My rating: 4 of 5 stars

Hopelessly Devoted by A.M. Myers is the first book in Bayou Devils Motorcycle Club series. Overall I enjoyed this book and found it hard to walk away from. I really enjoyed the characters and I enjoyed the authors writing style. I would definitely read others by this author and would read other books in this series. I really enjoyed the online dating scenes at the beginning. I was pretty much cringing with her lol. 4 star rating.

I have always loved a good MC book and this didn’t fall short. This book made me totally hooked to this series and I cannot wait for more.

I loved Ali. She was up for a promotion at work but unfortunately it went to someone else and on top of that her neighbor’s dogs trampled her. Could life get worse? Yes, it totally could! The dog belongs to her hot as hell neighbor who is part of the Bayou Devils MC.

Storm has one rough past but one look at his neighbor has him fighting to get to know Ali. The dynamic between these two characters was explosive. The storyline was flawless and I legit can’t wait to dive into book 2!

After reading the first book I had to jump into the second right away and I loved this one just as much!

This was Chance and Carly’s story and both of these character’s BLEW ME AWAY! Chance is now my new book boyfriend and that says something because I rarely add to my list! Carly’s character was powerful. She has endured so much in her life that i was in awe of her strength! Chance was the perfect man for her.

I love the dynamics of this series and how you could be laughing one minute and having your heartstrings pulled at the next. It what keeps you guess and on the edge of your seat until the end!

Every Breath You Take (Bayou Devils MC 3)Every Breath You Take by A.M. Myers
My rating: 5 of 5 stars

Every Breath You Take by A.M. Myers is the third book in her Bayou Devils MC series and what a continuation it is! You could read it as a standalone but why should you? You will get so much more out of this story if you have read the first two books prior attacking this one AND on top of that it means you have 3 great books you can spend your time with at the same time!
Every Breath You Take is the story of Lincoln “Kodiak” Archer and Tatum “Tate” Carter. Their story is not a simple one, there are so many layers that you really need to dig deep and pay attention (though it is not a hardship I tell you). I love myself some strong and sassy and stubborn heroines! Tate is a true fighter and she is not afraid to show her vulnerable side either. Lincoln is our quintessential bad boy who is a member of a MC and who is also caring and protective. Lincoln has a painful past and Tate is trying to discover answers to the questions she is left with when her mother dies in a car accident. And then there is the chemistry … you can feel it when reading the story … you root for them and you know that they are perfect for each other! Full stop! Jump on this heck of a ride!

My rating: 5 of 5 stars

Addicted to Love is book 2 in the Bayou Devils MC series by A.M.Myers and its the story about Chance and Carly, whom we both meet in book 1. Chance is a biker affiliated with a club that helps to rescue women from dangerous domestic situations and Carly is a friend of a woman in a dangerous situation. Chance decides immediately that Carly is different from other women and wants to get to know her. Carly is a survivor of an attack and rape in her teenage years, so is weary of men and doesn’t appear to be easily swayed by Chance’s advances, until she needs his help to rescue her sister. This story has equal parts mystery, romance, action and humor! 5 stars from me and I cannot wait to read the next book in this series!

Addicted to Love (Bayou Devils MC #2)Addicted to Love by A.M. Myers
My rating: 5 of 5 stars

I am really loving the Bayou Devils MC series from AM Myers. Book one, Hopelessly Devoted, had me hooked, and I was super excited to dive right on into this one. I did read them in order however, they are written so that you can read the as either standalones or in whichever order you would like. I am a big person for recommending series be read in order from beginning to end. A lot of times you will get updates on favorite characters and meet or get backstory on the future characters of future novels. This seems to be a series that will do that! Plus… they rock so why not???

In Addicted to Love we get the story of Carly Mills. I wasn’t so sure what I thought of her at first. Admittedly she had a rough go with life for quite a bit and I had sympathy for her. She knows that people, men especially can be cruel. This makes her avoid relationships beyond the ‘hit it and quit it’ lifestyle like the plague. That is all put into question when she meets bad boy Chance. She knows better. Her head tells her no, but her heart is doing something totally new, and she finds herself being pulled toward him. Can she really actually like this man?

Chance has been looking for something in his life. Don’t get him wrong he has his MC family now, and has worked through most of his difficult childhood trauma. But something is just missing. The second he lays his eyes on the beautiful Carly Mills he knows she is the missing piece he has been searching for. But she doesn’t seem to want a thing to do with him.

Then danger knocks on Carly’s door sending her rushing to the only person she can think of to help her, Chance of course. Will Chance be able to protect her? Can he also win her heart in the process and break down her barriers? Will Carly stick to her guns and be able to avoid falling in love with Chance?

I adored this story between these two. Several twists and turns that I didn’t see coming had me reading well into the night to finish the novel well past my bedtime and in one sitting. I will be anxious to start book #3, Every Breath You Take.

Hopelessly Devoted (Bayou Devils MC 1)Hopelessly Devoted by A.M. Myers
My rating: 4 of 5 stars

Woah baby, this story was something else, that’s for sure. Hopelessly Devoted by AM Myers is book one in Bayou Devils MC. The story definitely grips you from the first page, I was flying through it trying to figure out what happened. Storm is a ‘dark and twisty’ mess of a man with a motorcycle. He doesn’t speak of his past and no one asks of it either. Ali hasn’t exactly had the best time with relationships. She has been cheated on but that hasn’t completely dimmed her personality. She is intrigued by the owner of the dog that nearly trampled her. The pair have an instant connection but something is keeping the two apart. While I liked Storms character, I was dying to know what messed him up so badly but glad that he found someone who may bring him out of the darkness. I think my favorite character is Izzy, Ali’s best friend. She was truly hilarious. With this being the first book I have read by this author, I have to say I like their style. I would recommend and cannot wait to read more!

Addicted to Love is the second book in A.M. Myers’ Bayou Devils MC series and I was fortunate to have discovered the series when three books were out so I did not have to suffer any book hangover! You could read it as a standalone but you are meeting all the characters you were introduced to in the first book so do yourself a favour and start with book one!
Chance and Carly are the two that are in the limelight in this story of MC brotherhood and camaraderie. I heart bled for Carly and I cried and I wished for Chance to be able to get through the walls she had built around herself … and Chance, I wish that every one of us could experience in our lives the man he is … Don’t be fooled though, it is not just some sort of a simple love story taking place in a MC world, it is filled with action and drama and there are quite a few times when the writer pulls the rug from under you and … there is a cherry on the top of it all – at no point you need to wonder what Carly or Chance is thinking as the writer gives us both of their voices!
I cannot wait to dive into the next story in the series!

Addicted to Love, Bayou Devils MC Book Two by A.M. Myers. This is the second book in the series. I was looking forward to reading this book. I absolutely loved the first book in this series. We briefly met both Chance and Carly in the first book, all I can say is, I fell head over heels in love with them both! Chance never gave up no matter how hard Carly pushed him away. All he wanted was her no matter how long it took, he was willing to wait but thankfully his pushing helped. The last thing Carly wanted was something serious. After something extremely horrible happening to her when she was sixteen, she vowed to never open her heart and trust a guy again. Watching Chance break down her emotional walls was great. I can not wait for more from this series and to see who will fall next.

Hopelessly Devoted (Bayou Devils MC 1)Hopelessly Devoted by A.M. Myers
My rating: 5 of 5 stars

She does it again! AM Myers has written Hopelessly Devoted, which has me completely enthralled. This story is book one in the Bayou Devils MC series and I’m so glad it is the very first book! I am utterly captivated and I could not put this book down! Alison or as she is called Ali is a reporter for a local newspaper when all hell breaks loose and she quits her job! Just as soon as she does that she is offered an even better position for a lifestyle blog, which puts her in a very viral and public position. Storm is the hottie neighbor next door with the sweetest pup named Bear. It’s because of Bear that these two meet. Instant attraction is what brings these two together. Storm however, has a very sad and very dramatic past with women, which means that he tries to fight tooth and nail to stay away from Ali…but of course that doesn’t happen. Ali also has a sorted past with men that makes her want to be very cautious of Storm. That is until they can’t fight it anymore and well…Ali gets a stalker. This book has so many twists and turns! That’s one of the reasons I love it so much! Now, when these two get together, the sexy scenes become scorching hot! They are graphic enough to give you the right amount of imagination. I also love the authors writing style. I felt like I was a part of the story and it was an incredible journey! I love what this MC is all about too! I can’t wait for the next books in the series!

My rating: 5 of 5 stars

Hopelessly Devoted is the first book in A.M. Myers’ Bayou Devils MC series and it was my first encounter with the writer. I absolutely love MC stories and I am delighted to add A.M. Myers to the list of writers that I follow! The second and third book in the series, here I come (and the fourth book is just around the corner as well – a lot of goodness I can see in my future)!
Hopelessly Devoted is the story of Logan “Storm” Chambers and Alison James. Both of them carry deep wounds and at times it feels that at least Storm might be broken beyond redemption. This story gives us all and I forewarn you, keep a box of tissues at hand when you start on it. The story rips your heart out and then builds it up again … I know, at times you feel like you cannot breathe anymore and you wish for the story to come to a conclusion but I promise you, once you do finish, you will feel like it was just a moment and you are left craving for more. Luckily, there are couple of more stories out in the series so go ahead and satisfy that craving!

My rating: 5 of 5 stars

Hopelessly Devoted is Book 1 in the Bayou Devil’s MC Series by A.M Myers, and the first by this author that I’ve stumbled upon. My first impression when I started this story was that this wasn’t going to be the typical MC type that I’m used to. Without giving away any specific details, i found it to be less of a thriller and WAY more of a romance. I LOVE Logan aka Storm. He is a passionate biker on the straight and narrow, just letting life pass him day by day. He is a shell of his former self, and doesn’t really realize it until he meets his hot blue eyed neighbor Ali. Ali is a journalist who’s been burned by love in the past, and has problems of her own when she meets Logan. While trying to find their way as a couple, the have some serious obstacles to overcome. Loved this story!! I give it 5 stars and am anxious to read book 2!

Hopelessly Devoted (Bayou Devils MC Book 1) by A.M. Myers is a suspense, thriller romance and A.M. has once again hit the nail on the head with her written words. The characters always easy to relate to and have a depth to them that helps to feel as they do. Even though there were thrills and chills the female characters often had me laughing and shaking my head, especially Izy, boy that girl has no filter. And who can resist sexy alpha biker men who just happen to be loyal, loving and sexy but throw in some crazy madmen and wow all hell breaks loose and with a major twist that you don’t see coming it made for a great read. I certainly want this MC by my side.

Hopelessly Devoted (Bayou Devils MC #1) By A.M. Myers ~ Review by Liz Vrchota

Hopelessly Devoted (Bayou Devils MC 1)Hopelessly Devoted by A.M. Myers
My rating: 5 of 5 stars

Hopelessly Devoted was a great kickoff to what I imagine will be a wonderful MC series from AM Myers. I usually fall quickly for MC series, often intrigued with the dark and twisted mixed with kind and sweet souls. The concept makes for some great storyline opportunities! Myers pulls out all the stops with this one and weaves the perfect amounts of dark and twisty with sultry, sorrowful, and sappiness within the story of Allison James and Logan Chambers, well Storm.

I loved Allison. She is feeling strong in her role as a columnist. Even more so she is using her strength to embrace her independence because she is so over the dating scene. She would rather live a lifetime alone than deal with the heartache of another brutal breakup. She has been there, done that a few too many times. This is until she meets the brooding and handsome Storm. Suddenly, all of her good intentions are out the door and her heart decides to take a leap of faith just one last time.

Storm used to serve in the military and sub sequentially suffered a great loss. The hole he felt and lack of family and love he sought was soon fulfilled when he joined the MC. This particular MC’s cause to help women in dire need fulfills an even deeper desire within him. He is a good soul but he is deeply guarded and doesn’t take to people outside of his MC family easily, actually not at all it would seem. When he first meets Allison he wants to say no out of respect at the very least, but he can’t deny the sexual tension looming between them. And she clearly doesn’t lack the desire to give the idea a go.

The chemistry between these two was insatiable to say the least! Several times I caught myself trying to cool the blush off of my face with my hand as I read. They both faced some very realistic struggles that often go undiscussed because no one wants to talk about the ‘ugly truths’. I enjoyed how each of their stories turned out to unfold and blended into the current and what possibilities may lie ahead for these two. I look forward to book two in the series, Addicted to Love.

I absolutely fell in love with Storm aka Logan…. he was dark and edgy but when he loved he was extremely fierce. Ali has been burned in the past so it takes a while for her to open up her head and heart to Logan. When things start happening around and to Alison, Logan thinks he brought his past back to the future. Will Logan be able to protect her or is he going to lose his heart again?

Hopelessly hooked! With the first book in this new MC series for A.M. Myers, she’s pulled me in again. With riveting characters, lots of action, a bit of suspense and tons of emotions Hopelessly Devoted is an all-around great book.

Logan “Storm” Chambers is the VP of the Bayou Devils MC. Although his life has been riddled with the pain of loss, he finds a purpose in the work that the MC does. He’s only a shell of the man that he used to be but with the MC he’s able to keep the darkness at bay.

Ali Jameson is over the whole “dating” thing. After the last debacle of her ex, she’s content to just concentrate on moving up the work ladder. Until a run in with the sexy-as-sin neighbor has her reconsidering those life goals.

Be prepared for a wild ride that will have you laughing at Ali’s antics and crying over ‘Storms’ pain. Action that will keep you guessing and a cast of characters that will have you longing for more time with them. This book is extremely well written and will keep you entertained from the first page to the last. I can’t wait to dive into the next book in the series!

Every Breath You Take (Bayou Devils MC 3)Every Breath You Take by A.M. Myers

Every Breath You Take by A.M. Myers is the third book in the Bayou Devils MC series and doesn’t disappoint. The characters are well developed and and the story is easy to follow with twists and turns that you don’t see coming. This is a fun read for the most part with friends, family and smoking hot alpha men. But spoiler alert there is some scenes that may affect some readers. Our female protagonist is an independent and strong and sassy warrior that keeps us all on our toes with her antics and quirkiness and had me laughing out loud.

Which member of the club will be our next hero? I am very much looking forward to the next book.

Wow!! Another grand slam from this amazing author. I can’t even figure out what words to use to explain how much i loved this book. No I take that back..This whole series…I already want to start all over and read them all again. I’ve said this in previous reviews but it’s worth repeating…I love MC books but this series paints this MC club in a different way that I just can’t explain. It’s more like a complete family and I love every single thing about it.

This book..sigh…might be my favorite of the three and I’m thinking if I went back and read them I would say that about each one. This author takes chances with her stories, you always think you know what’s coming, I know I do anyway and I read and wait for it realizing that what I’m thinking is going to happen doesn’t and in the meantime something really dramatic has happened. You would have to read this book to understand what I mean by that. I held my breath a few times and cried a few times and I have to say I laughed out loud a few times. The chemistry between these two characters was spot on and I still laugh when I think of a few things that happened between them.

The only thing that upset me was the last page, I kept swiping looking for who the next book might be about, there’s a few I’d love to read about, and reading about our book 1 and book 2 characters took me right back to their stories. This author has an amazing talent and this series will be a favorite of mine from here on. While I wait for the next in this series I think it’s time I look at what else there is available.

Loved it and it deserves way more than the 5 stars max.

This is my second book by this author, and I can say she has joined the list of my favorites. I loved this book, everything about it even when I was sitting here bawling, like ugly nose blowing take my breath away bawling.

I love MC books, but this one has a completely different feel to it, it doesn’t concentrate so much on the club but more on the members and I really really like that now as well.

What Carly went through in her life was so awful and I completely understand her mindset and why she felt the way she did about no strings relationships, and then her torment just seems to multiply right about the time she thinks she could possibly have it all, the decisions she had to make had me totally falling apart. Thank God for Chance, I loved loved loved him. He was everything you want in your book heros.

This author is brilliant in my opinion and kept me glued to this story and when I had to put it down to do some adulting I still thought about it.

I can’t wait for more and also can’t wait to see what else there is available by this author.

Simply Awesome!!

Addicted to Love (Bayou Devils MC Book 2) by A.M. Myers is the best MC book I have read in a long time. Wow what a ride. A.M did a fantastic job writing this story that will leave you heartbroken, sad and crying but for all that was sad there is also moments of laughter. Once I started this book I was unable to put it down and read it in one sitting. The pain and suffering our main character had to endure was heartbreaking but she is one strong and sassy woman and with the help of one man and the MC behind her she is able to heal. There are characters that you just fall in love with and there are those who you just want to do physical bodily harm.

This is one outstanding book that everyone should read but beware tissues are needed.

I just love MC books, but this one will definitely go up with my favorites. I loved the story flow and the twists and turns. This author made me fall in love with everyone in this book and I can’t wait for this story to continue.

Alison is a crime reporter at the Baton Rouge Times and has worked her butt off for 5 years to build a strong reputation, but it’s just the start. She has a yearning to be a columnist and is working to fill the empty position within the paper. Problem is so is someone else, who hasn’t even been there for a year, but has been sleeping with the boss for the last 6 months. He offers a challenge to the two and whoever writes the best story after signing up for an online dating service and going on three dates will be awarded the position. She goes on these 3 less than perfect dates and writes her article with her honest feelings, knowing down deep it won’t be enough to get her the columnist position. Alison has 2 amazing best friends and a supportive family, no man in her life as she has decided not to date after her last relationship shattered her hopes and dreams.

Storm is VP of the Bayou Devils MC. He is haunted by his past every single day of his life, this past keeps him from ever getting close to another woman, the pain is too deep and it drags him down and keeps him in darkness, all of this he feels he deserves.

Storm’s Labrador puppy leads him to the front steps of his neighbor, Alison, causing a slight accident that leads to Storm administering first aid. She has sparked something in him that he hasn’t felt for years and he isn’t sure how to handle it. Problem is his past is coming back and means to cause harm. He is convinced that everything in his past will tear them apart and put her in danger. Can he walk away and save her, or will he allow his own selfishness to put her right in the middle of his past?

This had me hooked from page 1, it’s not one of those books where you figure it out early and just wait for it to play out, no, this one just kept building and I was totally off at what I thought was going on. This was written perfectly and I can’t say enough about how much I loved this book. I want more!!!! LOL
