I have no idea what I thought this book was going to be about when I chose it but I was pleasantly surprised. I love Norse mythologyy and magic. Seeing it played out this way was fantastic. The combination of mythology with historical events was genius. The results of changing one thing in the past is enormous and out every other realm in danger. Will Bernard be able to set it right again? You’ll have to read and find out. Meanwhile, Bernard’s family remains a mystery and the more he digs into it the more questions are brought up. I cannot wait to read the next book to see what secrets unfold.
