In this enemies-to-lovers romance, Arryn is betrothed to a prince who has disappeared into a forbidden world called the Lands Below. With the help of a bitter sentry, Rowan, Arryn sets out to find her prince. Do they find him? Do Rowan and Arryn settle their differences and become friends, or something more? The characters are likeable and relatable. The reader can feel right along with the characters. The details in the book make you feel as though you are right in the story with the characters. Heart’s Rescue alternates between Rowan and Arryn’s point of view. Full of twists and turns, Heart’s Rescue will have you gripping the edge of your seat.
Heart’s Rescue is a fun, exciting, and quick read. It had a decent amount of romance mixed in with the action. I enjoyed every moment of it and cannot wait to read more in the series.
