Oscar and Emmy Weather a Hurricane by Terri Sabol is a children’s book about preparedness for pets. Poor Oscar and Emmy and their family are expecting a hurricane. The pets sit and watch as their family prepares kits to provide everything they may need while staying safe during the hurricane. This book is very thorough in teaching children and adults alike how ro prepare pets for emergencies. It also gives an idea of how to weather the storm in your home. This is a very informative and sweet story.
