This is the first time I’m reading a work by this author A.E Bennett, and omg it was sooooooo good. Like I’ve only found a handful of post-apocalyptic book series that I really enjoy. Even though it is a post apocalyptic world, it’s more like it’s in the Olden days way back when lol. I liked how we get to see from not one or two POVs but four, it makes things all the more intriguing. It’s hard for me to choose a favorite character just yet🥰 they are all interesting and well built.I can’t wait to see what happens next in the series. On to the second book🥰

I couldn’t put this book down, it was so fast paced! I love a good supernatural mystery and it was based in the place I was born. It described New Orleans very well and I really enjoyed the main character. Juliet works at a job that she loves but when she loses that job and has to figure out a curse before time runs out things really start moving. I really liked reading about a city I have been to and the curses that are there. The author has a great writing style and I will definitely be reading more from her.

This is a good kid’s book that is a fun story about recognizing different types of treasure in your life. Treasure Hunt is the fourth book in the Grandma’s Closet Series. Very age-appropriate vocabulary for newer readers and would be an easy read for early elementary kids. A cute story about Carrie and her hunt for treasure in unexpected places using the dowsing rods she found in Grandma’s closet.
I’m writing this review with mixed emotions. This by far was the best book in the series. I smiled, I cried, I rejoiced when things worked out for everyone. However, I’m so sad the series is over. I’ve enjoyed getting to know the Bennett family and falling in love with all the characters. Definitely a series I would recommend to other romance lovers and I’ll probably read it again. Thank you K.G Fletcher for giving us such a beautiful story.

This is the first novel that I have read by KG Fletcher and it certainly won’t be my last as I really enjoyed this last book in ‘Bennett of Langston Falls’ series. I read this novel as a stand alone novel and although there are certain references and spoilers to the preceding novels in the series – I found it easy to pick up the characters and will certainly be going back to read the series from the beginning.
Fearless love is the story of single mum Sara and her adorable son Noah and James. The book starts with James getting his heart broken by Samantha just as he was about to propose. No loss as he soon falls in love with Sara and Noah – a joint package – just the way it should be. Sara and Noah fit right into the Bennet family and they are just the right medicine to make James forget Sam.
The novel is a bit slow in places but otherwise a very sweet and enjoyable story.

My knowledge of American history is limited to my children’s social study academia. This was a very interesting read for me where the author takes us through the post Independence times with such detail. Through the eyes of the two main characters , Jed and Hannah, the author cruises through the struggles faced during those times, slavery, freedom, espionage, war and corruption. The story is set in early 1800s and a lot of research has gone into this book , and the author has done a wonderful job seamlessly blending the history with fiction. This was a very informative read for me.

Dancing Butterfly is the second book in the Butterflies Fly Free Series and is a wonderfully written Historical Romance. Although this is the second book it can be read as a standalone. I loved everything about this Historical Romance set in 1920’s with gangsters, flappers and dancing. I can totally picture myself living in that time period. What will happen when gunmen open fire and Suki finds herself hurt and frank rescuing her more than one time. When she is offered a lifeline will she make the right choice? I loved this story and couldn’t put it down until I finished. I devoured it in one sitting. I highly recommend reading this book to find out what happens next. I can’t wait to read more from this Author.
Test of the Four: Book Two of The Serrulata Saga by A.E. Bennett. I have loved this series. Its a sci fi, dystopian with a little romance thrown in which is not my favorite genre but this series has sucked me in. It picks right up after book 2 and the four have just crossed the border and escaped the Realm. Once inside after not having a lot of problems crossing it seems they run into every problem possible. They have enemies but find a few allies along the way and Leopold ends up hurt. They are chased, captured, in different times and places, fighting with everyone and it seems like they are in constant battle. There is a lot of sex in this book as well, vivid sex so be aware. Its a fun book to see the growth and development of all the characters and see what happens to them. The writing is so well done that I felt like I was inside the book with the characters which is always amazing. I do recommend reading the first book to get a good read on all the characters and the story itself. This is a pretty long read so be prepared for that. Its well worth it

Vacation Flirtation…or More? (Winter Getaway Romance Series) by Stacey Komosinski. This is such a fun rom/com. Its the story of Giuliana who is on her way to a fun in the sun girls trip when her best friend tells her she’s going to be late getting there. Now Giuliana is on the plane by herself and wondering what she’s going to do and she meets a hunky guy. Problem solved? Landon Parker is on a business trip and his plans include work only but while on the plane he meets a gorgeous girl. When they land and find out they are staying at the same resort things get exciting. They have lots of fun but Giuliana is thinking that Landon has some secrets he is hiding and she’s not sure if it will work out. Landon doesn’t usually want a realtionship due to his failed ones in the past but he can actually see a future with Giuliana. Landon is going to be so rich since his uncle left him everything which is why he is there in the first place so he has to protect his assets too. Giuliana is scared of relationships as well so she’s not sure where this is headed but decides to have fun in the moment. Read this fun rom/com and find out what happens!
Fearless Love is a contemporary romance and the fifth wonderful book in The Bennetts of Langston Falls series by K. G. Fletcher. K.G. is one of my must-read authors and I am always on the lookout for more of her work. Make sure to read them all or you will be missing out on the lives and loves of the other Bennetts. Having said that they can be read as standalones. I can’t believe we are already at book 5 in this series, and this is the last book. I’m going to miss these characters. This sweet story is filled with fun, love, passion and pain, struggle and loss, drama and tragedy, and heartache. The chemistry is off the charts, and it is sexy and steamy. Langston Falls is a beautiful small-town that feels familiar. It is where family, love and great characters reside and is full of southern charm. This is a second chance single mom roommates turned lovers’ trope and is James and Sara’s story. James is a little grumpy, but he has longed to have what everyone else in the family has. Sara has to think of her son, but she can’t resist the sexy man who has come into her life. I loved the banter between these two, the laughter to be had and family. KG has done it again.

This is the third book in the Nessie installment and it was just as adorable as the previous two. The author does a great job of creating a magical world for children in the everyday life. Craig and his sister Linda are on vacation in Canada, far away from Scotland and Nessie, but surprise, there is a secret channel connecting them! Craig and Linda have to help Nessie’s daughter, Princess Sheona, when she get trapped! They also make some new friends along the way. The author really does an amazing job of creating a vivid and fun world that children and adults will enjoy!

This was my first novel by the author and I am definitely hooked! I can’t wait to check out the rest of his books! This was a fantastic kickoff to a new series; we meet True, a retired homicide detective, taking a private case that should be fairly straightforward. Instead, True has to deal with so many twists and curves throughout the novel. The author does a great job of drawing you in immediately and hooking you into the story. This is definitely a story that will hold your attention to the very last page and keep you enthralled. True has to wade through so many complex situations as well as multiple people trying to keep him from the truth. Definitely a must read for murder mystery fans.

Critical Care is the sixth book in the Chase Care Series. This is a Romantic Suspense that had me turning the pages till the end. I love me a good Medical Romance and this one definitely checks all those boxes. This whole series has been amazing and im definitely going to be rereading in the future. There’s plenty of action, drama, suspense, danger, thrills, chills and moments my heart was beating so fast from the suspense and not knowing what was going to happen next. I think this series gets better and better and this is my favorite yet. This is Tim and Willow’s story. He’s the Facility Director and seasoned pararescue jumper. Willow is a strong woman who is trying to get ahead on her past and bad relationship choices and is a traveling nurse. She’s got a healing heart and lots of passion for her job and patient’s. What will happen when Chase Care discovers there’s meds that have been tampered with? Get ready for a wild heart thumping ride . I highly recommend reading this book to find out what happens next. I pretty much devoured this book in one sitting ,I had to know what was going to happen. I look forward to reading more from this Author.

Beach Ball Blunder by G Pa Rhymes is the third book in The Adventures of Cray Series. We meet Cray’s friend Seal Gray. Gray is having fun on the beach with his ball when it suddenly all goes wrong. We watch as Gray first denies his mistake and then does the right thing. This book is wonderful. The easy rhymes help children to engage in the story. Gray is very relatable. What child hasn’t had an accident that they were afraid to own up to? This book is great for teaching accountability. The illustrations are bright and wonderful as usual. This is another great children’s book to add to your collection.

Christy writes stories for children about her cats Milton and Pearl, but in real life, they help her find clues when a dead body is found at her friend’s pastry shop. This is a cute story about Christy finding her place in this small town, making friends, and compiling a list of suspects to get to the bottom of this latest small-town murder mystery. There are a lot of mysteries solved through this book and it kept me guessing until the end.

However, Tess discovers, through flashes of history brought to her by touching belongs of Phoebe’s including the gown that she is to wear for the fashion show, as well as from Phoebe’s diary, that the story that had always been accepted, may not be accurate. When Trey begins to have similar visions, though he is not open to them at first, the pair must try to sort out the mystery as well as their own feelings for each other and rather or not they are being influenced by the feelings of the deceased couple. This is an excellent book, with great characters and world building. This is both a mystery and a guaranteed happily ever after with ghosts and supernatural elements to keep you guessing.

Marcy has an ability to see aura’s, which she didn’t have before her boss at Divine Vintage, Tess Burton, discovered her ability to see visions of the past by touching objects that once belonged to or were used by, the people involved. When Marcy goes into the costume loft and discovers a bright light that has no known source, she realizes it is a spirit trying to communicate with our world to find peace. With the help of her friends, Justine and Tess, along with Tess’s husband Trey, Marcy must try to figure out why this spirit needs her help and how to help her. This book is the second book in the Divine Vintage series, and is a great follow up with the same excellent storytelling, world building and characters, though it can also be read as a stand-alone. Part mystery and part romance, this one will keep you guessing until almost the end.

Isla Vaughn is an amazing author, and has quickly become one of my favorites. The Hidden Valley Elite series is one of the best series I’ve read in a long time. I love the characters, the world building, the storytelling is amazing. I truly feel like I’m in high school again when I’m reading. I love Riley and Cole’s story. I loved the animosity and the buildup and the everything about it. If you love the drama, the heat, the everything, you’ll love this story. I absolutely suggest this book (and all the others) for you to read! You wont be disappointed!!!

I find Alicia Street to be a fantastic author whose characters have a lot of depth and each book is better than the next. This is a 7 book set and I promise it is well work reading each one. Each book is well written and the books are completely heartfelt. The Rocklyns have a vineyard and while they love their family they love love even more. The best part of a box set is that you can read each book in succession and you don’t have to wait for the next one to come.

I have read several books by Ariana Talix and I truly have enjoyed each and every one. She writes fantastic plots and adds in more than just spice to her stories. These three characters are all so very well developed and are so perfectly complicated. I loved watching the three of them interact and I loved the addition of their dogs. I HEA at the end really made the whole journey worth it!
Kathryn Dodson has become one of my absolute favorite authors and when I saw this was being released I was excited. This book delivered on my excitement in so many ways. This book is such a page turner. It has so many themes that play out from chapter to chapter. Margo was such a fantastic character who has really been left holding the worst of everything. She has been burned by a fellow colleague and has a career that is in shamples, a huge hotel bill and an offer that, well, she doesn’t want to take but the man doesn’t take no for an answer. She becomes the missing piece to a dictator who is going to hold her captive to get what she wants. Which leads her to run….which is where things get extra interesting. I truly loved this book and I definitely loved the amount of suspense in this. I really did not want to put it down because I wanted to know what was going to happen next. I definitely recommend reading this especially if you love a good suspense book.

I absolutely loved reading the conclusion of Cole and Riley’s story. Riley has done everything to get under Cole’s skin. Even when they are now living under the same roof since their parents are getting married. Cole wants to absolutely destroy her, but he can’t help the feeling that has wormed its way into his heart. The conclusion was amazing and was like fireworks exploding. Their ending was well-deserved and fitting in my eyes. I was a little sad to see their story end because I had gotten attached to them. But I can’t wait to see what else Isla has in store for her readers next!

The Curse of Jean Lafitte is full of history, adventure, and mystery, and a spin of humor as well. Set in New Orleans, the author spins a vivid supernatural tail that pulls you into the rich paranormal history that surrounds the city. You can easily tell the author took the time to do some research, and make the story believable and easy to follow. I have never visited New Orleans myself, but the author makes you feel like you are there, and gives great recommendations around the city! Now, about the actual story…When a food critic almost chokes on a plastic baby in one of the King Cakes, Juliet is left without a job. Before long she finds herself working to break a treasure’s curse with only two weeks to succeed. She ends up finding help in some unlikely places, and with a time crunch, the story progresses quickly. Nessie and the Celtic Maze is the third book in the Nessie’s Grotto. This is a wonderfully written children’s book that children of any age can enjoy. We loved this fun filled adventure and the colorful illustrations brought the story to life. We loved this book and have read it several times already and probably will be read several more. Linda and Craig take us on a adventure and this time its their summer vacation in Canada. What will happen when Priness Sheona needs help? I highly recommend reading this book to find out what happens next. My son and I are looking forward to reading more from this Author.

I love this author and this series! And Out of Bounds doesn’t disappoint. The author has a wonderful way of suckimg the reader in and having you feel for one of the characters m. In my case, this time around is Bax. Bax is unique. Wears shirts with off the wall sayings on them. Has a playful seriousness to him. Yet he’s a big Teddy bear. One who may have just met his match. Piper was definitely unexpected but she’s who he wants. Unfortunately besides a hook up she keeps rejecting him. Piper’s been put through the ringer. To the point she’s swore off all relationships. However Bax rocks her world in a way she can’t stop thinking about him. However her past has her sticking to her stubborn streak of no relationships. Though she decides that random hook ups could be the solution. Will those random hookups lead to disaster? What happened to Piper that she’s unwilling to give Bax the benefit of the doubt? So many questions and lots of answers. I look forward to more from this author in the future. If it be this series or outside of it. Now it’s your turn to enjoy.

I thought this book was well written. It utilizes great world building and interesting characters. I liked that there was some action with the romance. For anyone who likes second chance romances, this would be a good book.

This is the fifth book in this series which I have enjoyed reading from the first book. I highly suggest reading all the books in this series as they are just as great as this one. This is an author that I never hesitate to pick up. This author’s books are engaging with characters that bring the story to life on every page. I enjoy this author’s writing skills as well as their attention to details that make the characters pop. This is a well written story about Willow and Tim. Both have things in their lives that threaten to turn everything upside down. What happens with these two you don’t want to miss for sure. They are connectable, relatable characters that not only have great growth but chemistry as well throughout the story. This is a fast paced, hard to put down story that I enjoyed reading and just might be my favorite of the series. I highly recommend this book.

I Read this story with my little ones today and they really enjoyed it. It kept their interest the whole time and the oldest one 9 even wanted to take over reading, and read to the younger one ❤️(and he’s not a big reader ) so that was really cool. I love when children’s books have a learning undertone to it. I totally agree about lying, it only creates the snowball on the hill effect .Also I love the artwork so much, all the colors go so well with one another, pops off the pages 🥰🥰 I can’t wait to read more from this author G Pa Rhymes Poor Little Gray with his puppy eyes.

A rocky start between James and Sara is not looking promising, but the more they both get to know one another they find the chemistry between them is not the only way they fit. Can Sara trust James and he in return trust Sara when their happy bubble is faced with trouble?
I really enjoyed this one. James is a bit of a hot head but I think he feels deeply. The way the story starts off was a huge surprise, pulled me in right away and I had to see where the story would go. Another wonderful read in this series.

The Curse of Jean Lafitte was such a fun book! I love historical books, but when they collide with the present day it so much fun to read. The world building was awesome and so much detail was given for the characters, yet it never got bogged down or slow. Right from the beginning I was hooked, and could not put the book down! Would absolutely read more by this author.
