The Monkey Island Murder: A Sparky of Bunker Hill Mystery (Sparky of Bunker Hill Mystery Series) by Rosalind Barden – Review by Betsy Melano

The Monkey Island Murder: A Sparky of Bunker Hill MysteryThe Monkey Island Murder: A Sparky of Bunker Hill Mystery by Rosalind Barden
My rating: 5 of 5 stars

Sparky is once again finding herself in a situation, figuring out why her criminal boss Bookie has been arrested on Monkey Island. Sparky is certain Bookie isn’t the murderer. It’s time for Sparky to use her wits, her street knowledge, and friends to find the actual murderer. At the same time, Sparky has not quite gotten used to the care and benefits she receives from her benefactor Tootsie and Tootsie’s employee Gilbert. The author writes in such a way that you can picture the setting and connect with Sparky.
