Fairly Royal (The Fair Series Book 4) by Grace Grahme – Review by Maria Colon

Fairly Royal (Fair, #4)Fairly Royal by Grace Grahme
My rating: 4 of 5 stars

This was the first book that I have read by Grace Grahme.
She gives us a great story about Philip, who is Earl of Arburne and Anna who is his best friends sister. Anna is strong, witty and smart. I love that she doesn’t change who she is for anyone. Philip is as most see royals, very straight laced. (At least in the public eye.) The author gives you a good look at both characters sense of humor, heart and work ethic. A good glimpse at melding two different worlds. You will laugh, get frustrated and even start to think you know what is coming in some instances. As their relationship moves from friends to something possibly more there is drama but also some of the most swoon worthy scenes. I did learn quite of few Scottish words.

One of my favorite lines that had me laughing was “I’m crying more than a nun at a sinner’s convention.”
