer to help her. This whole series has been great. I don’t personally feel that the series needs to be read in order, but some of the characters do show up in the prior books so it would be a good idea. I have ways been fascinated by the paranormal, psychics and telepathy. The way this author tells her stories draws you in from the moment you read the first paragraph. Her story telling seems to flow seamlessly and the characters are all very likeable. As always I am glad I stepped outside of my usual genres and decided to read something by a then unknown author to me.
These are two beautiful stories full of hope and heartfelt emotion that you won’t want to miss. I really enjoyed the world that the author creates as she is setting up the background for the series. These are two different stories that meld together seamlessly. The author has a way of creating such vivid pictures with her words that you become totally immersed in the story. I was swept away by the depth of connection between Norah and Giovanni and the beautiful family history woven throughout. Both of these stories have amazing characters in them that had me hooked from the very first page and very eager to delve into the series.

I did not know what to expect when diving into this story…but it sure had a way to keep my attention from beginning to end.
Celeste has grown up in Collimais, working at the family’s inn. However, she wanted more than owning the inn someday in the future. She had a a dream of leaving Collimais, chasing her own dreams, and making her own decisions about her future. She did not want to be confined to the traditional ways of businesses being passed down through generations and marriages being arranged. When an opportunity arises for her to leave and head into the city for schooling, she finds a way to make it happen (even when everyone around her is telling her “no”). But, while she’s away, she is learning about a world that is so different than her own, falling in love, and being reminded of the reasons her foothills upbringing is being threatened by those in the city. When she visits home after a year, and to escape the stressors at school, she finds that maybe the way she viewed the confines of her home-life were not as stifling as she once thought. But, when one of her family members is attacked, she sees the danger that the city people pose. What will she do after graduation? Should she find a job in the city or return to the foothills?
This is a story of the grass isn’t always greener on the other side…just different. People are always searching for something more…something better…but sometimes that doesn’t exist. I enjoyed Celeste’s desire and pursuit of finding herself. I also enjoyed her learning and acceptance that life, and people, aren’t better away from home. It was an interesting story that I enjoyed reading.

This is a short read giving you an inside view of the hospital gossip surrounding Dr D and his life. Even though her is known for one night stands, he takes an interest in Emily after a brief run in at a bar. Sometimes life isn’t fair and plans go astray and a relationship ends as quickly as it begins. I enjoyed this book and can’t wait to read the other books in this series

Well written and Futuristic! This was a first read for me from this Author and I was very impressed and enjoyed the book. Celeste is a great character who at 17 has to decide her place in the world. Lots of action and adventure.

Its the story of Scott who is the CEO of Waratah River Hospital and he has just hired Franceen Lewis as the new Obstetrician. Franceen has moved to the area to get away from a bad marriage and a tragic loss. A loss so great it has changed her life. Franceen is a great addition to the hospital except for the fact that Scott is so attracted to her. Sparks fly when they meet and the feeling’s don’t seem to get better as time goes by. Doc is there through hellish episodes, cementing his place in Gemma’s life.
This book moves at lightning speed. It gets a little confusing at times when they don’t discuss the time jump but as the story moves along, you can figure out the timing. It is hard to believe Gemma makes it through so much in this book and, as her history is revealed, in life. Gemma is strength and resilience. Hopefully Doc is her HEA.

Its the story of Dr. D who is a bad boy, one night stand kind of guy who meets an orderly named Emily. Emily is too busy trying to make it at her job so she really doesn’t have time for romance so when she hears all the rumors about Dr. D the handsome, bad boy Dr. she’s not really interested. Even when she meets him she’s not that into him until she realizes he likes her so she gives in and goes out with him. She realizes the next morning that when he is gone she is just another notch on his belt. She continues on her journey in the medical field trying to learn as much as she can. So Right, was so right in so many ways! This author is starting to become a favorite of mine. Though I think I need to go back and reread all in this series as a refresher. Petro & Amara, what is there to say?!? Amara wanted nothing to do with this fake fiancé assignment. Petro looked at it as a potential opportunity. Did everything work out for them? These 2 characters are written with so much pain in their past, it makes one feel for them. Are they able to move past it, or does it hold them back? Part of a series but very much a standalone novel in its own right. It’s a sweet romance! If that’s your thing? Take a chance, and as you read you will understand why.

I have personally never read anything by this author before but she is quickly becoming one of my favorites. This paranormal romance had so much to offer including Magic, mystery, drama, family, curses and more. This book introduces us to amazing characters, a beautiful and exciting world, and an intricately woven plot. However this book included such wonderful characters that I really hope several of them get their own story because I would love to read more about them and this wonderful world that our author provided. So if your looking for a great new read make sure you pick this one up today!
Another captivating supernatural romance story in this fantastic series. This is the fourth book in the series, and I recommend that you read them in order. Trust me you won’t be disappointed. I have said it before, but I will say it again Nikki has a way of telling a story that completely consumes you. I love that it is told in from several POV’s that give this story and characters so much more depth and insight. Emotions within the story makes your heart melt and fall in love with the characters. This was a really great middle level novel that I will be reading to my 6th and 7th graders! The main character, Rourke, describes a worry knot building in his stomach. He worries about his friends, a new girl at school, and mostly his brother who has autism. Rourke is a 7th grader and his brother is a 9th grader so they are attending the same school this year. This book deals with mean girls, bullies, and many middle school issues that all kids should read about. I loved that each chapter started with a worry from different characters, it was a great way to get insight for the characters and some secret worries too. This book really shows that you never know what people are going through. A great book that I couldn’t put down and will be sharing!

A sweet romance set in the Australian outback. This is the third book in this small-town romance series. You can’t help but fall in love with the wonderful characters. It is an enjoyable read where there is heartbreak, loss, pain, but there is also laughter, fun and family. Dr. Scott Carruthers is the third sibling in this series, and he gets his story told in this book. When a new obstetrician comes to town there is instant attraction but a real slow burn as they work through their own painful pasts. Depending on You is most definitely a 5 star read. I grew up in a small town and my adulthood friends are the same women that I have known since elementary school. The bonds in this book meant a lot to me and while my best friends and I have not dealt with what Cate or Patti endured, I felt that their friendship was so relatable. I can’t really say anything to do this book justice. There are so many elements but the biggest take away is in the meaning of friendship and family, blood or not. The story really had depth and the storyline flowed seamlessly. I was really drawn to the writing from the very start and I was along for the ride through every bend in the road. I always enjoy when authors alternate between perspectives of the main characters so seeing the story through both women’s eyes was another element of the book I appreciated. Every character in this book was enjoyable and had the potential to tug at your heartstrings. I could literally go on forever. I loved this book. And it wouldn’t be a review of a Jessica Aiken Hall book if I didn’t mention how much I appreciated that she tied in her love for Tom Petty within the storyline as well!

Divine VIntage drew me in with the name and the cover of the book. I am so glad I picked this one up. Set in the current day but brings in a mystery from the Edwardian period. How does someone solve a mystery from over 100 years ago? I love the premise, the characters, and the story. The book was engaging and exciting and kept my attention. I hope more stories are coming from the author soon. I look forward to reading more from her in the future and will definitely keep her on my to-read list.
