We all love a tempting treat, and so do our furry family members. But not everything is safe for them to eat, and this book encourages a discussion about what is safe, doggy nutritional requirements, responsible treat giving, and other important factors. And this time, instead of all their ‘outdoor’ adventures- CJ, Lara, Porter and Midge all stay indoors to cook up a storm — providing us with quite a few yummy recipes to make for our own doggy family and friends.
This is a fun, quick, and easy read that has also has a great rhyming rhythm, a bit of a lyrical feel, that will help children/readers to connect with the words/story/message – while the recipes provided range from savoury to sweet – cookies to birthday cake and everything in-between. Time to get you bake on!!
