“The Last Cabin Girl” written by Tom Swyers is a psychological thriller taking place at the beginning of the Covid-19 pandemic. Josie is a single mother of two, trying to navigate the divorce with her abusive ex-husband. After bodies are found in the river surrounding her property, Josie is a suspected by the FBI to be a serial killer. She has to prove her innocence, but is unsure of who she can trust. Overall I found the story to be intriguing, with many secrets, twists, and turns.
