This book was so enlightening and helpful. The step by step guide to making yourself into the best person you can be is set out in very simple steps that ensure anyone can make the journey. I found throughout my reading that making this journey is not swiftly completed and it will take a lifelong commitment to continuously grow. This author has created a book that can help many people better understand themselves and journey to make their lives better and happier. I am glad that I read this book and know I will use it to help me achieve greater happiness in being me.
