The Magical Summer of Miranda Stone (The Emergence Duology Book 1) by A.D. Brazeau

The Magical Summer of Miranda Stone is a wonderfully written YA/Fantasy that pulled me in from the beginning and I found myself lost in the pages and read on one afternoon. This author knocked it out of the park with this one along with amazing characters that made me feel like I was right there with them. This is packed with action , adventure, magic and so much more . Miranda is a young woman who wakes up one day feeling different and soon realizes she has magic powers but is scared and doesn’t want to cause any danger to her family and runs away. She finds herself in New Orleans and finds out there are others like her with powers and these guys set out to help her . Will she stay with her new friends or go back home to her family? I highly recommend reading this book to find out what happens next. I’m looking forward to the next in this series.
