Under My Care follows two medical professionals who met years earlier in the Air Force. Pete is working for a private firm when called to rescue a kidnapping victim. Rowena finds herself as the only doctor on duty as a severe blizzard isolates the rural hospital in Montana where she is in charge of the emergency room. There are many twists and turns that happen during the time that Pete’s team ends up snowed in Guardian Hospital. There is someone sabotaging what little supplies and essential medical resources that they have. Pete and Rowena try to figure out who has evil intentions, determine the direction of their relationship, and most importantly, keep the patients and themselves alive.
