I absolutely loved reading this book. This was a very emotional read for many different reasons. Ciera will grab your heart from the start, she is strong, intelligent and goes through so much. It took me a little more time to warm up toTopher but he grows so much in this story. There is love, loss, growth, laughter and tears. The author did such an excellent job conveying the emotions the characters were going through. Once I started reading this book I couldn’t put it down, I read it entirely in one sitting. This is a must read, I highly recommend this book.

  • This book is intriguing, full of suspense, action and what surprised me the most was how emotional it was. Even though this is the fifth book in the series it can be read as a stand alone. This story will keep you on the edge of your seat wondering what’s going to happen next. There are wonderful characters in this story and you can’t help but become invested. I don’t normally read zombie stories but this one is more than a zombie story, it is different than any I have read before. I really enjoyed the dynamics in this family and their different personalities. This is a well written book that was enjoyable to read. I recommend this book.View all my reviews

This book drew me in and I was hooked. It had romance, mystery, past, present, and plenty of emotion. The history in this house was so interesting to read about. When Kendyll decided to buy the house based on a feeling she had when Violet showed it to her and aunt Aster also knew she was the one, I knew there was more to this story than meets the eye. There are great characters in this story. There were unexpected moments in this story and most surprising was the ending. I don’t want to give anything away but I will say this author definitely knows how to tell a story that I enjoyed very much. I highly recommend this book.

Nobody Knows: A British Rock Band Romance (Razes Hell Book 1)
By Kyra Lennon

This was an excellent read. I had a hard time putting this book down once I got started. This story has romance, rock, friendship, forgiveness, and so much more. I was taken on an emotional ride with this read. Ellie, Drew and Jason all have their own issues to work through, but can their relationships survive it all? Drew and Jason are brothers and are in a band but there is much more to their relationship and Ellie finds herself in the middle since she’s their oldest friend. I found this story line took a little bit of a different turn then I expected and it pulled at my heartstrings at different times throughout. This author did an excellent job bringing me into the story so I became invested in the characters. This is a must read, I highly recommend this book.

A wonderful, entertaining, and gripping read. I was hooked from the beginning. This is the second book in this series and can be read as a standalone but it is my suggestion that you start with the first one. I was so drawn into this story that I felt like I was right there along for the ride. Ethan and Serena have chemistry off the charts but neither one of them want to admit how they feel to each other. Ethan has a big family and I loved meeting every one of them. There are great characters in this story. This book is full of magic, suspense, danger, romance, and family. This is a must read. This book was a quick and entertaining read. There are a lot of fun witty moments in this story. These kids all want to be detectives and they are determined to find out who stole the money they worked hard to raise so they could donate to charity. Their club house burns down which is a small set back for them but they are very tenacious kids. They do get some help from a few adults on the island as well. Even though this is a quick read it is rich in detail. This book took me on a sweet adventure with mystery that is good for all ages. I recommend this book.

I really enjoyed how the author grabbed me and brought me into the story so much so that I couldn’t put it down. This is the first book I have read by this author and I’m glad I decided to give it a try because I found her writing to be unique and entertaining. Emma and Toby’s characters really brought this story to life. Toby has secrets from his past and Emma also has her own past, but there is no denying the attraction between these two. There is more to this story than meets the eye and I enjoyed the adventure, but I don’t want to give anything away. This is a good read and I recommend it.

This book was sweet and romantic. I liked Rose and her quirky romantic ways. She owns a flower shop and let’s love speak with her flowers. Rose’s family is fun, supportive and quirky just like her and I loved reading about them. Liam decides to take a much needed vacation and heads back to his hometown. He had no idea how hard it was going to be when all the feelings came back from 20 years ago. Rose and Liam grew up together and were hoping to become more than friends when he was forced to move away and he never looked back. This book is full of forgiveness, romance, second chances, and cute moments. This was a good read.

I absolutely loved Stormy and Cat’s story. We have met Stormy previously and he comes off as a total a**hole, but I was hoping there was a reason for that. We learn in this story what those reasons are. I found myself rooting for Stormy and Cat just as hard as they were fighting for each other. Cat has also been through a lot and unfortunately we see her go through more in this story. These two are meant for each other and I completely fell in love with this book as I do with every single book I have read from this author. Manda Mellett always gets all my emotions invested in her stories and that makes her one of my favorites. I don’t want to give anything away, I will just say that this is a must read. Matching Miriam
By Mya O’Malley

I have read other books by this author and they are always great and this one is no different. Miriam is a no nonsense detective that has put up a lot of walls around her heart and she doesn’t trust easily. Miriam and her partner were just given a murder case to solve, which is looking like they might have a serial killer on their hands.
Jesse has just moved back to town to start a new job as a fireman. He isn’t sure how he is going to feel if or when he runs into Miriam after all this time. When they finally do see each other all those feelings from the past come rushing right back. Jesse wants to protect Miriam once he finds out that she might be in danger, but he’s not sure she will let him. Miriam’s friend Naomi has had a vision that Miriam is in danger but doesn’t know who is after her. With so much going on in Miriam’s life what will she do? Will she let Jesse back in her life? Can she catch a serial killer? To find these things out this is a must read. This book is full of emotion, danger, suspense, romance and more. I recommend this book.

This was a great read. This book was full of emotion. I couldn’t put it down as soon as I started reading it. Tessa and Jordan haven’t seen each other for 4 years and since then Tessa has been working hard at trying to make a better life. When Tessa sees Jordan she knows that her world is about to change. Jordan has so much anger toward Tessa that I wanted to jump into the book and strangle him at times. I understand why he thought the things he did about her but it didn’t make me want to strangle him any less. It is my suggestion that you read book one first before diving into this one for a better understanding and because it’s also a great read. The author does an excellent job telling a great story with wonderful characters. I highly recommend this book.

This was a great read. It kept me entertained throughout. I found it funny, romantic, a bit mysterious and it had wonderful characters. Alice and Donovan were keeping secrets from each other for various reasons and they could have avoided a lot of headaches if they would have been honest from the start, but of course what fun would that be. I really enjoyed the banter and playfulness between Alice and Megan. Donovan and Alice had an instant attraction, but can anything come of it? This is a must read to fid out what happens to these characters and their town. I highly recommend this book, I can’t wait to read what’s next.

This was a really quick read but it gave us a lot. We find out that Viola has been wrongly accused of a scandal but the town and her family won’t listen to her side of the story. She is kept at home except once a year at Christmas she is allowed to be escorted out by her brother, who I might add does not actually do any sort of escorting, he just treats her badly. Every year she holds out hope that a man will show up that wants to marry her. I don’t normally read books that are set in this Era but I found myself completely intrigued by this story. I enjoyed Will and Percy’s banter and they also have a unique situation and are looking for a specific woman for their situation. This book definitely has hot and steamy moments. This is an adult only read. I recommend this book.

This was a quick steamy romantic read that I enjoyed. Finley and Garrett’s chemistry is off the charts. Finley and Garrett thought that the night they met and went back to Garrett’s apartment would be a one night thing. They end up seeing each other at the firehouse at the annual Christmas party where Garrett is playing Santa Claus and Finley is there with her family. To find out if this is going to become more than a one night stand then this is a must read. I wish this book was longer because I didn’t get enough, I want more. This was a very enjoyable read for me. As soon as I started reading this book I couldn’t put it down. I found this story to be original in many ways. Revel is a strong, independent character that I grew to like and I found myself at the edge of my seat wanting to know what was going to happen with her. Revel is very close to her family and there are certain expectations for a female wolf, she can’t help but feel different and want more. What happens when all her secrets come out? I enjoyed reading this holiday romance. This book is full of romance, forgiveness, passion, great characters, and some heated moments. There was a lot of pent up emotion between Art and Pen, and seeing each other again while stranded at the airport brought all those feelings to forefront. Even though this was a quick read for me there was still plenty of emotion and dialog between the characters. This is a good mature holiday read and I recommend this book.
