Rule by Via Mari was a captivating novel! I couldn’t put it down! It was enthralling, mysterious, and very steamy! If you liked 50 Shades of Grey you will love this novel! I can’t wait to read the next installment of The Larussio Legacy series! I definitely recommend this book! It is most definitely an 18+ novel though.

I absolutely loved this read! Everything about this I enjoyed! Being a Fantasy read it was an automatic thing to want to read this as it’s one of my favourite genres. But for it to be a shifter read it made it even better!
I was totally and utterly captivated with this read from start to finish! It had everything I love from a fantasy read, it had a bit of mystery, romance, passion, action and danger. I loved the characters they were real, relatable and really brought the story to life! I loved watching the quick connection grow between Piper & Noah but you could tell it would be an epic, intense and amazing one!
I can’t wait to find out more about our secondary characters and where else this series takes us. My only disappointment was how quick it seemed to end, I wanted more! I can’t wait to see what else this author brings and what else is to come for these characters.

Second Chance (The Flowers in December Trilogy, book 3) by Jane Suen
5 ++++++ STARS
Many many thank yous to this author for giving us this book. I loved the first 2 but was a bit sad with then end of the 2nd. I had no idea this one was coming and I was so happy when I saw it. This had to be one of the best book 3’s of a trilogy yet, I’m thinking because I wanted it so much!
I was a bit concerned with the going back in time here and there through memories but found that it gave me a better understanding of who Mary Ann was. I loved the small town and this whole story felt so real, along with all the other feels you get from reading this last book in what is a wonderful series. I can’t wait to read it again back to back now that I have all three. 🙂
Jane Suen is an absolute must read, one click author for me, she continues to surprise me and you dont ever get predictable with her writing.
Thank you again Miss Suen for the rest of the story and I’ll be waiting patiently for what you come up with next!

What a mysterious, sometimes fun, sometimes scary story to read. Ghosts, jealous lovers, and best of friends. This is not my first book by O’Malley because she writes such entrancing stories of mystery. Surprises at every turn. Naomi is the female main character and has many jobs. Writer, mystery solver, friend, lover. She is strong willed and smart. Finding the ghost of Maggie, solving the mystery surrounding her life and death and dealing with Ryan, Nick and Bryce, leaves Naomi a little exhausted, crazy almost. I really enjoyed reading about Naomi and Maggie and look forward to reading the next story in this trilogy.
Via Mari does a wonderful job telling the story in Rule (The Larussio Legacy Book 1) through the eyes of 4 individual people. Though some of them are connected, like Katarina is married to Chase and is a cousin to Giovanni, and Giovanni is interested in Serena, I think the author did a magnificent job being able to blend each person’s story to make one cohesive story. Most stories I read have two characters that may go back and forth telling the story, but I have not read many 4 main character stories and I am amazed she was able to keep everything straight and flowing so well. I definitely will be looking into more books by this author.
This story has an interesting blend of a mob family, which can have its own mysteries and suspense intertwined into it, and romance. I was thoroughly intrigued to read the workings of a mob family and thought the author did a great job showing the differences between the American family and the Italian family. Katarina and Chase balanced themselves quite well. The submissive/dominant partnership they shared was romantic, as Chase wanted nothing to do but protect his wife in any aspect of their life, but then steamy at times as well. Then the “relationship” between Gio and Serena kept me wanting more, as every time Serena would turn down Gio, which was unheard of for him, it just fueled his want for her even more. But the mystery behind why Serena hates his family so much makes for an interesting conflict throughout the story.

This was an amazing story full of mystery and shows that true love last forever in life and in death.
Naomi is a writer who moves into a new home. Looking for something to create a story she takes a wander through the grave yard behind her house, where she comes across the grave of a young woman called Maggie.
Wondering what awful thing ended this young girls life she sets out to find out Maggie’s story, uncovering more than she realised.
This book is full of surprising twists and turns and keeps you guessing as the story of Maggie unfolds.
This amazing second installment in the series stands up to the bar set high by the first. O’Malley holds nothing back with this paranormal, suspense filled romance. Truthfully I felt like I had to hang on to my seat simply to keep up with the storyline. Readers will want to read this is series order because it’s just that good. You won’t want to miss a single word.
Maggie was a great novel! With equal parts suspense, mystery and romance, I had trouble putting this paranormal story down! This novel had great characters, story and plot. The development of everything was great! I can’t wait to read the rest of this series, and join in more of Naomi’s fears and adventures. This is the first time I’ve read a novel by Mya O’Malley and it definitely won’t be the last!
Rule (The Larussio Legacy Book 1) by Via Mari was on fire! This book had it all; romance, suspense, and steam through the roof. I struggled to put this book down, I enjoyed the way the plot was written out. You can definitely see the attention to detail the author had. I loved the characters and the way that the point of views are used to show development. Overall a great read!

Rule (The Larussio Legacy Book 1) by Via Mari 4 out of 5 Stars What a fantastic way to start a new series. Via Mari never ceases to amaze me with both her quality of writing and her development of characters. This book brings in characters from her previous books. While not a necessity, I would recommend reading Via Mari’s previous works to know more about the family and the dynamic behind it. Rule is a romantic/suspense novel that follows the characters of Katarina and Chase. The love these two have for each other is tangible. You can feel how hot they are for each other from the pages of the book, (or kindle). Katarina is caught with wanting to make her Italian father proud, while at the same time, honoring the wishes of her husband. She has to try to get her family to trust and agree that she knows what is best with the family business. Chase will do everything in his power to ensure Katarina’s protection, even risking the wrath of her mob family. The drama that ensures with both Katarina and Chase and then the families is fast paced, quick witted and passionate. You will need to read to find out what happens and you will not be disappointed.

Rule The Larussio Legacy Book 1 By Via Mari ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆ This is a full length novel. In it you will find romance as well as suspense. Not for those under 18, due to adult content.
Katarina Larussio Prestian and Chase Prestian are at it again. Them against the Mafia. Katarina’s father has been in an accident, and his health is what has brought out his Will. Now Katarina and her cousin Giovanni Larussio must get through to both families. Can these two families follow the rules? As well as satisfying the context in said Will? What a stressful, suspenseful, romantic story. There is so much I could say about this book. But I will not send out spoilers. Just believe it is one you will not want to miss.
Having followed this series, Via Mari has written another smash hit. After all of her books in the series, I say, “This is my favorite.” I have been wrong, as this is my favorite! Via Mari brings her characters back to life. I enjoy when she brings some of her characters back to help out where needed. She keeps her stories fresh and new. Take a chance on Via Mari, you will not be disappointed.

The story Rule (The Larussio Legacy Book 1) by Via Mari is a must read! This is a suspense / romance book that follows the POV of 4 main characters. This book has everything you could ask for in a book, suspense, action, romance, heat, twists and turns that will have you lost in the pages until the last one. I fell in love with both of the Alpha men Gio and Chase but I think my favorite characters would be Serena and Katarina. Both these women are struggling in their own ways and yet they are both so strong! The storyline in this book was amazing and I can’t wait to see what comes next for these characters.

Tanuja Ramachandran: Hunter-Seeker by Kumar Sivasubramanian is a fast paced and complex book. This is not the type of book to read casually, I feel that it is one you have to really pay attention to in order to fully understand what is happening. I really didn’t know what to expect going in to this book: it was a new author to me and the description really didn’t seem to give anything away. I can definitely say I enjoyed it overall. It was fast paced and full of action. There were times when I found it hard to keep up with, and a little confusing, although these were outweighed by the enjoyment. A good book but not one to take lightly I would definitely say it is worth trying.
This was a brilliant story and I was pulled in straight from the start I just couldn’t pull my eyes away from the pages. I do love a story full of suspense and this story certainly didn’t disappoint. The storyline is so intriguing you can’t help but turn the pages so brilliant I can’t wait to read more.

Hennessey on the Rocks by Monica DeSimone – Review by Makaela Patterson
Hennessey on the Rocks will take you on and emotional ride. Who ever said you can’t fall in love twice? Who really knows how they will choose to fight for their love? Although this book was emotionally gripping, It was also very suspenseful. It seemed as Charlie could never really catch a break. You never knew what problems were going to pop up and shock you! This was definitely a drama filled book with airy parts of light humor. I think a lot of people will enjoy this book. I very much so could see this turned into a movie or series has all the perfect ingredients . No pun intended. Check out the end of the book! The name of the books really describes the book perfectly smooth but rocking! I really couldn’t stop reading this book, I connected with the fact that she was a mother and wanted nothing but the best for her kids and to be happy herself. This was a great read! reviewed by @MakaelaPatterson

Maggie is the first book in the trilogy series by Mya O’Malley. I really enjoy Mya O’Malley’s work. Her attention to detail and story telling ability is amazing. The characters are fully developed and complex which makes it easy to relate to. The story has many subject matters, mystery, excitement, and suspense to name a few. When you read this story, I would keep an open mind. This story has a theme of spirit guides. I loved the story of Naomi. She is a writer that gets her inspiration from spirits in a haunted house. There are also questions about her personal feelings to two different people. The mystery around Naomi is captivating. Will Naomi sort out her feelings and choose someone? Will her story about the spirits become more than a story? One will have to read this book to find out.

I love Via Mari’s books! They will hook you from the very first page and I get so excited when she has a new release. Her books always keep me on the edge of my seat and wanting more! I loved reading about Katarina and Chase. Their love for one another was so beautiful to read. Katarina is trying to fulfill her father’s dream and Chase will do anything and everything to protect her. I’m so excited for this new series and I’m impatiently waiting for more!

Rule is the first of a new series, The Larussio Legacy, from Via Mari. If you are familiar with her work you will notice characters from her previous novels and series will pop up. Personally, I like to see old and familiar favorites again. I don’t think it would be too much of an issue to start with this series and know what is all happening however, so that is a bonus if you are new to Via Mari.
Rule will knock your socks off with the steam again much line Mari’s writing usually does, so be prepared for that and do not read if you are sensitive to such steam. I always have found that Via Mari manages to keep all the kink and sexy times tasteful which goes a long way to make it enhance the story rather than the whole story. I found this one to step up the suspense game and I loved how I found myself on the edge of my seat several times waiting to find out what would come next. I will definitely be back for more of this series and hope we don’t have to wait too long!

Rule, by Via Mari is a suck you in type of book. Via Mari has a way of writing that makes you want to keep reading the minute you start. The characters are so real and so easy to relate to. If you like a book with substance but also a book with some nice steamy pages, this is the book for you. Katarina, one of the main characters is on a mission to fulfill her fathers dream after he is injured in a mob hit. Chase will do whatever it takes to protect her in the process. The suspense, the mob story, and the love in this book make it a great read! Definitely a 5 star read.

Hennessey on the Rocks by Monica DeSimone is masterfully written story of second chances. There was something about the synopsis that made me to pick up a copy and also as I had read Monica’s other books then I sort of thought I knew what to expect but it was something much more … it was powerful, mature, gripping … AND it took place in New England (there is something about New England and I can never pass over a story that takes place in Maine or somewhere else in the region). Hennessey on the Rocks gives us Charlie and Johnnie and Jace and Abie. These four steal your heart and I tell you the three year old Abie is a kid that any parent would love to have … she simply stole my heart AND let’s not forget the laughter that we got out of her “pearls”, oh my! I absolutely love the story line, the pain, the secrets, the love … I hope that it is opening to a series as I am telling you, Monica had some supporting characters here that deserve their own stories!

Another intriguing “who done it” in Naomi by Mya O’Malley. Once again Naomi is caught up in murder and suspense on behalf of her “ghostly” friends. It’s an easy to read quick little book that will keep you turning the page. This little enterprise interferes with her love life, and all her plans for her happily ever after. Naomi is a strong woman but is she that strong. You’ll have to read it to find out. This is the second book in this little trilogy, can’t wait to start the next one.
Mom and renowned professional Chef Charlie picks up her family and moves back home to Camden, Maine. Once home her ex-husband Jonathan finds himself on her doorstep. The only women he has ever loved. Trying to be a part of his family he moves into the guest apartment above the garage. Will Jonathan’s demons and Charlie’s secret keep them from a happily ever after? Hennessey on the Rocks By Monica DeSimone has so many ups and downs it’s a roller coaster. Both Charlie and Jonathan are stubborn and a little selfish and sometimes even a little childish but it makes for a heck of a story.

Meghan O’Flynn was a new to me author when I first read Famished, so I wasn’t sure what to expect from this story. What a surprise! While this story is gruesome to read it is quite the adventure with surprises at every turn. Well worth the read. This story is written in every character’s point of view which certainly keeps the mystery going of who the killer might be! There seems to be an awful lot of crazy in these characters heads.
Conviction has a little of everything, the murdering psychos, a little romance, and all the feelings that go with them. This author really keeps me entertained with the story line, as I really never know who the murderer is or what is going to happen next.
O.M.G. Repressed is INTENSE. Frightening, scary, gruesome, and intense. I think I was holding my breath through the last half of the book. I know my heart was on edge! I think this one is my favorite of this series so far! O’Flynn is a sick and twisted kind of author! Which is becoming my favorite kind of author!
This box set is a great way to start this series, they have to be read in order so why not buy in bulk! You won’t be sorry when ready about Ash Park, especially if you love mysteries, adventures and the unknown!

Tanuja Ramachandran: Hunter-Seeker by Kumar Sivasubramanian. I wasn’t entirely sure what to expect but I’m happy to say I enjoyed this book. It’s fast paced filled with action with characters that capture readers attention. I really like strong characters and Tanuja definitely brings all the strength she can to this story. It’s a well written and thought out storyline. I’d definitely recommend this book. And I’ll be looking into more from this author. Four stars and highly recommended.
Tanuja Ramachandran Hunter-Seeker by Kumar Sivasubramanian is the strangest bizarre and absolutely crazy story I have ever read. It is an original tale of a gun blazing sari wearing narcoleptic woman who has lost it all and is out for revenge. It is fast paced, and action packed and did have me laughing. The whole story was ridiculously set around covert operations and violence, revenge and chaos, adventure and let’s not forget the superhuman roller derby team. It was like a bad comic book with lots of players/characters and I most certainly got lost with their names and at times the story in general because there is a lot going on.
If you like something a little crazy and mad, comic and anime with a little bit of revenge thrown in then this is for you.
Master’s Rise Book One (Phoenix Series) by L. Ann Marie is a new author is to me and I enjoyed this story. I have to say it took me a little bit to settle into the way the author writes but once it started to flow for me it really became a good read. The characters just make you fall in love with them and they made me laugh out loud so many times. There is plenty of action and drama, fun and comradery and a brotherhood second to none. I read the story in one sitting and had to stay up till 2am just because I had to know how it ended.
Seren has always been treated differently because of the way she looks but she is so much more that her prettiness and blond hair. She and her friends are hilarious and crazy to boot. They are strong and sassy and don’t apologise for who they are.
Cort is starting again having left his old MC, but he quickly realises that some of his brothers follow him and they start their own MC from the ground up. There is plenty of trouble in their new town to keep them busy and the club grows quickly. These men crack me up they do what has to be done and have each other’s backs at all times but they are just funny with their antics. Whilst all this is going on he cannot keep away from the blonde beauty.
I will have to go back and read through the impressive list of books that L. Ann Marie has written and I cannot wait for the next book in this series.

This was such an interesting book! Definitely different than anything I have read before. It was a story unfolding as you were reading because the MC is a writer. She moves to a new house and started to write a book. I love all of the main characters because they’re so well written. I couldn’t put this one down and I am looking forward to reading more by this author in the future! Happy reading!
Renegade by Raven White is the first book in The Mercenaries Series.
When I was a young hormonal teenager I wished I had an older brother because then he would have friends and at least one of them was bound to be hot and Eliza was lucky enough to have that older brother with the hot friend who also is former military and extremely alpha.
Renegade knows what he has to do and that’s protect Eliza but the pull they have towards one another cannot be denied.
This story has a little bit of everything and I couldn’t put it down. Looking forward to the next book in this series.

Rule by Via Mari is the first book in The Larussio Legacy series and I couldn’t put it down. I don’t know if I’ve read a book with four different points of view, but it totally worked for this book and for me.
I think I fell in love with Chase a little more and now I’m crushing on Giovanni on top of it. He has me intrigued and I want to get to know him more, I think he will be very good for Serena.
Katarina has grown so much since the first book and I have loved reading it and almost found myself beaming like a proud Mama.
I hope I don’t have to wait too long for book two to come out, because I don’t want to wait to find out what happens next.

Recall was a great 5 star read and book six in the Ash Park series. I was excited to get reading this book and I was pulled in right from the beginning.
Petrosky is investigating the death of a councilman’s son. We also meet his new partner, Jackson, who is perfect for him. This seems to be the most challenging case yet for him.
Will he solve the mystery before it’s too late?
My emotions were all over the place. We get suspense, mystery and so much more. These can be read as stand alones but I highly suggest reading from the beginning.
