Give Us Bad Boys and Billionaires by L.M Mountford is an omnibus of short novellas — a Boxset of previously released stories which have been dusted off, renamed, and then put together into this collection.
At first I was excited to see this- as I saw a ‘new’ cover and ‘new’ titles to thirteen stories…. But once I dove in, I must admit I was a little disappointed to find stories that I have read many times previously, in one guise or another. But just to make sure I wasn’t mistaken, I read the collection in its entirety and confirm that they are indeed the same stories we have read, not only individually, but also as part of a few ‘other’ anthology/collections.
The stories are short but steamy – covering genres from friends to lovers, age gap, second chances, temptations, erotic fantasies, forbidden liaisons, secrets, menage, romance, drama, angst, BDSM, and even a couple of paranormal tales.
This boxset is a very quick and easy read and because each of the ‘books’ is so short. If you are short on reading time, this is one of those collections that you can pick it up and down without feeling like you are left ‘hanging’ or will ‘miss’ anything.
There isn’t a huge amount of depth, or complexity to the stories or characters, but if you are in need of a little smexxxy in your life, then you’ll probably love what you find between these covers.
I know I say this every time I have read this author’s work, but I really wish these stories were expanded more, so we got more depth and development to fully ‘explore’ the story and invest in the characters fully. I really want them to be more ‘meatier’.

– Falling For My Son’s Best Friend (Previously released as “Forbidden Desire”)
~Forbidden Desires: Taken by her Son’s Best Friend is the first book in the Confessions of a Trophy Wife Series. It is an erotic tale of forbidden desires. This is an older woman/younger man situation. A bored, neglected, and lonely trophy wife is tempted by her son’s best friend who is ever so charming, confident, and gorgeous. This is quite a short story which makes it a very quick and easy read. One you could easily get through before bed.
– Submitting To My Billionaire Bo$$h0le (Previously released as “Serving the Senator”)
Richard is the boss at the exclusive club where Kora works at an exclusive club where it seems Senator Richard is a bit of an Alpha male and Dom, who bosses Kora around and shows her ‘the ropes’ in more ways than one. These two are about to break a few rules.
– One Night (Previously released as “Just Once”)
Faye and Terry have been friends since they were young children. Faye has feelings for Terry and would love to be more than friends. Little does she realise that Terry feels the same way, but he’s worried about destroying their friendship, AND he has a girlfriend. Faye finally throws caution to the wind, taking matters into her own hands- because just once she wants to know what it would be like to more than just his friend. What happens. You have to read the story to find out.
– Claiming My Best Friend (Previously released as “Beneath the Sheets” & “Together in Sydney”)
Alex and Sarah went to college together- then one day Sarah left without any explanation. Alex now travels to Sydney to visit. A lot of time has passed since she left. What happened in the past? What happens in Sydney- will their friendship heat up or is there nothing left to rekindle?
– Unfinished Ex (Previously Released as “Broken”)
We follow Jake and Vickey, who have a shared history. Bumping into each other at a nightclub, things soon heat up and sparks ignite. What happens next makes for some sizzling reading.
– Daddy’s Forbidden Temptations (from memory, this seems to be a combination of previously released as “The Boss’s Daughter”, “The Babysitter”, and “Ménage à Trois”)
~The Babysitter: A Forbidden Age Gap Romance (Sweet Temptations #1)
Richard who is married with a lovely wife and young child- finds himself tempted by his pretty young babysitter. She has a huge crush on him and is very ‘flirty’- so he is having very lustful thoughts. Will the temptation be too much to resist?
~The Boss’s Daughter: An Enemies-to-Lovers Romance (Sweet Temptations #2)
This book is another story of taboo temptations- this time it’s the boss’s daughter. We met Richard previously when he was tempted by the babysitter- and follow him as he encounters this latest temptation.
~Ménage à Trois – An Age Gap MFF Romance (Sweet Temptations #3)
This book follows on from the first two, this time bringing Alice, Richard’s wife, into the mix. She has found out about Richard’s dirty little secrets and is out to settle the score. With her own secret fantasies, can she explore her own desires and teach Richard a thing or two in the process? It could either make or break their marriage. This is temptation of a whole other kind- bringing lots of MFF sizzle.
– Her First Time Daddy (Previously released as “Training Tracey”)
This story has a bit of a taboo element to it. Tracey is the best friend of the Burton’s daughter and has known them most of her life. She’s spent countless hours at their home, even vacations and outings with them. But she isn’t a little girl anymore. This story explores plenty of M/F, F/F, & M/F/F steamy scenes. Will Tracey enjoy her new ‘lessons’?
– Under My BFF’s Daddy (Previously released as “Tequila Sunset”)
Cassandra who has been unlucky in love goes on vacation with her friend and gets more than she bargained for in the form of her friend’s father. One evening left alone by her friend; she was enjoying the pool. Cassandra meets her friend’s sexy father. They have instant chemistry that ignites. Her holiday is going to get HOT!
– Daddy’s Naughty Gift (Previously released as “Daddy’s Christmas Surprise”)
Widower Josh Winchester gets the biggest Christmas surprise of his life in the form of his stepdaughter Erica who appears in a sexy Santa outfit declaring that SHE is his Christmas gift….Will Josh enjoy unwrapping his present and have fun playing with it, or will he leave it unwrapped?
– My Bad Boy Protector (Previously released as Reckless” & “Valentine Misadventure”)

– Paying off my Stepbrother’s Bullies (Previously released as “Uncovered”)
How far would you go to keep dirty secrets from coming out? Well in this story, Mina will do anything for her stepbrother. Follow along for all the dirty details.
– Alpha Bitch (Previously released as “Alpha Heat”)
Danny has been living the life of a rogue werewolf for many years, now it’s time to face the pack he left. Ezra is the Alpha of the pack who has an unexpected proposition. Add in plenty of chemistry, drama, and danger — and this paranormal story really starts to sizzle.
– Her Dark Savour (Previously released as “Blood Lust”)
Lucian, who is thousands of years old, has awakened and has a thirst he needs to quench. What happens when he meets the lovely Kate? Will she be a quick snack, or will there be much more to come from their encounter? This is a PNR/Vampire story with an erotic pulse.

Hoping for something new next time, not that these were ‘bad’, but they are the same old stories dusted off to ‘look’ like ‘new’ reads- so, next time I hope for something that really is ‘NEW’ and not rehashed.
