This book is definitely and interesting one to read. As the third book in the series it can be read as a standalone although I do think it would be best read in order. I enjoyed the story but definitely feel like I missed a few details and background information.
This book is a good thriller. It pulled me in and I wanted to read more to see what was going on. I enjoyed seeing the dynamic between all the characters. With the added complexity of COVID I think it created an intriguing story. Having experienced the pandemic so recently I think this really helped you to engage with what was happening. I thought this was a well written story and I am looking forward to reading the previous books in the series.
