This is a cute story with some pretty illustrations. Not only is there a little drama to keep it interesting but children will learn about cuckoos and warblers . Although it seems cruel that a mama cuckoo will abandon her egg in another bird’s nest, it is beneficial to them both. The book also shows that even if you are different, you are still deserving of love which is important for children to know.
