I absolutely loved this story and could see this as a movie. Wes and Mina meet in 5th grade and immediately have a connection that is beyond what most people have.

They are the best of friends but also there’s a little love interest there too. All until when West disappears in 7th grade without a word. Wes lived in the group home in town and Mina from the trailer park. So their lives were filled with judgment from everyone.

Five years have passed since they have seen or talked to one another when Wes just happens to be placed at the private school Mina attends for their Senior year. And what a reunion it was for the both of them.

When they are paired together for an Art project that Mina isn’t going to accept below an A on and Wes is the best artist at the school their connection to one another brings them closer than ever… that is until Wes’ past creeps in and threatens to tear them apart.

This story is one that will break your heart, make you cry and make you believe in love all at the same time.
