This is a fast paced story that packs a punch. It has mystery and romance which will keep you on the edge of your seat the whole time reading this. The steam in this book may make you blush a little, maybe even have to fan yourself. It’s good. What I really liked was the leading female had a role that is normally given to male characters. She has grit and whit. I love a strong female lead. Don’t think that just because the female lead is strong that the male lead isn’t. He is just as strong and who doesn’t love a good looking firefighter in their stories. This book is semi-relatable because everyone has a crazy ex out there, maybe not to the extreme of his crazy ex. These are just glimpses of what lies ahead for you when you read this story. The suspense and drama that unfolds is completely worth it and will keep yo turning the page to see what happens. It is really well written and flows seamlessly. I can’t wait to read more in the series. Trust me you won’t be disappointed by picking this up to read. It is worth it.
