My rating: 4 of 5 stars
You always hear anything after the first isn’t as good as the original. Honestly that isn’t the case here. Entering into year two it just feels like the story is picking up where it left off. The way that Makayla has grown up makes you feel like you are actively in her life to witness it. I cannot wait for the next book!
