Amanda and Brian have chemistry that can be felt coming off of the pages…if they would just give into it. Brian has secrets that have him living each day as though it could be the last. That includes saying no to relationships and sticking to one night stands. That all changes as soon as Amanda walks into the room. However, when he finds out that she is his best friend’s little sister, he realizes that she is off limits. But, how long can these two remain friends when there are sparks when they are near each other? And…will they be able to give it a chance before it’s too late?

This book grabbed my attention from the get-go. I love a best friend’s sibling forbidden romance…but this was so much more. It is funny and witty, sexy and full of chemistry, while also being heartbreaking and frustrating. There are few books that I can say made me cry while I was reading it…and this was one of them. The author brought these characters to life and I was feeling emotions right along with them. This is a great story that I enjoyed reading!
