This short novella is part of the Notebook Mysteries series and makes for a quick and easy read. This can be read as a standalone, but to truly appreciate the background and characters I recommend reading the rest of the series.
Emma and Jeremy are once again set on solving a mystery, this time at Christmas after being invited to a party. Emma begins investigating almost immediately, sensing something is off which is just one of many reasons I love her.
As per usual when reading this series, the author’s easy flowing writing style heightened my enjoyment by painting vivid imagery of both characters and scenery.
As always I eagerly await more from the series!
