Wow!! This book was fantastic. The Inquisitor is Book 4 in the WaterFyre Rising Series and I have to say I love all the books in the series but this……this is my favorite so far. It is dark, gritty, raw… with danger, secrets, lies, trafficking and romance…I cannot stop thinking about this story. While you could read this as a standalone, I very highly recommend reading this series in order to get the know what WaterFyre Rising is all about and the men who are involved.

Forrest Navarro is a doctor who is very smart, caring and looks into more holistic ways of helping his patients. What Forrest is also is methodical, constantly thinking of revenge and planning every step of the way…due to trauma he suffered as a child that continually stays with him. He has this bit of a dark nature…what Forrest does not plan for is Kiera Ford. He has never forgotten her since his one nigh encounter with her.

Kiera Ford is a photographer on the go, no time for relationships with her busy life. Meeting
Forrest and having one night with him…she leaves unexpectedly vowing no more one night stands. With her job taking her to Texas, Kiera never thought she would run into the man that still continues to be on her mind….Forrest. When chaos ensues that leaves Kiera in extreme danger, will Forrest be able to save her before it is to late or will his need for revenge from his childhood trauma get in the way…..

Definitely read and find out. This story was fast paced and such a roller-coaster of emotions for me. I loved this story and I am looking forward to more!
