Being a person with no instrumental talents I love listening to people pay what’s in their heart. Passion is a great motivator. It gives that person a fire inside to keep going and never backing down. Trish is trying to heal after her boyfriend cheats. Some people don’t think you should dwell on the pain. But it’s so much better for you in the long run to face it now. Get all the ugly cries out so that the next time that person name is said you feel nothing. I really like Michael. His character was almost perfect. Which is perfect no girl what’s a perfect guy. Just a guy that’s perfect for her. The author gave the characters a great start and the story progressed without a problem. There are many parts of this book that will make you wish you were a millionaire so that you could really do some good. This is definitely a book meant to pull on your heartstrings.

Forget Nico was like reliving my teenage years all over again. The high emotions and the forever changing hormones. Leda doesn’t know how she truly feels. Her emotions are so mixed up that she doesn’t know if she should forget Nico or love him. You can tell from the first chapter that the characters had a lot of growing to do. Though Leda was a little whiny she grew so much by the end. I’m also a woman who is a sucker for a bad boy. Especially one that is hurting. Idk what it is about wounded men that we automatically want to fix. I liked the easy flow to the story. I liked how the author gave you a authentic view of Italy. I felt like I was standing in the country. This story was well written.

Temptation at its finest. Never dangle a fruit in front of a starving man. I enjoyed every page if this book. I’ve never watched hockey but I can understand the thrill. Rhett and Eden are amazing characters. I felt their fun and loving natures through the pages. You could feel the energy and excitement coming from this story in waves. I liked how confident and open Rhett was. I couldn’t get enough! The author did amazing with this story. Every character had a reason and flowed together nicely. I like the attention to detail and the depth the characters had. I love stories that get you to the point. Stories that give you the right amount of background but doesn’t let it crowd the present. This was sweet and to the point. Great job!

I’m so irritated. Why do I constantly do this to myself? This author definitely knows how to wrap you in the emotions of her characters. To make you feel how they felt. Through the whole story I was slacked jawed with how much you got to know these characters. By how you learn to understand and live their life. I’m not sure if I could be as brave and amazing as Sarah. She is herself 100% of the time. There is no shyness no timid voice. I loved how she gave 100% of herself and communicated what she needed and wanted. That level of honesty is amazing. It just sucks that she doesn’t get it in return. I know millions of people out there that possibly feel the same. But it truly amazed me that the author made these characters so real. Yeah this one is definitely a must read.

I love a good story about fae. You have so many different directions you could go in. I felt the possibilities that could come from a story like this. The authors had a great structure for this story. Though it missed the mark on some parts. The characters were good but you had so much information repeated and changed that it was a little hard to follow. I wasn’t sure if the characters names where changing or if there were new ones being introduced. It was a good story and you could see the direction the authors were wanting to go it just didn’t quite get there. Cassandra is a great character and that’s why I did four stars. She is really lovable. It’s like she is an angel. Through the whole story I felt her and all she was. So kind, intelligent and beautiful. I think I’m going to stick with this series. I feel like it’s only going to get better.

I’m not really into these books but the author definitely knows how to put a twist on it. I felt compelled to understand Sarah’s life. I felt a need to know her pain. To know her story. The author wrote a book about a woman who knew who she was and wasn’t afraid to show it. But she also wrote about how vulnerable that life can truly be. There wasn’t a moment that I did want to be apart of. Usually I don’t make it through the multiple partner scenes but there was a learning experience with this story. James is young and not sure of his life. Sarah is a mother, a professional and sexually free. The whole story was well written. I definitely think you should read this if step6on the wild side doesn’t scary you. Or finally wanting to live your truth.

These books were too good to put down. Every page was full of something intriguing. The characters alone made the story good. There is so much you learn about Jake. The author really throws it all together in a beautiful package. I didn’t know if I would like these stories. The author surprised me with how well they were written and how he kept it interesting and not too detailed. I felt like every book gave you so much more than what you expected. Jake is an all around good guy with a lot of bad boy in him. I read these books in one sitting because I was that invested and involved. I was grabbed by the throat and hog tied to these stories. We all get tired and ready to settle down. So when Jake decided to be a better person life got in the way. The mystery and adventure aspects were my favorite. I couldn’t really guess who was doing what. I also liked that the author gave Jake humor. Overall I 100% advise you to get these books.

I’m still fanning myself. This story is hot. I’m melting with envy right now. This is my type of story. We have a boss chick that knows what she wants and goes for it. But she gets something she didn’t know she wanted. I really enjoyed Rylie’s character. She was serious but could let loose when the time came. She gave everything her all and wasn’t afraid to say what she meant. The best part of this story had to be seeing Mason with his son. The bond they shared was truly beautiful. I love the instinct werewolves have that says she is the one. No doubt in their mind. To know off the jump that there is someone specially made just for you. Archer is the cutest kid and lord he is a smart one. The author really pulled me into this story. I felt like I was living life with the characters. I love a story that takes me away and puts me into some else’s world.

We all love a good story about a forever bachelor. A man so set in his ways that he believes nothing will change his mind. So sure that the same game will work with every female. What Zane doesn’t see coming is a single mom with many quirks. I like Shannon. Her character has to be one of my favorites. She isn’t into herself, she talks out loud and she is a worry wart. I felt like I bonded with her character more than any other books female lead. Not only as a mom but as a woman who doesn’t date. Who spends her time working and raising children. I liked the friendship that grew between them before the tension. It’s a great foundation for a relationship. To build your trust from learning about each other. I want to meet my boo by chance. To just talk to him without knowing this could be my forever. I love stories like this. The author made it fun and funny. Shannon ‘s quirky personality mixed with Zane’s brackish charm was a mixing pot for a great story.

I couldn’t imagine going through life with my sisters. Or how I would feel if one of them stepped on our bond for a guy. Holly is an enjoyable character. She is trying to mend the bond between her and her sister. Running away to live the dream has found her right back at the beginning. Only this time Levi is there and the atmosphere is steamy. The author pulled emotions out of me that I wasn’t sure I had anymore. You truly hang onto every last word the author wrote. You want to be there for the happy and the sad. You truly will want the best for Holly and Levi. I couldn’t wait to get to the end so that I could breathe. My heart fluttered for the love Holly had for her sister and the blossom of love blooming for Levi.

I have mixed emotions about this story. The author puts Lexi in a very difficult situation right from jump. Then just keeps adding fuel to the fire. It was such a disaster I had to keep reading. The title of this story is real. Lexi is broken by love. The things she has been through not just with JC but with Noah as well. These kind of things hit your self esteem hard. You start to feel like you’re less. You don’t feel beautiful. You become jaded. I do think that Lexi moved on way to fast. There’s no way you can love someone and be hurt by them and move on that quick. But what ever works. I didn’t like JC he was a fake alpha male. I normally love second chance books but this one set with me wrong. Lexi didn’t give herself time to heal and to truly find her own happiness. So many people are afraid to be alone that they forget that happiness and love starts with loving themselves and being happy with who they are. That’s a lesson I would’ve liked to see Lexi learn. Don’t get me wrong the story was good it definitely had its moments. I really liked the writers style and overall flow of writing.

I enjoy a story that centers around far and humans living together. Makes you want to believe in fairytales. The story centers around Logan and Brigit. Logan is a human with some secrets of his own. Brigit is a fae who ran away just looking for a place to lay her head. The author built a world were fae and humans live together. A world built on a balance system. I really liked getting to know Brigit. Her life was really interesting and sad. Logan lacked too much for me to really get into him. I do understand the reason why but it doesn’t stop me from rolling my eyes. I enjoyed the plot and the characters growth. The story did drag but it’s worth the read. There are some funny moments that had me face palming. Overall I really couldn’t find a reason not to read the book. Fae are interesting creatures that keep you on your toes. The author had a nice flow while writing this story. I guarantee you won’t be disappointed. Life is full of surprises and this story holds many.

I hated being the awkward kid in school. You don’t really fit in and you develop bad habits that you carry into adulthood. Beth is tall and you can tell that she didn’t have it easy. She is shy and sweet. I was unsure if I would enjoy this story since its different from other biker books. But it turned out great. The author pulls through with the characters and plot. The growth you see with Beth is beautiful. We all deserve to feel confident and beautiful. Our height, size, shape or age shouldn’t stop us from living our best lives. Ink was a douche and he got what he deserved. I liked that he was straightforward about it being one night. I also think he could’ve done better all around with how he treated her. He does win me over by the middle of the book. What he sacrifices for her is undeniably the most amazing part. Family is supposed to have your back not be the ones stabbing it. You see a lot of heart break and betrayal throughout the story. The author really pulls on your heart strings.

Dagda’s Daughter is set in a time when people truly had faith. The mythology mixed with the Celtic really made the story pop. You have a God living amongst humans breaking all the rules. When girls turn a certain age dads lose their sparkle. Words go in one ear and out the other. What makes it even more difficult is that Katel is coming into her powers and there is no telling how mighty they will be. I enjoyed the story and all the adventure. What really held my attention was the growth throughout the story. There was so much to learn as the characters came into their own. The fight to stop the Light Snatchers from taking the color from all worlds was icing on the cake. The author pieced this fast paced story together with what seems like effortless wonder. The details and creativity put into the pages if this story is great.

I’m all for second chance romances because as humans we are flawed. This story gives you more than just a second chance at love but at life itself. Its raw and real. Spring isn’t your average female lead. She has a past that holds her hostage and could possibly keep her from the future she deserves. Casper to me puts up a front. He seems like he’s this hard guy that has no cares. When really as the story reveals the characters past you realize he’s just hurting and tired of being let down. It’s so easy for people to walk away. Some parts of the story were just sad and others disappointing. The author holds you hostage in a emotion category 4 hurricane. You want to cry and throw things. At least that’s how I felt. I like that you could grow with these characters as they learned to overcome their past. Plus it’s an mc book. If I could I would be a biker chick. Or just let someone call me their old lady lol.

Naomi is one if those stories that make you wish you had all day to read. A story that will have you lost in its pages. Naomi has a sixth sense and she always seems to be in some situation with another being. You get a perfectly blend of Paranormal and Romance. The author knows how to keep you intrigued. You will find yourself wrapped in a world of mystery and danger. The author puts Naomi through so many situations it’s a miracle she survived. But she does and has so much to look forward to. Her relationship with Bryce is moving in the right direction. Plans for the wedding are under way. All that plus ghost. A girl needs a break. I really enjoyed how the author told this story. She has created a series worthy of the late nights.

You can’t deny that this author can write a story. This is the seventh book in this series and it didn’t disappoint. I really liked how this story was put together. It was fast paced and thrilling. You are on a never ending ride of mystery and danger. You will be on the edge of your seat. The conspiracy that is being plotted can not happen but it will take everything Raven has. These stories are better read in order because they are building up to some thing at least I get that vibe from the story. I don’t understand why people choose weddings to attack at. I would be so upset if someone ruined my day. I would be on a kill mission. The main characters are a group of secret agents. Each character is unique and interesting. They grow and thrive throughout the story. I really enjoyed the details the author put into the story. There is no way you couldn’t enjoy this story. The author gives you so much emotion and real life that you feel it like you were standing right there.

The last book wasn’t my favorite just because it was hard to understand the characters thinking. The stories have a lot of ups and downs. The mysterious deaths and the addictions have you ready to pull your hair out. I say they’re worth the time. There are moments that will have you scratching your head but Meghan is an amazing writer. You really feel the words that she writes. The characters emotions spilled out on the pages so that you feel them. You definitely won’t be disappointed.

Lillie is the last book in this trilogy. It did not disappoint. Mya knows how to weave an amazing Paranormal story. Not only do you get romance but mystery and hope as well. This ghost really puts Naomi through the ringer. There is so much learning and growth. I believe this story had every element to make it a all time favorite. A book that you could read again and again. The series is amazing and definitely worth it. I couldn’t put this story away. Naomi has came so far since book one. She has found her soulmate and was just getting the hang of seeing spirits and helping them. Bryce was caught in a tough spot and I’m not sure if I would’ve been able to make a tough decision like the one he needed to make. I won’t lie I shed some tears learning all of Lillie’s story. You get a clear picture of her life. Naomi is torn how can she protect her new family but also save Lillie? I’m telling you this story made reading this trilogy worth ever sleepless night.

Everyone loves a second chance story. Those stories that take you back to a time that seemed like nothing could go wrong. Book 3 was the perfect completion to this trilogy. Connor and Mary Ann are perfect for each other. I love sweet stories that make you feel mushy on the inside. I really like this author. This was the perfect read for me during this holiday season. It gave me a little hope that no matter the situation something amazing could come out if it. I’m not an animal person so I could do without the cat. The author gas a very pleasant writing style. It’s not bunched together giving you too much but just enough to keep your interest. Anyone that can make you smile just from the thought if them has my stamp of approval. I will be holding out for my second chance. You shouldn’t wallow and most definitely not settle.

This story gives you a new level of appreciation for the multiverse theory. You have multiple people across space and time that hear one voice with the same message. I used to dislike how people just become heroes when they didn’t want to. Like the weight of the world rest solely on you. The author gave it a little twist and it changed my opinion slightly. These individuals seemed to mesh well. The goal was clear and it felt like everyone was willing to play their roles. There a multiple POVs and many layers. It gets a little wordy in places and it drags. But the adventure and characters keep you interested. I kept reading because of the suspense. You just can’t help but see what happens next. The amount of time of thought put into the details is amazing. To connect so many worlds, times and people in one story is amazing. It did get overwhelming keeping up with who is who but overall it was a really great read. If I was really inti sci-fi it would be a close top 5.

Like what? If you get pass that the book was enjoyable. Get to see this sister/ brother type relationship blossom. It was innocent and pure. The way that Drew took care of Amy and made sure her childhood wasn’t always taking care of others. She grew to be an amazing young woman. The author definitely gives a juicy story weaved with interesting characters. I really like bad boys that are softies on the inside.

Alice Will is a must read. The main character simply had me in awe. To be so young but so brave and strong. Trotter is an amazing 14 year old. Through the whole story you will be struck by how mature she is. To be this young and have so much resting on your shoulders. The author really put this story together well. I couldn’t put it away. The plot was well thought out and the characters complimented each other very well. There were some shocking moments that had me like what why. But overall it was really enjoyable to read this story. The crossing between realms was magical. The level of danger these demigods had to face to try and save the world had me on the edge of my seat. As a mom I was in a panic like lord if this was my child. To be able to create worlds that others can’t even imagine is a truly amazing gift. This is my first book by this author and I wasn’t disappointed. I’m excited to get book 2.

A song to remember was a short read but interesting. To find your fated mate is a blessing to have to find them with no memory tragic. I do wish this story was longer just so I could get to know the characters better. Emma seemed like a good character and hopefully we get to see her grow. Shane and Bekah were fated but it seemed that everyone was against them. I felt like a lot was missing from the story due to its length. It was put together well though. They had to jump through a few hoops to get to their HEA but it was well worth the wait. I’m going to look into more by this author just because it wasn’t a bad read and the story had a lot of potential.

My mouth has been on the floor most of this book. I’ve never read so many ups and downs in one book. The plot twist still has me shocked. Only because I didn’t figure it out sooner. Johnnie is pure drama but so worth it. Charlotte is a great character with understandable flaws. When you’re hurt you will do anything to save yourself. I do feel like the author repeated a lot of the same information. Overall I really enjoyed the story. Jace was a great kid and it was sad to see him have to step up into an adult roll. The characters developed slowly and we spent most of the story trying to get past their hurt feelings. I don’t know if I would have been so forgiving as they were to each other. Though I do still want a taste of the Hennessy on the rocks. The title of the story was perfect. I recommend this story if you like a few broken people trying to find their way.

This story was pretty good. Cleo is a string character that has been in a position where she isn’t the one holding the cards. It’s crazy how much one can experience in such a short amount of time. I really enjoyed Mason. He was in my book a great male lead. Though his reaction to Travis wasn’t believable to me. I was shocked by how the story twisted. The plot got really juicy. Overall it was refreshing to read a story that didn’t sound like a big cliché. The authors did really well with building the story and characters. There were a few moments that I was like don’t be that chic Cleo. But it worked out. Normally books have my emotions in fifty million direction but this one kept it straight to the point. The side characters had a lot of interesting moments as well.

This story was a good short read. I’m not usually into ghosts but this one was good. I felt that Sean made the story more intriguing. His acceptance for what others didn’t believe earned him points. He never forced his opinion on anyone. Now Emily tested my patience. Have you ever had a character rub you wrong from the beginning? That’s what she did to me. Her character just didn’t seem like she wanted to grow. That change was the worse possible thing. I did however enjoy the darker side to the story. That you could believe in something so much that it could take you over. It was scary and exciting. The author definitely grabs your attention with the after life.

Could you live with so much danger surrounding you? To always look over your shoulders. Talmon lives a dangerous life when he begins working. There are so many lies and secrets. Will things become clearer as Talmon unravels the past? I really liked Talmons character. He didn’t give much away. He cared deeply for those he brought into his circle. The author surprised me when I started reading this story. I didn’t picture this at all when I read the description. I really enjoyed this book. It could be a really great series of Talmon surviving life. Doing all those odd jobs.

If you haven’t picked up this series yet you need help. This story is just as entertaining as the rest. The author has done an amazing job keeping the characters and plots from repeating. You can feel the time and attention the author put growing each character. Omit get socially awkward when put in the spot. Mia has really caught my attention. She seem like the type of I would like to party with. I’m starting to get jealous of all these leading ladies. The author has created women that do what’s needed to survive. Hiding amongst humans with no detection for hundreds of years. I love that not every character is a vampire or werewolf. Everyone is different and unique.

Temptation and Seduction by L.M. Mountford

Four Stars

This was a collection of short stories that would tempt a saint. Every story was different but hot in it’s own way. I really enjoyed all the stories. I wish they were longer. The first one Just Once had my mouth on the floor. Like what just happened. Every story was steamy and filled with so much temptation. It was exotic and imaginative. I really liked how the author included different themes to each story. Nothing was the same. The guys were yummy but the girls in these stories were HOT! The author had a very smooth and detailed writing style. I can only image it’s better with a longer story.
