Surviving Wrath (The Deadliest Sin Series Book 3)Surviving Wrath by Gwyn McNamee
My rating: 5 of 5 stars

Gwyn McNamee is one of those authors that is next to impossible to accurate to review… I say this because I have increasingly run out of words to describe how great her novels are. The Deadliest Sin Series has been one that I have loved right out the gate and it has been a hellacious ride to this fabulous finale, Surviving Wrath. I am sad to see this series ends, but hopeful because that means that there will soon be a new story to come from McNamee that will sweep me away just as fabulously. This definitely is one you will want to read in order however so if you haven’t first scooped up Wrath, book one, and After Wrath, book two, then you will want to do so immediately and start there. IF I had one thing to say about this book is it was short and so fast paced I feel as if I barely got enough to satiate my palette of Rea’s side of things. But I see the full vision and why she cut things off the way she did. It simply makes me dream of a bonus novella… hint hint lol. Really it is difficult to say anything negative about this book. Rea is the star of this one and as far as details you won’t find them here in my review, for those you will need to devour this read for yourself. I know you won’t be disappointed that you did! Buckle up! You’re in for one heck of a ride!

The Traitor by India Kells was a super steamy read. I would give this book a five out of five stars. This is my second India Kells book and I really believe that she has a talent for writing a steamy read with a good plot twist. I enjoyed reading about Spencer and Josie. I don’t usually go for this genre but something about India’s writing really draws you in. I could not put the book down, definitely a super steamy read.

The Traitor was another amazing 5 star read by an extremely talented author! I loved every single second of what I was reading. When I read book 1 in this series I said that whilst I’m not a fan of MFM stories I love this author so I’m willing to read them however even I cannot deny that pull that these characters had to each other. The passion, the chemistry and the connection that they had was immense and the author really does write the scenes very well. I loved Spencer, there was just something about him that drew me to him straight away, he felt like he was broken and it honestly made me want to give him the biggest hug ever! Josie was a fantastic female lead; she was feisty with a stubborn streak and in my opinion perfect for Spencer! Throw Gage in to the mix and it told for a very steamy time for these three characters!
I absolutely loved this story and would 100% recommend it to other readers. It could be read as a standalone however I highly recommend the first book in the series (and any other book by this author) also!

McNamee is rising on my list of one click authors. This latest installment doesn’t disappoint. It kept me enthralled from beginning to end. Tears, suspense…even romance. The Traitor (An Underground Bad Boys Romance Book 2) by India Kells is a five star novel. I could not put this book down! I loved reading the story of Spencer and Josie. Spencer thinks he is a bad boy and doesn’t deserve anything real because that is how he grew up. Little does he know, he is going to meet someone who could care less about this. He thinks he needs to stay away from her because his past problems are too much to bear, but he will soon learn that the connection between them is too strong and he won’t be able to stay away.

The story Surviving Wrath (The Deadliest Sin Series Book 3) by Gwyn McNamee is an amazing book to read. The author has a way of writing that makes the characters come alive and a storyline that I couldn’t put down until finished. There is action and suspense. The Traitor (An Underground Bad Boys Romance Book 2) by India Kells – Review by Shannon Fowler

The Traitor, An Underground Bad Boys SeriesThe Traitor, An Underground Bad Boys Series by India Kells
My rating: 5 of 5 stars

The characters in this story are just that, characters. They are funny, sweet, determined and super sexy together! Spencer Knox grew up a dangerous street rat, someone who would do anything for a safe place to sleep without a knife in the gut. Spencer decides he needs to get off of the street and change his ways. He moves to the isolated town of Landston to start over. No one knows him here and that’s the way he likes it. Josie Baird is also starting over without her crappy husband who is refusing a divorce until she finishes paying him that is. She is running herself to the bone, while trying to get that divorce. She is so determined and strong. Gage is Spencer’s friend from the streets. He’s looking for a break from the crime and hate filled city life. When these three meet there is an explosion of feelings but only one is willing to do anything about it until they are thrown together in work and play!

Of course with a title like, The Traitor, one wonders who that could be. There are secrets to be revealed but do secrets make you a traitor? Does choosing the lesser of two evils make you a traitor? Does having feelings for more than one person make you a traitor?

I love the way Kells writes. This story is interesting, page turning and even jaw dropping. The characters feel like real people, not too perfect, not too sexy, just right. The adventure these three take together could really happen but the style of writing helps this reader escape my real world.

Highly recommend this story.

The Traitor, An Underground Bad Boys SeriesThe Traitor, An Underground Bad Boys Series by India Kells
My rating: 5 of 5 stars

The Traitor (An Underground Bad Boys Romance Book 2) by India Kells was a great 5 star read.

Knox has bought a mechanic shop in a small town away from everything. Josie is a woman that Knox has seen several times and can’t get her off his mind. Josie is trying to stay to herself and working to get herself away from her soon to be ex and his debts. When she is approached by her friend Georgia to cover her job while she goes away for a few weeks she jumps at the opportunity to make more money. Knox is surprised to see Josie working in his shop office, but pleasantly surprised.

When Knox’s friend Gage shows up and offers to work in his shop things get even more interesting. As time moves forward Knox continues to battle with his attraction to Josie.

He kept repeating to himself that she was too young and he was too damaged even as he turned her chair so she faced him fully and his mouth descended to hers.

Knox was great, he was very concerned for Josie and wanted to take care of her before she ran herself ragged. Josie ends up living with Knox and Gage, yum. Josie struggles with self esteem issues due to her ex, so the Gage and Knox decided to show her just how beautiful she is. And lets just say hold on to your seats, we get some very hot and heavy scenes that will melt your kindle. Overall I really enjoyed the storyline and all of the characters involved. If you have any experience with Kells you anticipate that this will be another smoking hot, chemistry filled, intense page-turner. And you would be right. The characters jump off the page and the detail is fantastic. Although part of a series this book can stand on its own without the reader feeling behind in the narrative. Extremely well written and well paced between the drama and romance. Kells is a must read and only continues to reinforce this opinion with every book I read.

I am absolutely without words this book was such a great read. I have read this author before and I was not disappointed. I really was hooked from the first page. I realy find that this author has such a refreshing style. The characters really jump up off of the page and straight into my imagination. I felt as though I was Josie.

I really like how the author creates the drama around the characters. Josie and Spencer just have such a spark and the little added bonus of Gage well that was just the right amount of spice. I also like how just a bit of the past comes into play. The author really draws in the reader and I will definitely be reading more from this author as well as hopefully this series.

Ruin: The El Diablo Chronicles by Autumn Sand – Review by Angela Hayes

Ruin (The El Diablo Chronicles)Ruin by Autumn Sand
My rating: 5 of 5 stars

Ruin is the first book in The El Diablo series by Autumn Sand. This is a fantastic start to a new series- but, in saying that, there are quite a few familiar aspects to the story too, as this book/series is a spin-off from the Twisted Hearts Love Story Series, which I absolutely loved!!! Firstly, I think this cover is HOT HOT HOT! Just love it!! But on to the juicy, important stuff- this is a fantastic mafia romance, with plenty of suspense, heart in mouth moments, edge of your seat drama and thrilling twists. The story is a little darker than the previous series, with quite a lot of heart-wrenching and shocking details that had me flipping the pages like crazy to find out what happens.
The story is thrilling and had me so engrossed in it, I was in a constant state of anticipation and expectation. Ms. Sand really is an expert at building and sustaining tension and suspense in her stories. From the disclaimer at the very beginning, you should be under no illusion as to what to expect. The story gets quite harrowing in places… and there are some twists that will tax your emotions as well as keep you guessing. There are quite a few sensitive topics that are broached in this book, but Ms. Sand handles them very thoughtfully- using them in a realistic and informative way- she doesn’t go into too much depth with them or use them gratuitously- and I applaud her for shining a light on these issues. But again, if you have any triggers, you may want to pay close attention to the warning at the beginning- because this may not be the book for you.
I loved the tie-in to the Twisted Hearts Love Story Series- catching up with familiar and loved characters was a real bonus. The story also touches on some details and storyline/timeline from the previous series- so having read those books would be an advantage, but not critical, as this book can easily be read as a standalone.
When I jumped on a copy of this book, I didn’t really read the blurb, I mean if it’s got Autumn Sand’s name on it, I just KNOW I will love it. But, then when I saw that our leading lady was going to be Tallie, I was a little concerned, as having met her previously (in the Twisted Hearts series) I didn’t really like her much there, and so I was worried that I wouldn’t be able to connect or invest in her, or the story. But as the everything unfolded and I discovered what had happened to her to make her the way she is, I really felt for her and by the time the story ended, I was a Tallie convert through and through. I should never have doubted Ms. Sand! Lesson learned!
This book has bee worth the wait! And I am really looking forward to the rest of the series!
If you love sexy, bold, suspenseful and gritty books; with thrilling storylines that you will find impossible to put down, then this is definitely the book for you!

Thank you, Ms. Sand!

Ruin: The El Diablo Chronicles by Autumn Sand is a dark read but oh so hot and one good read. Once I started I could not put it down and yes I finished it in one sitting. It is a great story and can be read as a standalone but it was nice to catch up with old friends. The story is gripping tale and I was drawn easily into their world and the characters are simplistic in their intensity and complexity. Autumns writing is vivid and rich and you feel like part of the journey.

El Diablo is very mysterious and dangerous and has a dark and cold heart. He rules and his word is followed to the letter. You cross him and you had better hide, forever because he will hunt you down. When he comes across one brave and lost soul, she may just break down his walls of that cold heart.

Tallie’s past is one of pain and torture one that has left her broken. When she meets a man so sure of himself but cold her life changes. But is it for the better? Can she find the one thing she so desperately wants?

I can’t wait to read more from Autumn..

Wow! I know, I know, cliche to start with, but honestly just, WOW! This book completely consumed me and frankly still plays through my mind a few days later. Of course, this is the type of book that a book junkie like me chases, but the true delight comes with the one that were unexpected. Don’t get me wrong I have enjoyed previous works of Autumn Sand in the past but this book puts her on the must stalk list… err follow religiously LOL.

Prepare yourself for Raymond and Tallie. These two will sear the cover on your kindle and leave you thirsting for some water. Some scenes do tend to hit some possible trigger warnings so do note that. However, Sand does a wonderful job of writing even the difficult scenes with a class that is effortless. These two both have pasts and when things are all thrown into the pot at once you are bound to get some serious storylines cooking. I can’t divulge much more than the blur about these two, but I can assure you that the time spent reading it for yourself will be well worth every sizzling moment. I can’t wait to see what will come next in this series!

My rating: 5 of 5 stars

Ruin: The El Diablo Chronicles by Autumn Sand wasted no time. This was not a story for the weak that’s for sure. I could hardly but the book down simply because I had to find out what was going to happen with Tallie and El.

I didnt want to like El as much as I did. He was a soulless, heartless man who took pleasure in the torture and killing of people. How does someone like that redeem themselves? I don’t know if he redeems himself but I definitely didn’t hold as much against him in the end.

Tallie’s childhood broke me. I couldn’t imagine going through everything she did and to come out of it alone was amazing. It definitely explained to me why she was the way she was.

This was an amazing book and it appears the end of the road for these characters. Cannot wait to see what Ms. Sand has for us next.

The story The Traitor (An Underground Bad Boys Romance Book 2) by India Kells is a book that I found entertaining to read and hard to put down. It is a story that pulled me in from the very beginning. I enjoyed reading about the characters of Spencer Knox and Josie Baird. Spencer has recently moved to his new mountain home and is the new owner of a mechanic shop. He has always said that he is able to give away his body but not his heart. Life in a little town has become more interesting now that he has noticed Josie. Josie is a woman who is strong, independent, feisty, and extremely stubborn. If you ask Spencer, she is the most beautiful woman that he has ever seen. When a friend from Spencer’s past comes to town, he finds himself in a threesome and unable to keep his distance from her. The attraction between Spencer and Josie is strong. He believes he has a dark side that he has to control. She is intrigued by hints of who he was in the past. Will Spencer take a chance and act on his deepening feelings for Josie or will he push her away? What does the future hold for Spencer and Josie? Read this book to find out. This is a story that has suspenseful and emotional moments. There are scenes that are very steamy and will make the temperature in the room rise. I enjoyed reading about many of the additional characters that interact with Spencer and Josie. I began to care for these two with each chapter that I read and wanted them to be happy. I highly recommend reading this book.

Ruin (The El Diablo Chronicles)Ruin by Autumn Sand
My rating: 5 of 5 stars

Ruin was a great 5 star read and book one in the El Diablo Chronicles.
All I can say is wow, once I started I couldn’t stop.

Raymond is very dark and dangerous. He is someone you don’t cross ever and he holds nothing back when he wants something.
Tallie has a past that has traumatized her. She tries to stay strong and uses her sexuality to fulfill her needs. She is also trying to get past a broken heart and seeing him every day doesn’t help.

Raymond and Tallie meet when he comes into Pulse, the club that Tallie works for. There is something about him that gives her chills and turns her on at the same time. And my gosh, the things he said to her were insanely hot and rude and she held her own quite well.

I thought I could match wits with him, but I know I can’t.

Raymond and Tallie both are not looking for anything serious. They both have some pretty big walls to break through, can they help each other? We get some pretty hot and steamy scenes from them. I will warn that there are some scenes that may be triggers for some. I was once again pulled right in by Autumn Sand’s writing, I can’t wait to read more from this series. 1-click and get started today.

Ruin is the opening to Autumn Sand’s new series called The El Diablo Chronicles. I loved how she introduced a new series by giving us the characters we had met in her Twisted Hearts Love Story. You do not need to have read the series to jump into Ruin but I strongly recommend that you do not want to miss Twisted Hearts Love Story series!
I would say that The El Diablo Chronicles is darker than the Twisted Hearts Love Story series, if you believe. The writer gives us the warning about triggers and I tell you, be aware of them as she is touching upon issues in our society that are heart breaking and have an impact on one’s life till the day they die.
Ruin gives us Tallie and Raymond aka El Diablo. When I first met Tallie I was wondering what the heck was wrong with her to be such a biatch and here we get the answers … we meet her demons … and who does one need to slay one’s demons? El Diablo aka the Devil himself! Welcome into his world!
I hope that the writer will not keep us waiting too long before giving us the next story in the series!

Will this author ever write a book I don’t like? I doubt it very much as Ruin was again another fantastic 5 star read! I was 100% captivated by this story – from beginning to end I couldn’t drag my eyes from what I was reading. The characters, some of whom I have already met in previous books, were just amazing to read about. The writing was edgy, gritty – exactly what I have come to expect from this extremely talented author! I will say there will be some triggers in this story for some readers which the author is open about but I was really impressed with how she wrote about them, they weren’t over dramatized. The twists and turns in the story were extremely unexpected at times – I absolutely loved this!! My emotions were everywhere whilst reading this book; I went from anger to heartbreak in a matter of pages! I really found a connection with Tallie, she was such a deep character with a past which was difficult and I really found that I wanted to read more about her as the story went on.
Ruin was a fantastic 5 star read and one I would highly recommend. It could be read as a standalone but I absolutely would recommend the Twisted Hearts Love Series also.

Ruin: The El Diablo Chronicles by Autumn Sand – Review by Erica Fish

Ruin (The El Diablo Chronicles)Ruin by Autumn Sand
My rating: 4 of 5 stars

Ruin: The El Diablo Chronicles by Autumn Sand is a steamy story about Tallie and Raymond. Autumn Sand has a way of keeping my interest in the story (especially romance is not my first choice of material). Her descriptive wording is what keeps me interested. I love her characters and the story line. Tallie is a woman who keeps herself guarded. She doesn’t like to show herself to every Tom, Dick, and Henry. She is reserved and doesn’t want to get hurt. In the next breath she knows what she wants and doesn’t care what the cost may be. Raymond is another person who appears to be closely guarded as well. He has a strict code and lives by that code. So what happens when Tallie meets Raymond? You will have to read the story to get that information.

The Debt Collector (An Underground Bad Boys Romance Book 1) by India Kells – Review by Julie Lounello

The Debt Collector (An Underground Bad Boys Romance)The Debt Collector by India Kells
My rating: 5 of 5 stars

The Debt Collector (An Underground Bad Boys Romance Book 1) by India Kells is a five star novel. I love when an author is so descriptive with their words that it makes you feel like you are a part of the book and actually there with the characters. That’s how this novel is. The author has painted beautiful scenes of hot, steamy romance. But apart from that, there is a whole other part of the story where Tessa gets kidnapped for helping girls from a slave ring in her emergency room. But then Locke comes along and rescues her. Will he be able to keep her out of harms way or will she need to continue to be frightened of what might be around the other corner.
