My rating: 5 of 5 stars

Surviving Wrath (The Deadliest Sin Series Book 3) by Gwyn McNamee. This is the 3rd book in this series and to say they are amazing is an understatement. Do not try to read this as a standalone because you won’t understand. I truly loved this series and this book is no exception. Its so fast paced that once you start you can’t put it down. Its still about Konstandin & Rea being in hiding from the Mafia. They are still trying to escape with their lives from those that want revenge. This book is a quick, take your breath away story and I don’t want to say too much to give away the story. Just read it, you won’t be disappointed. You will understand without a doubt that Wrath is the deadliest sin!

My rating: 4 of 5 stars

The Traitor by India Kells is the second book in the Underground Bad Boys series.

This is Knox’s story and it grabbed me at the beginning. There was something about Knox that drew me in. He has his demons from the past and needs to find a better way to release them when they get too loud.

Josie has too much weight on her young shoulders. Having to fix problems that aren’t hers is aging her a lot.

I have read several other books by Ms. Kells and have enjoyed every one of them and looking forward to keeping up with this series.

Surviving Wrath (The Deadliest Sin Series Book 3)Surviving Wrath by Gwyn McNamee
My rating: 5 of 5 stars

Surviving Wrath is the third and final heart-pounding instalment in The Deadliest Sin Series by Gwyn McNamee. So, before I go any further with my review, I am going to make a confession. I HATE writing reviews for Gwyn McNamee’s books- why you might ask? Because her stories are so #@%$*!^ good that I really have trouble coming up with the words to do them the justice they deserve, that’s why!
ARGGGGH this book flung me around on an emotional rollercoaster ride- right from the beginning. The story starts off with a bang, and we jump right into the action. I wanted to hit the pause button, but I was too afraid that I’d miss something. So the high-octane adrenaline fueled action pulled me in and then held me captive while everything unfolded.
We’ve been on quite a journey since starting out on book #1. So much has happened, the books really feel much longer than the novellas they are- and I mean that in a good way. While the books may be short in length, they are in no way lacking in content!
This book is part of a series and is not meant to be read as a standalone. You won’t get the full impact of the story, or series, if you don’t read the books in sequence. Each book is told from a different perspective, which really helps build the tension, suspense, and impact of each individual book as well as the overall storyline…
After the climactic ending to the previous book, I really though I knew where the story was headed- but I definitely should have known better! Gwyn McNamee always twists things in a direction I don’t fully expect. There are some things that happened in this book with certain characters which had my heart in my mouth- and left me cursing out Ms. McNamee. And, if she is reading this, she will know exactly what I’m referring to! I had expectations, and then Ms. McNamee snuck up behind me and smacked me over the back the head and said think again B*@%h!…..And I have to admit now, in hindsight, and after numerous readings- it was the best direction to take the story!
So, how far would you be willing to go to protect, or avenge, a loved one? Would you let wrath lead you? Would you fall into its bloody embrace? This story explores this concept- and we see what happens when a monster and a dragon go head to head (and no, this isn’t a paranormal story)- just read it and you’ll know what I mean!
There is sooooo much more I would like to say, but I don’t want to spoil it for you. So, if you like compelling, dark, and intense reads- with complex characters and multi-layered storylines- then this is definitely the story/series for you! What are you waiting for? Dive in!
Brilliant!

Thank you, Gwyn McNamee!

After Wrath (The Deadliest Sin Series Book 2) by Gwyn McNamee – Review by Angela Hayes

After Wrath (The Deadliest Sin #2)After Wrath by Gwyn McNamee
My rating: 5 of 5 stars

“It’s not about wanting.
It’s about needing.
Need for revenge.
Need for violence.
Need to let wrath consume me.”

After Wrath is the second riveting book in The Deadliest Sin Series by Gwyn McNamee. This is part of a series and is not meant to be read as a standalone. You won’t get the full impact of the story, or series, if you don’t read the books in sequence.
Each book is told from a different perspective, which really helps build the tension, suspense, and impact. I love the way Ms. McNamee wove this story/series- she left me guessing as to which direction she was taking the story, and series- and I was anxiously reading along to discover what would happen. There were quite a few shocks, twists, and surprising developments- which is quite a feat considering how short each book is.
As I said in my review for the first book- this might be a short story, but it packs quite a punch. It is dark, erotic, raw, bloody, brutal, and action-packed. I loved the complexity of the storyline, and of the characters. Being able to weave such clever twists, and create such complexities in such a short space is really a testament to Gwyn McNamee’s writing prowess!!
This is a hunt for revenge. Our character is consumed by his rage, his wrath is palpable! We are pulled into his vortex of rage and death-dealing mission, where we get a front row seat to all the action; from Pittsburgh, to Cuba, and Argentina- he leaves a bloody trail of violence in his wake. But will his obsession be his undoing?
The epilogue of this book made me sit up and take notice- the first time I read this book I was beside myself- I could not wait for the next book to be released to find out if what I thought was actually what was going on- because you never really know with Gwyn McNamee behind the wheel. And even though I have read this book several times now, the epilogue still makes my heart pound!
I’ve said this before, and I will say it again- Gwyn McNamee is one of my favourite authors, who can take any genre and deliver something that will completely enthrall me, every time. She’s such a brilliant storyteller, capturing my attention within moments of starting any of her stories and then taking me on a ride that will stay with me long after I’ve closed the book. This story is no different- and I especially loved how she worked and moulded the darkness of the theme. I think she wears darkness beautifully and this book/series is definitely one of my favourites of hers- ever!
One of the best things about this series, for anyone who hasn’t read it yet, is that all the books are available to read right now- so no waiting between books!!! #WINNING
Bravo!

Thank you, Gwyn McNamee!

Wrath (The Deadliest Sin #1)Wrath by Gwyn McNamee

Wrath is the first book in The Deadliest Sin Series by Gwyn McNamee. This is about the fourth time I’ve read this book and I love it just as much as I did the first time it blew me away. This might be a short story, but it packs quite a punch. It is dark, erotic, raw, bloody, brutal, and action-packed. It is such a short read, and because quite a lot happens in such a short amount of time- reading this book was like being shot out of a cannon; flinging me into a heart pounding ride while I hung on for dear life, with all my senses on high alert…. And I loved every single second!!!
Wrath is the deadliest sin, and this story/series explores how wrath can consume a person- and what they are capable of while in its grip. The story is full of passion, destruction, violence, insanity, festering hate, suspense, and revenge.
Gwyn McNamee is one of my favourite authors, who can take any genre and deliver something that will completely enthrall me, every time. She’s such a brilliant storyteller, capturing my attention within moments of starting any of her stories and then taking me on a ride that will stay with me long after I’ve closed the book. This story is no different- and I especially loved how she worked and moulded the darkness of the theme. I think she wears darkness beautifully and this book/series is definitely one of my favourites of hers- ever. I would love to read more ‘dark’ stories from her in the future.
Because the story is so short, it would be easy to spoil it for you by going into any detail- so I’m not going to explore any of the storyline here- I recommend diving in and letting Gwyn McNamee and the story blow you away.
One of the best things about this series, for anyone who hasn’t read it yet, is that all the books are available to read right now- so no waiting between books!!! #WINNING

Surviving Wrath (The Deadliest Sin Series Book 3)Surviving Wrath by Gwyn McNamee
My rating: 5 of 5 stars

Perfect title to explain this three-book series. Surviving Wrath. Or just simply surviving. Everyone needs to survive. Well, not everyone. There are certain people in this story that deserve to die. And thankfully McNamee sees fit to make it happen in this book. But then again it wouldn’t be a McNamee book if there wasn’t a twist or two to keep you guessing!

Konstandin and Rea, formerly known as Griffin and Jade to throw off the mafia, are trying desperately to survive the wrath that started in book one.

“So, what I have learned over the last two years is that wrath is a deadly sin. It will take your life. It will take you mind. It will take your heart, but sometimes…The only way to survive wrath is to give into it.”

Such a great story that touches on the dark side of life. But where there is darkness there is always light.

My favorite part of this book was the actual ending. Simple. Done. No questions asked.

Completely recommend this story but you must start with book one.

Surviving Wrath (The Deadliest Sin Series Book 3)Surviving Wrath by Gwyn McNamee
My rating: 4 of 5 stars

Surviving Wrath (The Deadliest Sin Series Book 3) by Gwyn McNamee is a fast paced short novella but don’t let that fool you, there is so much going on that you are glued to it, just trying to hang on for the ride. The last book ended in a cliff hanger, so I was excited to get my hands on this one as I enjoy Gwyn’s stories.

Rea is still in hiding but this night is not like any night before, this night will see her in the hands of a predator, this night will end with her heart breaking with all she has gone through in the last couple of years.

This is the last book to this series and I am sad to see it end. I so look forward to what Gwyn brings us next.

The Traitor (An Underground Bad Boys Romance Book 2) by India Kells. I flipping LOVED this story! I love India Kells so anytime I see her name attached to a book I’m reading it. This is the story of Spencer Knox who because of a life living on the streets turned into him working his way up in the Underground but his conscience wouldn’t let him keep doing it. He eventually turns on them and helps take them down. Now he’s a very wanted guy. He moves to a small town where he buys a garage and works there trying to forget how he is now a “Traitor”. One day on his way to work he sees a beautiful girl walking to the shop from the Lake which is where he lives. He calls her the Lady from the Lake but her name is Josie Baird who is running from her own past. Her abusive ex husband has black mailed her into paying all his bills before he would give her a divorce so she’s flat broke and starting from scratch as well. Josie is very proud and doesn’t want hand out from anyone so when Spencer stops to pick her up during a blizzard and take her home she hesitates. He finally convinces her and he takes her to his house that he shares with his friend Gage. Gage has come to help Spencer with the garage and they are both attracted to Josie. This is where the it gets hot up in here! I don’t want to say to much else to ruin the book for you but do yourself a favor and read this book! You will love it!

My rating: 5 of 5 stars

The Traitor is the second book in the Underground Bad Boys series. It can be read as a standalone.

I enjoyed the characters in this book. It can be difficult to find romance novels with strong female leads, but I found Josie to be a well-written character. Even though Josie was in a bad situation, she was making an effort on her own to take care of her problems before Knox showed up in her life. It didn’t have that whole damsel-in-distress feel. I did feel bad for Gage at the end. Poor guy. Third time will be the charm? One can hope at least. I love his character.

The Traitor has plenty of steamy scenes to keep you entertained. I’m glad the author is writing bisexual characters. It gives more complexity to the story. One of the other things I love about this book is that it isn’t all light and fluffy. It’s got grit yet still manages to pull on your emotions.

The Traitor (An Underground Bad Boys Romance Book 2) by India Kells is a dark erotic romance story that is Hot, hot, hot. It is M/F/M that will leave you sizzling and steamy as the words jump off the page. I really enjoy India’s books and her stories are wonderfully written. We are taken on a journey where there is drama and danger, heartache and pleasure, suspense and intrigue. The characters are full of pain and emotion and are as flawed as they are broken and all fighting their own demons. This ménage à trois is beautifully woven and well crafted.

He is not proud of that life and the burden is sometimes too tough to handle. The Traitor is the second book in An Underground Bad Boys Romance series by India Kells. This is a fantastic book with some HOT M/F/M ‘action’ that will steam up your whole reading experience.
Spencer Knox carries the burden of a past he’s not proud of. He went against everything he knew, betraying his boss and the life he’d made. In his heart and mind, he considers himself a traitor and would love to find a little redemption. He moved far away to start fresh. He set himself up with a mechanical garage and wants to just live a ‘normal life’, for a change. But, as often is the case, fate has a different plan for him.
Josie works herself to the bone and still can’t afford a decent place to stay. She’s a hamster on a wheel of debt that she’s desperate to get out from under. She takes on the job at the garage to cover for the receptionist who is away for a while. And this is where things start to get a whole lot more interesting!
Oh, and let’s not forget Gage…. who came to help Spencer with the garage. He adds an extra element of interest- and sizzle!
As I have said before, Ms. Kells is one of my favourite authors, so getting this book was definitely a ‘no-brainer’. This story is wonderfully written, with red HOT encounters, drama, danger, pleasure, pain, heartache, intrigue, suspense, romance, and emotion. The story may be sizzling hot, but there is definitely more to the story than just the ménage and sexcapades- there is a ‘deeper’ story, with clever crafting, interwoven details, and the beautifully flawed characters who are each fighting their own demons- and looking for their own form of redemption. The characters were so well developed, with their own interesting personalities, quirks and flaws. They were relatable, believable, and endearing. I was rooting for them the whole way through. I really loved catching up with Tessa and Locke (from Book #1)too!!!
The ending was perfect!
I can’t wait to see what comes next!

Thank you, Ms. Kells!

When Spencer finds out about Josie’s living condition, he insists that she move in with him and his friend Gage but things don’t start platonic for long. Spencer is trying but his instinct to protect make him unable to keep his distance from Josie. Will he able to overcome his past mistakes?

Just like the first novel, I was interested from the first page. I loved the characters and the plot and I felt they are worked well together to make a novel.

I just wish it was longer but I hope we get another novel in this series.

She is able to paint a picture you can see in your mind’s eye. Surviving Wrath is the last book in the series. Ms. McNamee held my interest from the first page of book one, Wrath to the last page in Surviving Wrath. Her characters are fully developed and personable. There is a roller coaster ride of emotions and with some twists and turns in the plot. There are sometimes when I am engrossed in a book that I start taking to my kindle. One lesson I learned from this series is that Wrath will find you wherever you are because it is one of the deadliest sins.

Surviving Wrath (The Deadliest Sin Series Book 3) by Gwyn McNamee was fast pace, intriguing read, that packs a mean punch.

This book was everything you wanted in concluding a series. As I said it was fast pace, but moved in a steady way as to keep the reader engaged. There wasn’t a dull moment, as the detail kept your mind there, and the suspense kept you on the edge of your seat. This book at times will get you in the feels, with its well written characters, plot, and storytelling. The author did a wonderful job at making this book feel like a full leant novel. It’s always amazed me when Authors can do that. This book is part of a series, so make sure you read the other books before this one. As it has a building continuous plot, and you won’t get the full impact if you skip them, like this book they aren’t long reads.

Overall this book is more then worth your time an energy, and it gets my super high recommendation and my stamp of approval.

Happy Reading

They keep getting thrown together even though they think they aren’t right for each other! Will they keep fighting fate or give in and see where the universe takes them?

This book is hot, hot , hot! You’ll need some water to cool yourself off while reading this book. Although it’s book two in the series, it can be read as a stand-alone. Characters from part one make a reappearance but this is a separate story. I suggest that you read part one because it’s excellent as well.

This story revolves around Spencer Knox. After managing to get out from the Underworld, he decides to start over in a small town in the middle of nowhere where he meets the woman of his dreams. There are too many reasons why he shouldn’t get involved yet when a friend shows up in town, they end up having a threesome.

The Traitor is filled with tantalizing sex that will leave you wanting more. There is also action and danger which will keep you riveted until the end. This is another winning book by India Kells.

The Traitor is the second book in India Kells’ Underground Bad Boys Series! I love India Kells writing, I have read most of what she has written so when The Traitor popped up on my radar I knew I had to pick it up! I fell in love with the Underground Bad Boys series when I read Locke and Tessa’s story (and I was so happy to see them popping up here as well)!
The Traitor gives us Spencer Knox who feels that he is a traitor as he had to go against the people he grew up with and worked with. He has escaped to a small town and bought a garage and is trying to live a normal life. Well, it does not go too well as he notices Josie Baird though originally he decides to stay away from her as he believes he has nothing to offer her … The series has a M/F/M aspect to it so we need the second M and it is Knox’ best friend Gage who comes to help Knox with his garage and he is the opposite to Knox – full of life, joking and bantering …
You need to pick up a copy to see how their paths cross and get entwined and learn that all of them have their own demons and we need to go to the end to see whether they take a chance on the future … I cannot wait to see what the writer will give us in her third book!

What an absolute fantastic ending. I was so excited to read this book and I was not disappointed. The author has done such a wonderful job of keeping the reader hooked and drawing the story to an ending. The book was just such an addicting read.

The twist that the author brings into the story was quite unexpected but so good. I like how the book was not predictable. I like how the author balances the action and drama with a slight romance undertone. The characters are also so drawing. They just jump right off of the pages and I felt as though I was in the thick of the action with them. I will definitely be reading more from this author in the future.

Surviving Wrath (The Deadliest Sin Series Book 3) by Gwyn McNamee

5 ++++++++ Stars

Trying to figure out why if I’m so angry after finishing this book I am still giving it 5 stars…
Well because it brought out emotions that have made it hard to write this review although I finished the book almost a week ago.

I read after the story was done and totally understand what this author was trying to accomplish with this whole series and she did it beautifully, that doesn’t change the fact that I had hopes of some things ending differently. Early in this book I even had an idea of something that might turn into another series after this series was done, taking place in Canada and I think I was just hoping I was right.

With all of the above being said…This series was out of this world amazing. When a group of 3 books can have this sort of affect on me I know beyond a shadow of a doubt this author is in a class of her own, I actually already knew that but this whole series has proven it.

Not going to add anything pertaining to the storyline because it would be nothing but spoilers for anyone that hasn’t read the first two and YOU HAVE to read the first two. They are all short reads packed full of content you need going into this last part.

This author sits firmly in my top favorites and there won’t ever be a book I wont read by her.

I also already want to read all 3 of these again back to back!

The Traitor (An Underground Bad Boys Romance Book 2) by India Kells – Review by Sara Oxo

The Traitor, An Underground Bad Boys SeriesThe Traitor, An Underground Bad Boys Series by India Kells
My rating: 5 of 5 stars

The Traitor by India Kells a five-star read that you will adore. Secrets will be revealed in this story and people will surprise you, on occasions some make you want to kiss them and in others they make you want to hurt them. I enjoyed the Debt Collector, but I adored the Traitor, as the characters just seem more real, and more determined. Spenser Knox and Josie Baird will just make you have a need to turn the next page quicker than the last, Josie in particular just made me care for her strength and envy her self-determination. I must say a special mention to Gage, he just had a special sparkle.

Surviving Wrath (The Deadliest Sin Series Book 3) by Gwyn McNamee – Review by Kerry Baker

Surviving Wrath (The Deadliest Sin Series Book 3)Surviving Wrath by Gwyn McNamee
My rating: 5 of 5 stars

Surviving Wrath by Gwyn McNamee is the third book in the Deadliest Sin series. This is a series that does need to be read in order as each one follows the same story and is a continuation throughout.
From the moment I started reading this series I knew that I would be in for a ride. After reading the first two books I knew that this one would be the most exciting of them all. And the author definitely takes you on such a ride. It is fast paced and intense right from the start. The book has so many twists and turns the whole way through. I honestly wasn’t sure which way this was ever going to go as this author really isn’t scared to turn things on their head.
The characters were so exciting to read about, I simply couldn’t get enough of them. I would have loved if this book were longer as I really didn’t want it to end. If you haven’t read this series then I cannot recommend enough that you put it to the top of your to read pile.

The Traitor (An Underground Bad Boys Romance Book 2) by India Kells – Review by Karyn Taylor

The Traitor, An Underground Bad Boys SeriesThe Traitor, An Underground Bad Boys Series by India Kells
My rating: 5 of 5 stars

The Traitor is the 2nd book in the Underground Bad Boys Series by India Kells. It is a fantastic M/F/M erotic romance novel that will have you gripped from the very beginning. India Kells is an author that has been rapidly climbing up my favourite authors list in the last 18 months and this book is another fantastic example of how great an author she is.
I loved both of the main characters. Josie is a young woman struggling with several jobs to pay off debt incurred by her estranged husband. Spencer Knox has recently moved to the town to start a new life. When he realises the horrid conditions she’s living in her insists that she moves in with him and his friend Gage. This is just the start of an erotic relationship between the 3 of them.
The sex scenes between the 3 of them are very hot and steamy. You may need a fan to cool yourself down. It becomes apparent after a while that Josie and Knox would prefer it to just be the 2 of them in the relationship.
There is more to this book than just hot sex (although that is damn good). Knox has a battle with his demons over his growing feelings for Josie. Josie’s estranged husband makes an unwanted appearance which puts Josie in danger.
I also loved that we had an appearance from Locke and Tessa from the first book in this series.
I hope that this is not the end of this series and that India Kells gives us more from the Underground Bad Boys.

Every time I think I have found my favourite book from this author along she comes with her next release and does it again! I think the majority of my top 50 books belong to this author. Every single one is amazing and the third and final book in The Deadliest Sin series is of course no exception. I have loved this series, which does need to be read in order, and Surviving Wrath was just the perfect conclusion to it. Although I am, as always when a series by Ms McNamee finished, sad that it’s over that just means there will be something new out soon!
After the cliff-hanger of book 2 we were straight back into the action with the beginning of this book. I loved seeing things from Rea’s side although the story was quite short and 100% left me wanting more. The author managed to save some shock and surprises for this story too which was fantastic – she definitely saved the best until last with this one!
As mentioned before the series must be read in order but I more than 100% recommend it – it’s a phenomenal read and I can’t wait to see what this amazingly talents author comes out with next!
