New to me author. I really enjoyed this story about Devlin and Eve. There are some laugh out loud moments and there are some moments that make you say to yourself “what in the world?”. This book has a couple twists in it, and you will be surprised to see what they are. Sorry NO SPOILERS from me. This book is a quick easy read, and it will have you turning pages from start to finish. It draws you in to where you feel like you are right there at the dinner table with them all. Enjoy this book…. I know I did.

The chemistry between our MC’s is smoking hot when it gets going. I loved the wit and banter and found it easy to like them. There were times when I wanted to shake them but as they say the road to happiness is not paved in gold.

THIS BOOK I COULD NOT PUT DOWN! This was a fantastic enemy to lovers, office romance novel and I found myself wanting to reread it over and over again!! Devlin is a guy who is on the track to become someone in this office and has been warned to stay away from anyone and everyone in the office as it could destroy his future goals within the company. When his super close coworker, Evelyn, suddenly becomes single, all of the thoughts of staying away leave with him. One fateful night has made it where these two do not want to be apart or want to explore dating. This book had many twists and turns that I did not anticipate happening, which made this book all that much better! This is the first book that I have read by this author, and it will most certainly not be the last! I cannot wait to get this book for my friends and have them fall in love with it just as much as I did.

I enjoyed reading this forbidden romance story. This is a newer author for me which I enjoyed her writing style and her attention to details that made the story realistic. This is a well written story that has characters that pulled me into the story from the start. They are connectable, strong and keep the story engaging. A past faced romance story that is hard to put down. I enjoyed the chemistry and the growth of the characters. What will happen when a one night stand becomes more than either one ever thought? This is an easy and entertaining story to read and fill my afternoon with steam. I highly recommend this book.

Evelyn and Devlin have sparks. Problem is they work together and he annoys her. She is coming off a bad breakup and he makes a proposition. This is a quick, fun and entertaining read. There is lots of banter and humor. The characters are so made for each other. I loved the writing in the story. It just flows together so well. The writing is contemporary and realistic. I loved Devlin! Such a sweet workplace romance. Of course never without its ups and downs and tension. But isn’t that what keeps the reader intrigued. I loved what the author did. I just wish it was more. I finished this book in one sitting and was sad when it was done. I did like the small twist. I didn’t see it coming, but I wasn’t surprised either. Devlin and Eve are partners at work that do everything to ignore the tension between each other. Playing it off as irritation and dislike. That is till Eve’s available and Devlin swings for the fences to get his shot. All he wanted was one night, he never realized it would be so much more. Eve’s had her ups and downs but never lets anyone get too close. Devlin has been hurt and just keeps it buried. These to a whirlwind of tension, sarcasm, intentionally irritating, but sweet to one another as well. What happens when a promotion gets in their way? They are no longer on the same plane, one is now the other’s boss. I’ve always enjoyed reading a fictional office romance, but I’m one who has always been against them in life. If you enjoy everything I listed that this book has to offer you need to jump in head first now. I hope you enjoy it as much as I did!

Devlin is a businessman and a darn good one at that. He is known for his womanizing. He is also known for his banter with his coworker Evelyn. He has his eyes on a big promotion but that promotion has strings attached. He is not allowed to fraternize with other employees. This new rule comes at the worst possible time. Evelyn works with Devlin and loves to hate him. The banter between them is so fun to read. In a moment of weakness she gave in to her needs and spent the night with Devlin. This is a night that she can’t get out of her head. She can’t explain the jealousy that is creeping into her when he is with other women. Luckily she just received the chance to plan the winter party for the company. This is do or die for her career and she can’t let Devlin get in her way. Oh. My. Goddess. This was such a heartwarming and sweet story of these two. I’m usually pretty skeptical when it comes to books about shifters but I’m so glad I took a chance on Wednesday and Ryker because I can see this being a book I could read again and again.
There’s a hint of steamy here and there, but it doesn’t equal the entire story. The characters are great and I am 100% going to need a book about Gomez and the new friend even if they aren’t the same book! I’m looking forward to reading more from this author because Paris in Springtime clearly knows it’s romance.

This is a sweet paranormal romance story told from 2 points of view (Ryder and Wednesday). Initially, I didn’t realise that this book was the 7th in the series, but it can be read as a standalone as I didn’t feel I missed any crucial information by not having read the previous books. There are hints at various points about other couples who may have been the focus of other books in the series, but this only makes me want the read their stories rather than detract from Ryder and Wednesday’s story. This was my first book by this author and I cannot wait to dive into the other books in the series!
The emotions felt by the characters resonated with me from my own experiences despite the main characters being a mage and a Panda shifter. As a result, the characters, their emotions and actions were truly believable, and I could see myself and my friends in them.
Even though paranormal romances are one of my favourite genres and I try to read all that I come across, this book pleasantly surprised me – not only by the inclusion of a Panda shifter as one of the main characters, but also the exclusion of the typical toxic controlling mate which are often portrayed in many of the works I’ve read. This paired with the strong female lead who is intelligent and not afraid to show it had me loving this book even more!
Honestly, the story had me smiling all the way through and although I’m sad that it ended, I feel closure as I’m not left with unanswered questions regarding their journey together.

There is nothing better than a Paranormal Romance mixed with benies. This is Wednesday Friday and Rykers story. They are 2 different shifters enjoying their friendships and the benies that go with that. But their love for each other has to stay hidden and Ryker has a soulmate out there waiting for him. Hey the Benies for now are great for Wen and Ryker. What follows next is what you will have to find out for yourself by reading this story.This author mixes laughter and paranormal romance with tears in this story. I enjoyed reading Wen and Rykers story. It was fast paced and a quick read for me. Kept me entertained and now I must go and read this series from the beginning. Friends with Benies is the seventh book in the Paris in Springtime series and is a Paranormal Romance that once you start reading there’s no stopping until you finish. I wasn’t real sure what to expect going in since this is my first AMBW read but 8 definitely wasn’t disappointed. This is a super fun read and is a standalone so if you’re like me and didn’t realize it before starting. I’m definitely adding the others to my list to read. This is a cute story about Wednesday and Ryker these two have been best friends forever and she wants him for herself but knows they can’t be together because of him having a mate out there somewhere . But what if she is his mate? I highly recommend reading this book to find out what happens next. I’m definitely looking forward to reading more from this Author.

While this is the seventh book in the series, it can be read as a standalone. I’m going to be honest, I nearly passed up this book because of the word Benies in the title. For some reason that word just grates on me. But, then I read the description of the book and decided to give it a chance. I quickly learned that I am not the ideal reader for this story. That being said, if you are a fan of rom com hijinks, this might be a good read to pick up. It’s got sweet moments, steamy moments, and a lot of pining with a satisfying HEA.

This book is by far one of the greatest books I have read this year. The characters were very well developed, the connection between them is out of this world, and the plot just tied everything together perfectly. When I first found this book I had no idea that it was part of a series. But thankfully it can be read as a stand-alone without losing parts Of the story. However this story was so great that I am curious about what other great characters and storylines are in the previous six books, so I will be going back and reading those also. The cover of Thai book was absolutely adorable and I knew when I read the synopsis that I had to read it. So if you haven’t already picked up this book make sure you pick it up today.

It is very witty and fun to read! The charisma of the characters really jumps off the page. I can’t lie. Some of it is hard to follow if you haven’t read the other books. Which I have not. But, I still loved the flow of the book and getting to know the characters.

I really enjoyed this paranormal romance read. The story was engaging from the very beginning and I really liked the characters. I felt like they had a great connection which carried through the story. I’m still relatively new to paranormal stories especially shifter ones so I found that part really interesting to read about. The setting for the story was pretty unique too which added something a little extra to this book. I liked Ryker and Wednesday both were really unique characters to read about. There was a definite attraction between them even if they tried to ignore it! Overall a wonderful story that was beautifully written!

First of all I will say that my new fave author for all the emotional twists and turns has finally arrived! This entire series was a suit on the edge of my seat kind of experience and it has been so well worth it! I’m really impressed by the type of friendship Melody, Imani, and Lance have in this series. I mentioned on another review that I identify with the emotions and pains and strife of going through engineering college, but this friendship is something else. I’ve never been more interested in how to keep friends like this before and thought it may happen! But enough about me! I love how the story comes together. The author takes her time and ensures we recall the actions in book 1 and 2,and she just keeps the drama coming. I don’t want to give any spoilers but you will be surprised and full of joy at how great these friends become closer through the tough times. I hope we all learn this great lesson!

The author did an amazing job setting up the scene for college, engineering at that, and reminding me of my days at my Alma mater. My fave books are those that take me away from my current world, but give me a bit of nostalgia at the same time! Reading this book I identify with Melody so much with her relationship choices and even her view on them in the first place! Before I grew up to identify with the appropriate use of terminology, I was proud to call myself a hopeless romantic! What an oxymoron! I was hooked to this book as it was so easy for me to keep the pages turning, eager to find out more about my new book bestie! I know I’m an intellectual and an engineer in a male driven workforce, but there are way too many opportunities missed to let me be ultra feminine and UBER sensitive with my feelings and choices. I know exactly how Melody felt in this book. I’m really looking forward to continuing this series!

This book was a great but emotional conclusion to the series. The book picks up a year after the events of the previous book and we get to find out where life continues to take Imani, Melody, Lance and the rest of the crew. If you’ve read the previous books, you know that the characters have very eventful lives that include times of happiness and sadness, but no matter what they continue to persevere. This book for me hit close to home with some topics and I cried, but I also smiled and laughed with the characters as they continued to make their marks on me as a reader. I would recommend this book and the entire series for anyone who enjoys stories that are eventful, yet true to life.

This book was a definite page turner and I’m so glad I continued on after book 1! Sometimes a realistic drama is exactly what I need to take my mind off the cares of life! This book is full of intense nuggets including race issues, suicide, friendship struggles and the dreaded sexual mistakes we all seem to make and so so much more! I love the main characters and I’m looking forward to finding a bit more about their escapades in book 3. I was left in a bit of a confused state reading book 2, but that’s why there’s a Trilogy!

Book 3 was emotional, heartfelt, and truly unpredictable. Melody, Imani, and Lance have weathered the storm of the start of adulthood and grown so much from book 1 to 3. They have proven life hurts, love can be cruel , and things will go far from what you wanted… but friendship can and will stand strong with the right people. Drama, angst, jealousy, and survival play a few role. I loved each book more than the last and I would not change a single thing. Each character has a special role and they played it out until the end.

This is book 3 in this series and I definitely recommend reading this series in order.
Imani, Lance and Melody still navigating each life journey and they all have been through so much!! Imani (my favorite in this series) is strong, sassy and happy. She is now married to her love but when her world comes crashing she looks for Melody and Lance…..even though there has been some ups and downs along the way.
In conclusion this series has given love, life, friendship, secrets and just a roller coaster of true emotion that seems so real.
