After She Became a LadyAfter She Became a Lady by Wareeze Woodson
My rating: 5 of 5 stars

This story follows Lord Robert and Lady Laurel and is 274 pages in length. Shortly after marriage, Lord Robert is called away to the war in Spain. While he is gone, strange things start to happen. Lady Laurel must share the roll of Lady with Lord Robert’s sister and that does not go over well. As Laurel was only 17, she must grow up very fast in her new role. Now with her husband off at war, she is now alone. What will happen when he returns? Will he be the same?
