Often times with series past 3 books, I often loose interest, that is NOT the case with Grave Digger Academy. C.A.King know what they are doing when writing a series!
Although if you just picked this up without reading the previous 3, you could read it as a standalone, I would suggest you read all 3 previous books in order, you will not be disappointed.
I think the reason I am not getting bored is C.A.King has perfected the art of giving us a taste and filling us, but not over filling us, leaving room for more. I am looking forward to book 5, no desire to take a break from the series!
