Anise Storm has done it again with this second book in the Titans of Chicago series! Not only does she bring the heat of romance, but she also has intrigue and suspense to accompany the plot. I love that she takes the time to develop the characters into such realistic, well-rounded people and puts them into situations that could happen in reality. The descriptions of college life on campus, and the interactions between fellow college students and the teachers are spot on. This book will grab your attention the moment the two main characters meet on a vacation retreat. I love that this series doesn’t just focus on the lead male roles of the Titans, but it showcases how strong the women are in the family as well. This book has so many crazy surprises that will have you gritting your teeth as you progress through the story. Read on to find out if Callum and Nicole can make their student/teacher romance work or if they are doomed to fail right from the start. Happy reading everyone, until next time my friends!
