Word Play by Tricia Gardella is a cute, illustrated children’s story book with a bit of an educational theme.
Joe is so eager to learn to read – but what happens on the first day of school when he expects to learn and ‘know’ how to read right away? Well, his impatience takes him on a little adventure, with some lessons to learn along the way.
The story is accompanied by cute illustrations which are bright, colourful, and engaging- helping the ‘adventure’ to come to life.
A fun story…
