disappears. He quickly learns the mafia did it to get his attention, but not before he accuses the companies temporary secretary, Summer, who he slept with the night before he takes over the company. He soon discovers his mom, who abandoned him as a child, was a mafia princess from the Chicago Five Families, and that he is now the next in line to head the family. This is another amazing book by Amy McKinley that can be read as a standalone, but is so much better as a part of the series that it is a part of. This is the fifth book of seven, and I cannot wait to read the rest of them.
