Chasing Starlight: Cassandra’s Story (The Daughters of Night Chronicles) by Matilda Reyes & Jennifer Siddoway. This is the first book in The Daughters of Night Chronicles and it was very good. Its about Cassandra Williams who is living her best life after moving to Southern California. She loves her job as a Elementary School teacher and she has even been able to moonlight as a Dream Weaver. Her father is the Lord of Night and he insists she collect all the dust left over from dreamers every night. Things are going so well Cassandra thinks she might even have time for some romance until the shadows make their scary dark appearance and try to keep Cassandra from leaving. Once she learns that other Dream Weavers are starting to disappear she knows she has to help or will she be defeated by the Shadow demon? Read Chasing Starlight to find out!
