Teddy’s story shook me to my core. Such a good man and seems he can’t catch a break. I loved this book though. The justice system is really backwards sometimes and there is good depiction of that here. A good family boy who did the right thing and was at the wrong place at the wrong time. I can unfortunately relate and I feel like I am not alone with that. I really love warren as well. All of the scenes in this book were incredible and such a deep story. I especially liked the one on robyn’s land in the lake. I am very much looking forward to shameless love and highly recommend this for reading.

Big fan of this series, but this book really didn’t do it for me. Where the other books were packed with action, this one just didn’t have that same energy and pace. It also seemed to lack any real details about life at college for the mafia princesses, including their interactions with the Bratva. And I was really hoping it would detail what happened with the girls that had been alluded to in previous books, but sadly, it just left things as unclear as before.
I enjoyed reading this suspenseful romance story. This is a new author for me which I look forward to seeing what is next for them. This is a well written story about protecting your child and the feeling of being trapped with no help in sight. Pippa is a great character. She feels she has nowhere to turn from the position she is in with her abusive ex husband. Will help arrive in time to save her and her child? I enjoyed being pulled into the story by her. She is my favorite of the story for sure. There is great growth of all the characters which made the story easy and entertaining to read. This is a fast paced story that is hard to put down. The suspense is great and had me coming back for more. This is a great story and I highly recommend it.

It’s always a no brainer to grab KG’s books. I absolutely love her stories.
Faultless Love is the first book in this exciting new series, The Bennetts of Langston Falls. Even though it is the first book it is a standalone book. This beautiful small-town tale will have you believing in love and wanting to move to Langston Falls.
It was so easy to relate to this story and the characters as I went through the same thing. He takes the fall for someone else whilst she sits at home waiting.
He wants nothing more than to be with the one he loves. Can release himself from the self-imposed cage he has created to allow himself to love again? Will she want to be with a convicted felon? How can she even look at him?
She never doubted him or their love for a minute. Waiting was never an option for her. He is a changed man but still the one she loves. Now if she could just get him to see what she sees.
This steamy second chance romance has everything you want in a romance story that breaks and melts your heart.

This is such a fun and cute story that I really enjoyed sharing with my children. It was really interesting to see how my youngest engaged with the pictures while my oldest engaged with the story. I loved the idea of the story. We all found it such an exciting idea and we ended up reading it multiple times. This author clearly has a skill for creating fun and entertaining children’s stories. If all of her books are like this then I she will have a new set of fans with my family.

This book turned out to be much more emotional than I expected when I first started reading. It really feels like you go on the full journey with this character. She experiences so much and you can watch her development right from page one. I wasn’t sure which way this book was going to go but it definitely became a feel good Christmas story. This is an author I have only recently become familiar with and so far I am enjoying her work. The book is well written and has a nice steady pace. It was easy to engage with and I wanted to see how things would turn out. This is a thoroughly enjoyable book.

I wish my children were younger so that I could share this book with them. I have read many of this author’s books and this one was another amazing book. I love how the author is able to engage the reader’s imagination. The author really does a wonderful job of creating the story and brining the characters to life. I think this a great book to have a younger reader read and heighten their imagination. I highly recommend this book and author. I believe this book is suitable for children aged between 5 and 9. As I previously said I just wish my children were younger.

This was such an amazing read by a gifted author! I was wowed, heart struck, filled with emotion all the way through reading! I never can put anything down this author creates! An amazing author!
I loved this story so much. Small town feel. And the history with Theodore and Robyn. He wanted redemption and to make things right and to live. Robyn totally sets his heart into a knot, but will she give him a second chance? There was so much true deep meaning to his past and that night he went to jail. I loved how realistic the book was, the impact it had on me, and how much I felt emotionally as I read! Love it!
Such a great new read from an author I love the work of dearly! Not one to be passed up for any means! Definitely a must read for sure! Highly recommend this book as well as an amazing author!

This book was very very good. It lost one star because the first part of the book took a little to get into. I thought the introductions of all the characters was a little clunky and overwhelming. There were so many introductions of the brotherhood that, while needed, felt very overwhelming. However, once the plot gets going – it was impossible to put the book down. Pippa fled her ex-husband to protect herself and her family. She felt like she could finally let her guard down when she finds out that her ex-husband is in jail. However, she can’t relax long because soon her ex is coming for revenge. Pippa shared one wonderful night with Diesel. Diesel is a member of the Navy SEALS. After that night, she finds herself pregnant. However, she never plans on anything more than one night. So she chooses to raise her child by herself. However, their lives become very entangled once Diesel realizes he has a son and that Pippa is in danger. This was an amazing start to what will be a great series. I am anxiously awaiting book 2. I definitely recommend this quick read.

This book has me so torn. There is so much good about it; the characters, the familial love, the ideals, the HEA, and more. There is just so much that frustrated me; Glen only getting 2 months of community service after everything, how quickly the process moved for Ted (if that were only true in real life), Judge Danforth!!!
Theodore “Ted” Bennett is just getting out on parole after serving 5 years in prison for a crime he didn’t commit. Life, as it does, has moved on and left him behind. Ted must figure out where his place is in his family, in the family business, and in the world. He can only hope that one person has not moved on without him, the love of his life and the reason he made it through his time inside, Robyn.

This author manages to pack in all the feels into a couple hundred pages. You are up, you are down. You are angry, you are happy. You are laughing, you are crying. It is a good thing it is a series because I hope we not only follow each sibling, but the family. These sweet stories are so worth the read.

This is the first book I’ve read by the author. This book was a short, fast read. A happy ending at that. Finding Bryce is the first book in the Green Brotherhood: SEAL Team XII Series.
Pippa decides to go to a Halloween party with her friend. She gets a call saying her ex-husband is in prison. When she gets to the party she finds that she can’t talk to any of the guys. Then she meets her gladiator and has a lovely night. Nine months later her son was born. The quote I chose for Pippa is: “I mean, he seemed like the kind of guy you could introduce to your parents and might want to marry. I really liked him. And there was something magical about our lovemaking.”
Tanner is a SEAL member and is gone a lot. When he and a bunch of friends are in town they all decide to go to the Halloween party. There he meets Pippa, or fairy, and they make love. Over the next two years he can’t stop thinking about her. Then he finds that she has a son that just might be his. The quote I chose for Tanner is: “I’ll be there. Within the very first few pages this wonderful book had me hooked and Teddy had my heart engaged. After being given a very harsh sentence and jailed for something he didn’t do Teddy is finally home and trying to gain his life back. He just wants to serve his probationary period and get on with his life but of course not everyone feels that way so the path doesn’t run smoothly. Then of course there is Robyn the girl he left behind but has never ever forgotten ..can they truly have a second chance at love? I just love everything about this book, the Bennett’s are a wonderful family, the setting perfect and this author is so talented and writes such creative storylines you won’t want to put this book down. Oh and there is just enough steam to make life interesting LOL! I loved the start to this series and can’t wait for more.

This was such a good book! Absolutely amazing read and a fantastic prequel to the Mafia Elite series. It absolutely sets the tone for what is to come in this series and I loved it. I loved that we got an introduction the Princesses of the Mafia Elite it was great to meet them all and find out a little more about them and their lives. This is only a short story but it definitely helps to set the scenes for later stories. I would definitely recommend reading this series in order! Another 5 star read from this talented author!
After reading and enjoying the companion book to this story I was excited to read more from this author and she didn’t disappoint. The attention to detail that the author makes really does mean that the book is enjoyable to read, its historical facts are accurate and add an extra depth to the story – it really does help you imagine what is going on whilst you are reading. Whilst this book isn’t my usual genre I have really enjoyed the authors writing. She kept my attention from beginning to end and her characters are wonderful to read about. The Cold War isn’t something I’m particularly knowledgeable about but the author definitely left me feeling like I have gained some new knowledge from reading her story. Overall a great read and one that I would highly recommend.

This is the first book in a new series by an author who can do no wrong in my book. Yet again she’s totally blown it out of the park. This is a totally wonderful second chance romance set in a small town where everyone knows everyone’s business. Set around the Bennett family, this is the story of Teddy. Teddy has just been released from prison for a crime he didn’t commit. All that’s kept him going is his love for his girlfriend Robyn but will she want to pick things up where they left it 6 years previously? I absolutely loved Teddy and Robyn’s story. Both have been dealt such hard cards in life and if anyone deserves a HEA it’s definitely this couple. Of course the path to true love never runs smoothly and they have many obstacles to overcome. This book really, really tugs on the heartstrings and there were a few occasions where the tissues were needed. This author is the queen of tear jerkers and never fails to drag me through so many emotions before getting to the HEA. Would give this more than 5 stars if I could.

This was a lovely Christmas read and one that I really enjoyed. I really liked Savannah, I loved that the main lead of the story was a more mature lady – she was so lovely to read about. I really felt for her and her dilemma about how to spend her Christmas when faced with spending it alone. I loved how the author was able to get the emotion of the story across but also still get a little bit of humour in it as well.it was a very easy story to read and one that I would definitely recommend. I also loved the cover – it definitely gave me the Christmas feels!
This was an endearing Christmas read. I really liked that the story was so true to life at the moment, it was great that the author did bring the pandemic into the story because I think it’s definitely something we can all relate to when reading. I liked that the story featured a more mature female lead to, it was nice to read something a little different. The author did a great job with the characters and the storyline. I really liked Carina and I did truly feel sorry for her, I think there may well be readers out there who can totally relate to what has happened to her over the past few years. The author definitely planned and thought her characters out well. Overall a nice read and one that I enjoyed. I have to say and this is something that I don’t normally take any notice of but I absolutely adored the front cover!

I was hooked throughout this psychological crime mystery, in which a mother is the only one who thinks her daughter’s death is suspicious. Catherine Keely embarks on an emotional search for the truth, following the death of her daughter Susie. Susie fell to her death from a balcony whilst holidaying with friends, but a year after her world was ripped apart by grief, her mother Catherine still finds her death suspicious. However, she is the only person to think so, but Catherine is determined to find out about the events of that night. As Catherine unearths the facts, she wonders how well she truly knew her daughter. Fearing for her own safety, Catherine has to tread carefully, as she discovers who, if anyone she can trust to tell the truth. This was a real page turner of a novel, with an intriguing storyline and a unique narrative structure, in that the reader is given ten possible scenarios to explain Susie’s death. Catherine is a great main character who brings the story together, and although dead, Susie is very much a central character as the secrets and lies around her life, and reasons for her death are explored. I was gripped by the narrative and was left guessing as to the outcome of the story, and I was also left wondering who to believe, myself. Due to the plot twists the ending came as a clever surprise, and I was left thinking about this novel long after I had finished it.

Each story has its own characters and are unique to each author. This is one of those books where you will need to settle down in front of the fire with a cup of hot cocoa and immerse yourself into these stories for the evening. I love reading these types of books that have multiple stories in them. If you are looking for a reason to get into the holiday spirit, look no farther!

This is the beginning of a series and I must say it is starting with a strong, strong beginning. If I could rate this book higher than 5 stars I would. Not only was this book written really well, it has an amazing storyline. You would think that having the love of your life thrown in prison would make a girl change her mind and try to find love elsewhere. Not in this story she loves him fierce and waits for him. His whole family is super supportive as well. Don’t get me wrong this book does have some villains in it and they are horrible. I haven’t despised some characters in a book like this is long time. They are just horrible but I love it at the same time. It shows a depth of writing to make the reader feel so many different emotions and to actually despise a character is a pretty hard feeling to portray in a book. So kudos to this book. The love that is shared between the main characters starts as bittersweet and transitions into full on passion. There are steamy scenes in this book that make you fan yourself. However, the drama is this book is all force and had me turning the pages and trying to read faster than I could just to see what was going to happen. You won’t want to put this book down. I stayed up way past a time that I should to finish this book because I had to know. It builds off of the secondary characters so you start to get a feel for what the next few books in the series are going to be about and it makes you love this story even more. I would highly recommend this book to anyone who believes in second chances, love a good second chance romance (that never really went away the first time), and loves to despise the bad guy. Glass Houses by Sinister Styx Glass Houses by Sinister Styx (Goodreads Author) Read Very good short story. It’s seriously very short. You will finish it in less than 10 minutes. Everything happens very quickly and it’s a bit confusing but I’m sure that’s the point, the reader is confused until the last page.
What a fun Romcom! I adored Emily from the first chapter. She’s had her best friends back since elementary school and proved she would stand by her side through anything. I just got back from my first cruise and the author did a wonderful job describing everything perfectly. I look forward to finding more by this author.
I really enjoyed this story. This is book 1 in The Bennetts Of Langston Falls Series and I can’t wait to see where the author takes this series. The writing is beautiful and the author creates lots of emotions and feelings through out the story captivates the reader and takes them on an emotional journey.
I really loved Teddy. He is such a selfless character and you can just tell he’s a really good guy. My heart broke for him when he loses years of his life through no fault of his own. He lost his freedom and the love of his life. The girl he left behind Robyn has never stopped loving him and has put her entire life on hold waiting for the day he is released. When he returns can it be as easy as just picking up and carrying on from where their lives were stopped all those years ago?
If only, as our couple try to rebuild and have the live they always wanted there are people who are trying to stop that by getting Teddy in trouble yet again. Can they stay together this time? With the love or Robyn and the support of his family can they protect Teddy from the people against him or will history repeat itself and leave Teddy and Robyn separated once again.

I love all things paranormal so when I came across this book I knew I had to read it. My fascination with gnomes is kind of a problem so a book with gnomes in it; I was sold. This is a cute mystery with small town vibes yet bigger than normal personalities and adventures.
We meet Bob who was fired from his first job and moves to Mysty Haven to begin again, after getting his masters in journalism. Bob lands a job with the local paper and is sent off to write a story for the front page. However, his lead won’t talk to him about what he really knows, but instead talks about bigfoot and provides a footprint to prove he exists. Bob makes this his story and later is fired the very next Monday. Down and out in this small town he meets a local man in a bar looking for his lost gnome. He takes the job to find the gnome, as our cast of characters grows. Bob during his investigation learns a lot of new things going on that he doesn’t already know. He gets more than he bargained for during his investigation. Will he be able to solve the crime on the Toddler playground.
This book was definitely cute although it did take a couple of chapters to fully uncover the diverse cast of characters and role they played in the book. This storyline is great, the cast of characters is wonderful, and the settings are beautifully described. For a quick read I would pick this one up and give it a go!
What a thrilling spy mystery. Miriam is doing her best to help keep the next war from happening. She has many adventures in this story. She’s people she shouldn’t, things she shouldn’t. Who does she trust? Can she believe in anyone? This is an story that will have you intrigued and pull you in from page 1. It is the follow up to The Brass Compass. The author did a wonderful job with the historical references. The characters were well developed. Between them and the plot, this is one historical suspense that you just can’t pass up.

You feel like you are in the story with the characters. It’s very comfortable and down-home writing style. The characters feel like they could be your neighbors. I’ve been in a few small-towns that remind me of the description she uses for this town. The plot line stays smoothly on track. You can’t help but dive in and not come up for air until the story is done. You invest yourself in it, immerse yourself in the hometown tale. I can’t wait for more Bennet tales. Feb. 2023 seems so far (but I know it’s not). I will count down the days. Again, a beautiful hometown love story that will have your cry sad and happy tears. You are gonna feel all the emotions.

This is a pretty intense thriller once Gary starts telling his story. At first, Gary sounds kind of like a schmo but he’s really kind of a nice guy that has some issues. He just needs some pushing that might be a “nag” or two. The story gets pretty intense. I loved the action and drama. Intermixed with the story, we go back to Debbie and her family dealing with Nan having Covid. There are some pretty tense moments. He goes through some tough emotions sharing this with Debbie to help her focus on something else. The writing was strong. The characters are very easy to relate to. The struggles are very real. The descriptions made you feel you were right there in the thick of things. A really good thriller that I highly recommend. I came in at book #3 (this one). I will be going back to catch up on the first two. A new favorite author for me. I love the back and forth between Gary and Debbie.

This slow burn friends to lovers was simply amazing. I have only recently started reading books from this author and I have found that once I start one I can’t put it down. This author always provides amazing characters and has such a way with her writing that it makes you feel like your right there beside her characters. But this slow burn really had it all, romance, friendship, emotions and more you just simply won’t be able to put it down.
