This was a great dark romance mafia book. I have never read a book by this author and I thought Via Mari did an excellent job writing this!
To start off the book, I thought it was a bit slow for me. Granted there was some mafia action but just not enough to keep me reading consistently. But I stuck through it and I am so glad I did.
Who doesn’t love a bit of mystery in the middle of a mafia romance? Read and you will unravel the mystery of Adrianna. Not only does she fight her instincts, but she was instantly drawn to Salvatore. Again, who doesn’t love reading about the head of the mafia down on his knees falling for a woman he never thought he could love.
Throughout the book I fell more and more in love and I couldn’t put it down. I cannot wait for the next installment!
