Manageable, helpful, achievable! Gone are the days of trying diet after diet, trend after trend. To have long term results you have to make life changes. This book starts with basic knowledge and understanding of WHY our bodies work the way they do and then gives strategies to make changes necessary for long term results. It is far more than “Eat this, not that…” and “Do this, not that..”. It makes goals feel achievable and possible without any shame or negativity involved! I am so glad I found this book!
