Janice is an interesting character. Her thoughts were chaotic. Sometimes during the read of would be so lost on what she was talking about. Inside her head is a place I never want to be. The wording was really different and made it a little hard to follow. There were some interesting parts throughout the story that did hold my attention. Her relationship with Daly for one was different and a little surprising. The author is new for me and I will have to give the next book a shot. Like it wasn’t my thing but it wasn’t bad. The plot was interesting because it’s a woman doing what we do best. Finding the answers to the craziest things. Janice was good at what she did even if done in a different way.

I couldn’t imagine going through life the way this couple has. The uncertainty and pain. Knowing that you will never love another the way you love them. The author showed us that no matter the situation there can be something beautiful that comes out of it. That even though you’ve given up on a HEA that doesn’t mean there isn’t one coming your way. I liked Raff because he knew he needed to change and he did. I liked the band mates because they changed as a unit. Loz was an ok character she chose silence and revenge over talking. She wanted to hurt him. I know not everyone is straightforward but to take the words of a child to heart without bringing it up to the other person is stupid. She didn’t want to break his trust. That’s hogwash. Overall a good story though.

It normal to believe things without facts. What isn’t normal us avoiding the one person who could bring you a moment of peace. Mag and Sasha are adorable together than add Carson. Had a girl drooling. Had me ready for more babies with how he was with the kids. The author wrote freely and smooth. You could tell from how the story is setup that she cares for the characters. I like how I was able to read the story without stopping and wondering what was meant to be said. I think every story has a rhythm. I liked the way the words fit together.

I won’t lie I was confused for awhile reading this. The words kind of ran together. I did liked that the author gave so many details. Clara was something special. Her character was hard to figure out. The author made you work for this story. Luckily it worked because you do enjoy the story and see the outcome through their POV.

I love how the author developed the relationship between Rand and CeeCee. She is a very tough character and I like how the author portrayed her. Rand is pretty awesome as well. You could see the dynamics of their relationship through the hole story. The author has given us a great series of books to read. Everyone is great alone but even better together. You can piece together the stories and find common ground. It’s really crazy that people actually live this way. I hate that feeling of being watched so I would be freaking out if I did this work. You have to look behind you all the time. You never know when they will strike. I liked that CeeCee didn’t give up. She kept her faith in Rand through it all.

Flesh and Bone was so thrilling to read. So many bonds and pain shared between people. The love and bond between Dar and Etain. They have something magical that us mere mortals can’t even dream of. Like most books I read I always find something that I want to change. Etain is a strong woman and I loved how the author made her dominant but soft. I wish I could change her blind loyalty. No matter who a person is they can do wrong. She needs to accept that people change and become someone we don’t recognize anymore. I wish to see more of Dar in action because the other characters made him seem fearless and ruthless. Overall I enjoyed the story. It was different and the world the author created addicting.

I dislike females like Sam. I’m definitely the type to run up on you if I see something crazy. I hate when people jump to conclusions. I want all the facts and details. Not second hand either. I need it right from the person’s mouth. Sam just wanted something to happen so she wouldn’t feel bad and everything was someone else’s fault. Cole at first seemed like a douche. But as the story moves along you start to understand his reasons and his version of events. I liked the way this author wrote this story. I always enjoy stories were we see more than one POV. I really think it makes a story more entertaining and thoughtful when they let you relate.

So far I have enjoyed all this authors books. This one just topped the cake. I rely like Evie. She was so funny inside her head. The side remarks were the best. There is nothing better than reading a story that you thought would beat to the same drum as others but you find out you’re wrong. This story is different and entertaining. I can’t wait to read more. I like how the author switched up the writing style. Every story flowed a different way. There hasn’t been a repeat pattern. This story was super fun and a little sad. You see so many people wanting to be famous but the process seems like it would kill you before you got there.

I’m all for sticking it to the man. But don’t back down when they material things over you. The things that made me enjoy this story was how he came back even the never wanted to. I really enjoyed the characters mostly Shea. She was the best character. She was fun and light and could bulldoze a conversation into the outcome she wanted. I didn’t like the parents and I was shocked at how much Rem gave to please them. I hope to never be a parent that stops my child from living the life they choose.

Wow! I can’t believe this story. These characters are something else. So much emotion and pain written here. The author didn’t care how you felt. The author just wanted you to feel what the characters felt. To experience what they felt when their world was falling apart. Darren is an incredible man to give as much as he had. He was not perfect but he was close. Part of me wants him to leave Lou. She definitely doesn’t deserve him. He did wrong but her transgressions were worse. I have read the growth and character through every book. And I’m ready for something amazing to happen. These characters have changed so much and it’s amazing how the author achieved their success. I really enjoyed the writing style.

My heart breaks every time a child gets separated from their mom. The author has struck again with the witty text and emotional luggage. I get the appeal of this story. We all want to know what happens after we’re gone. This just goes to show you that we all need a little faith and hope. Kitty was an interesting character. I don’t understood the need to change their appearance or to get something they always wanted. The author finds a great way for you to see the humor in this awful situation. These stories keep getting better. I hope the finally book is either them getting their lives back or something else grand because there has to be a light at the end of all this. A reason for it all.

These stories get better each time. The author has a way with making you laughing the most unlikely situations. The author is also taking something many people look down on and making it no big deal. We all enjoy our company and pleasure different ways so accept it and move on. I really like Luke. He is such a sweet guy. I felt sorry for him through most of the book. He deserves a HEA. Connie was a good character as well. I really liked the action parts and the drama. Everyone has a crazy person in their life Luke happened to marry his. The story gives you a look into a lifestyle that we look at as wrong. He paints it as a community of friends who happen to enjoy watching and switching partners. I don’t think I would partake but I understand it a little more.

This book was super funny. I liked the way the author wrote the conversations. It made you feel like you were in on it. I definitely related to Autry more than Beth. Being the 5 of 6 kids makes you feel invisible sometimes. I do feel that he earned his reputation but made up for it by his hard work. For his parents to do what they did was shady and a little hurtful. His ability to run a ranch and love life shouldn’t be a topic together. Though I understood the reason why. Beth was a tease and too sweet for me. Though she makes Autry work for it. She makes him think and take a step back before he acts. I really enjoyed this story and will definitely check out the others.

Yes, I too would be Captivated by a millionaire lol. This was a really good short story. I didn’t feel like the author was rushing the characters to get to the point. The characters had a unique chemistry that went well together. Once old insecurities and hurts moved out the way. I really liked how different they were from each other. The author did really well in the pacing of this story. It flowed together and created an effortless romance. I really like Jess she reminds me of my best friend. She has such a carefree soul. The joy she brought by just being was beautiful. I believe she gave Jordan something he was missing from life.

Family is everything but at some point you have to step back and say enough. The story was suspenseful and entertaining and the series so far has kept my attention. I have no words at this moment. I am both confused and giddy over this story. The characters were a mixture of strong and weak. The author did show them growing throughout the story. Rouge and Lethal were weird but perfect. The way the author went about the whole linking them was wild. There were some confusing parts in the beginning but as you keep reading it somewhat explains itself. The merging and linking were not my think and kind of gave me the creeps. To be linked the way they were just wasn’t right. Rouge wasn’t my favorite character. She was very judgmental and controlling. It was almost like she wanted everyone to think the way she thought. The killing got to her but she was willing to kill someone in cold blood to serve her needs. We all live in situations we don’t like but there are better ways around them. I say this story is something you would have to get used to. It’s not something you can just jump right into. I feel you need a guide to the species before reading this story.

That spot light looks so bright and beautiful. Until you get under it and you see all the blemishes and cracks. That’s what I see whenever I hear someone saying they want to live the dream. As a child those lights are mesmerizing. Even the people that are helping you get to that dream are not what they seem. The author wanted you to see the good and the ugly in this story. I found the characters to be a little shallow and not real. I liked Catherine she seemed genuine and decent. She was a little silly in the story. The author did a great job giving you a taste but withholding the rest. I liked the authors approach to the action part of the book. No one person turned into the savior. Overall a nice read.

Shock is too tamed of a word for how I feel right now. Hayze is bad the guy your parents tell you to stay away from. The boy that gets you hooked and then leaves you. But that’s just the surface of Hayze. Taylor sees that deep love and vulnerability inside him. Taylor makes him want to be and do better. I liked how Taylor still kept a flare of innocence about her. Yes she is breaking out of her shell but she is playing it smart. I’m not sure how she survived her father but I loved how she handled him. The author gives you a lot to think about in this story. How far is too far? Can you really trust someone after so many lies? When do you give up on them? I need to read book two asap because Hazye is low key a mad man.

I have mixed emotions about this story. I felt that the story lacked conversations between the characters. There was too much dialogue coming from the characters thoughts. I’m not sure how we got to certain points and situations when no one talked. Well they didn’t talk a lot. With that being said I didn’t find fault in the message the author put in this story. How Annie, Tess and even Ben had to find themselves and learn to love it. How they had to step out of their comfort zones and try new things allow themselves to feel. You do learn a lot about the characters from reading their thoughts. I would’ve like to see more talking to each other so that I could understand the bonds more. It was hard to just go by the emotions that they felt in each others presence.

North of Nora presents a time that I would never like to see. A time where we are under dictatorship. I never want to be put in a position where it could mean life or death. Where my freedom is taken and I am marked as a traitor. Micah is a strong and brave character and I liked him more when he stood up for Neve. The whole story was deep and slightly emotional. You have these teens that just want to live but there are laws and people to fear. The author really makes you think with this story. Not only because of the outcome or the steps taken to get there. But because this could very well be our reality. This could happen to us. The author plays with you for a while and then does the unexpected. Yeah I’m hooked on this story.

Aubrey Wynne has a stunning way with words. The story places you in a time where there were no laws for abuse or women. A time where your father or the Male relative over you could sale you out like cattle. We never know how strong we truly are until someone or some thing steps in your way. Eliza couldn’t see how strong she was because her fear was so big. Nothing in her life was easy. But her strength came through when it mattered and that is what I believe counts. Nate was my favorite he took to Althea and Eliza like it was written in the stars. I liked that the author didn’t try to hide Nate’s feelings. It’s a really good story and the characters make it even better. Everyone deserves a loving family. A place to feel safe and welcomed.

It’s hard for me sometimes to read about the past. The pain and suffering people experienced because of the color of their skin. Claire is very unique in her time. She doesn’t see the issue so she loves and gives from her heart. She stepped up to help when none else would. She didn’t really think of the consequences but that made it more genuine. Her need to help others outweighed her reputation. The author painted us a story that could be true. The life people lived in these times were scary. I really liked Joe as well he grew up in their time apart and I think it’s because he sees more from Claire’s POV. The story made me sad but also happy. Because I look at the world now and know that it isn’t like this much anymore. We share our schools and cultures. We mix our races. We love just because we can. We date whoever we want and live to see another day without fear of that choice. It’s a beautiful thing and the author gave that to Claire. Hope that one day everyone will see life through her eyes.

Every man needs a first lady that isn’t going to bring him down but make him stronger. To struggle with him and to win with him. Kendall is a perfect first lady and Michael couldn’t have better. I really enjoyed the story. The author gave us the behind the scene view of politics. Which is mostly a bunch of men and women trying to get ahead. There are many that care but most are looking for careers. I think I would vote for Michael. We need more people who have lived at the bottom but made it to the top. People that are driven to be more and do more. The story was classic in its path but unique in the delivery. The characters were flawed but showed growth and a need to be better. You see how past experiences effect your judgement even when that’s not how you wanted it to go.

Ugh! Can I get a puke bag please. Lindsay Miller if Savannah doesn’t want Preston I will take him. The man is perfect in the most imperfect ways. Lord if you’re listening send me a big man like Preston lol. I really couldn’t decide if I wanted to fight Savannah or cry for her. Divorce is really hard and it takes something away from you that you never truly get back. I haven’t found it but I haven’t given up either. She just refused to try and wasn’t being fair to Preston. I don’t understand why people feel like children need two parents to be happy. Is it amazing when both parents are there and helping raise the child? Yes! But it’s also proven that a child can be just as happy with only one parent. I almost dropped my phone a few times when Savannah question herself about Trey’s father. If this was me Kevin would be swimming with the sharks. I really did enjoy the story though. It mirrored my life a lot. I truly related to some of the situations. I couldn’t get enough of Preston and Trey. They made the book perfect.

The amount of growth it took these kids to put away childish things and become heroes. The author did a great job keeping them kids while they faced this evil journey. Though they matured they still had teenager moments. Allie had to be my favorite at moments she was real and predictable. Gemma was harder to figure out. I’m still holding out judgment for the guys. In the story the author gives you a taste of what this series could evolve into. The possibilities are endless. I’m excited to see where the author leads us on this mystical adventure.

I dislike parents that don’t know when to let their children go. To let them live and make their own mistakes. Tell them about the dangers in the world but let them choose the path. This story was really long winded. I say that because it took a lot of words to get the point and message across. Orlagh was a brat. I can’t believe she was “in love” after so little time. Then to do what she did to her grandfather! OMG! She made my brain hurt. But I do give her props for sticking to her faith that it was love and that she finding herself. It’s hard to put yourself into the mind of any person in the time that this book was set. To think that you only have so many choices of what you can do or become. Dang! I can’t believe what I just read. I’ve never been in a relationship like Leda and Sergio’s. The minute a man starts acting like Sergio did I was out. But I’ve also only been in love one time. I married my best friend and he broke my heart. It’s been almost three years and no relationship. So I’m more like Leda’s mom in this story. I can understand and feel her grief and depression. I’ve not met a lot of women who have been in abusive relationships. But I have learned from reading their stories that it’s the fear and the brainwashing that makes them stay. Maybe not all cases but some. For years you have some telling you what you can and can’t do. It starts to sound right. The story was so emotional and selfish. By nature we are selfish creatures. But there is something in us that compels us to be kind to others. Sergio was selfish and destructive. His need to fix himself through Leda was damaging them both. I also thought that Leda was selfish when she refused to make more time. You goals and dreams are important but you can’t claim to love someone if your consistently putting them last. They both need to grow and work on who they are and who they want to be. Overall the story was crazy. The highs and lows just had me overwhelmed.

I give every man and woman props for pulling it together either for their kids or themselves. Bijou is determined and strong willed. She knows that her center is needed in her town but can’t seem to get the funds. When life is throwing her signs to sale a saving grace is what she finds in Noah. I absolutely love Noah. The whole story was told in Bijou’s point of view but when Noah was present I would’ve liked his thought. They had a nice chemistry and it helped that they both had kids. The author gave us something real with these characters because honestly it could be anyone’s life.
