This was a good 4 star read. My emotions were all over the place with this story. To get away from an abusive ex, Devorah goes home to find herself. Devorah was a very strong woman, I really enjoyed her story. The whole time I was on edge wondering if he would find her, was she really safe? Would she finally be truly happy? There was so much going on, the author does a great job of pulling you in with her writing. I feel like there were several meanings to this story that made me think about where I am in my life.
